Web personalization for known profiles

Hello, 

 

We would like to use web personalization for known people. Specifically we want to show a banner to users that are trying to exit the page and haven't filled out the form. I understant that for doing this we would need to create a segmentation either using: 

 

- Static list : Creating a list of those people

or 

- In behavioural, using the exclude page and put the URL of the thank you page 

 

Do you think that the match would take long in any of those segments?

Are you trying to detect exit intent on the same page? That doesn't seem like a job for RTP, just local exit intent detection.

Yes, on the same page they land if they don't fill out and try to exit, this banner appears to them. That use is not correct? What do you mean by "Just local exit intent detection"?
