Web Services Error with BigMarker
We have been getting web services error notifications for some time now with the user being our BigMarker (webinar platform) integration user. The error is a 1003 error code and varies in the count of errors each time. We have asked both BigMarker and Marketo if they can provide further details on the errors so we could figure out what needs to be resolved, but neither has been able to provide further information.
Wondering if anyone else has seen this same issue in the past and has been able to resolve it somehow?
