Web Services Error with BigMarker

We have been getting web services error notifications for some time now with the user being our BigMarker (webinar platform) integration user. The error is a 1003 error code and varies in the count of errors each time. We have asked both BigMarker and Marketo if they can provide further details on the errors so we could figure out what needs to be resolved, but neither has been able to provide further information. 

 

Wondering if anyone else has seen this same issue in the past and has been able to resolve it somehow?

A product integrates with Marketo and can't find the debug logs of errors they're generating with their own code?

That's what we've been told...they haven't been able to provide any information about the errors.

Well, they’re obviously not telling the truth because someone in engineering has those logs (or can turn on debug logging and then generate the errors again).  You can’t have code that’s incapable of logging, doesn’t work that way.

 

We really must have the payload they’re sending to Marketo that’s generating the errors. They may not understand why a certain payload is gen’ing a certain error, but we need that data to even begin to help.
