Hey,

I run Email performance report and trying to understand what First and Last activity means. First activity is more obvious, where I cannot figure our what Last Activity represents, especially in Nurtures. Does it show emails last sent, engaged with or used in any other way date?

Many Thanks,

Diana

It shows the first time someone had a Delivered, Click, Open, or Unsub; and The most recent time someone did one of those.

Rule of Thumb:

  • 99% of activity over within 72 hours or less, usually 48.
  • sometimes a person or bot will click an email 30 days later or more.
  • Best to ignore Last Activity unless you are within 72 hours of the report. It's sort of meaningless.
