What does this error mean? Help please

I keep noticing this error in the activity log of new leads:

 

However, I do not have a flow step regarding field 'Target_Account_c'... why is it being called when I try to add someone to SFDC / a Salesforce campaign.

The exception is happening in Salesforce when you are attempting to sync the record through the 'Sync to SF campaign' flow step. There would be Salesforce logic preventing you from updating the record with missing information (assuming in this case = Target Account info is missing?).

I would suggest identifying what is the Target Account Field and how is it being used?
