What/how are you using for a SMS two-way integration?

Hey community!

 

I saw a couple of old posts about creating a custom 2-way SMS integration using Twilio, Telnyx, Zapier and a lot of coding knowledge.

 

Now in 2023-2024, are there more feasible solutions to get this done? I know Marketo is bound with Vibes, but that's a one way integration and has its limitations.

Twilio is the one I still see used most often for this integration and another solution that couples well with it to send the messages in a no code like fashion is Jeto
