What is the cause when request campaign does not come out?

I want to fire webhook when a user who be sent a mail open the mail.

I send the mail with Batch Smart Campaign.

I can't fire webhooks directly from batch campaigns.

I try to use the Request Campaign flow step in a batch.

But I don't select the Request Campaign.

What is the cause?

Please let me know because I do not understand so much.

It did not enable Campaign.

When enable Campaign, it comes out.

Can you please put these images in your posts, not on an external server?  No one wants to go to another site to see screenshots. It makes your questions very hard to follow.

The Jive platform supports pasting images directly inline with text, like this one:
