Please consider the following notes before purchasing the dedicated IP address.
A dedicated IP is an add-on product. Not everyone will be eligible to add a dedicated IP to their program. You would need to send more than 100,000 emails per month and have a stable campaign cadence to maintain a dedicated IP.
If you send less than 100,000 emails per month, and/or have variable campaign volumes, and/or are a seasonal sender, you will be unable to maintain a dedicated IP. Marketo does maintain a separate Trusted IP shared pool for customers that abide by strict best practices. If interested, please fill outthis questionnaireto apply to Marketo’s Trusted IP Program.
Thanks, Avinash but I don't think this questionnaire form submissions are still actively monitored - and moreover this is for applying for the trusted IPs which are different from the dedicated IPs as inquired by James. 🙂
@james_moffat, if you're interested in the dedicated IP (or even trusted IPs) the best and the fastest way IMO would be to reach out to your CSM / your Marketo contact person first (many processes got changed post Adobe's acquisition).
Well, prices could be subjective and can vary from customer to customer based on the existing subscription and services purchased and hence you won’t find accurate pricing online. Strongly recommend you to reach out to your CSM (Customer Success Manager) to get the exact details about pricing.
