When I go to edit an email, a blank text editor opens and I'm unable to make any changes.

I need to edit an email and when you open the editor and double click the text box (or click the gear and "edit), the text editor opens with no text.

Is anyone else experiencing this? I've cloned and made new emails to no avail.

Try logging out and the login back. Else, clear your browser cache, as recommended by Claire.

Hi Joe,

I experienced the same issue last Friday. Just clearing my browser's cache fixed it, maybe it would work for you as well?
