Welcome to the Marketo Family and the Marketing Nation. We don't have product related office hours, but we do have a number of other resources. See below. But if you want additional help, talk to your sales person about what is available too. But in the meantime, here's what I recommend you look into:
- This Community is a great place to ask questions and learn from others
- Check out our product documentation: Welcome to Marketo Docs - Marketo Docs - Product Docs
- Check out our Support Knowledge Base Articles: Support articles
- Find an Expert and get answers to your questions: nation.marketo.com/people?filterID=all~profile[expertise]&filterID=all~profile[accomplishments]
- Our University classes, videos, and more: http://learnadmin.marketo.com/LearnerPage.aspx
- Our Developer Blog: (Not really a place for newbies : ) Home » Marketo Developers
- General Marketing Practices and Tips: Marketing Central
So, reach out to others, leverage these resources and have a productive Marketo related journey!
