White Paper Performance Report

Please put in a request for a report that is similar to the email performance report (which contains subject line), but is for other lead source types.

For example, white papers by title.

Our white papers are in a drop down box so they complete only one form. They do however go to unique URLs.

    Hi Annette,

    You can create a program for each whitepaper and track Success when a lead downloads the content.  After this set up is done, you can look at the Program Performance report and see all your whitepapers along with the number of downloads in one place.

    Thanks - I looked at RCA and it looks like we are not even using it.

    The suggestion I recieved is to create a report for each individual white paper. This was what I was hoping to avoid.

    Does RCA allow for consolidating many formats of the same lead source?

    Hi Annette-
    Can you not determine performance by how many people land on the unique fulfillment URLs?  You might be able to leverage RCA to quantify the white paper field that you have in terms of performance - do you have that field exposed to RCA?
