Why aren't any facebook lead ads showing in Bizible/Marketo Measure?

We have our Facebook API integrated and auto-tagging is enabled, but there are no ads showing in Bizible.  It is pulling in the campaigns and the correct number of ad sets, but showing 0 ads for each campaign. I can't figure out why.  We have several active ads in each campaign as well and the format is either single image or carousel.
