Would like to limit who can send multiple emails via Sales Insight

Sales Insight includes functionality to send a Marketo email to multiple records, which is great.  However, we would like to limit who has access to this functionality based on role in Salesforce. It does not appear that this is possible (if it is, please let me know how).  This is somewhat critical for us.  Otherwise, anyone with a Salesforce login can send mass email.

    It would be nice though to limit the number of sales emails sent to the same person over a period of time

    You could create a profile in SalesForce with access to Sales Insight, and limit the access to this profile.
