How does it work?

Its just 3 simple steps:

  1. Design a flow that you would like to trigger in Conversational Flows (Dynamic Chat)
  2. Goto your Marketo Form > Form Settings

  3. Enable Conversational Flow Settings and set your condition for triggering

Important Notes:

  • We have provisioned Dynamic Chat to all Marketo Engage customers
  • User management of Dynamic Chat is different from Marketo Engage (it done through adminconsole.adobe.com)
  • By default Marketo admins are added as Dynamic Chat product admins (tutorial)
  • If you do not have access please reach out to your admin to provide you the access

This is great, even if you're not ready for a full-fledged chatbot experience, you can leverage Dynamic Chat's capabilities to create more engaging forms.

Thanks @sreekanth_reddy for the introduction to this in our call today, I had 'ignored' this feature as I thought I need to have Chat BOT active.

I'll be experimenting with this in coming weeks.

Thanks for putting this together! I was too concerned with the "chat" piece that I wasn't looking into some of the more out of the box uses. This is very helpful!
