Zoom events and Marketo custom objects

Hi, We're using Zoom events (not webinars) and it has an option to sync data to a custom object in Marketo. I followed their very little documentation they have but still it doesn't work. I'm not getting any error and I don't have any log to know why but it just doesn't work. Their support was not very helpful. Anyone has any idea or know how to make it work or debug it?
