TL;DR - How to use engagement programs to send on a schedule relative to each person's entry?   Background first: I've used Eloqua as my primary tool for about 10 years, way down in the weeds. I know this stuff but I'm almost a year into my first gig using Marketo and I can't seem to get my head around engagement programs. They have a lot of advantages (some important tasks are very easy, like pausing while they get a specific event follow up, skipping emails they've already received, etc; In Eloqua the management tasks between programs are much more complicated).   But I don't understand why, with all the features that make them the obvious choice for a long-term nurture program, they only send on a fixed schedule. I want to send emails every X weeks, but I don't want someone who enters the program the day after the batch sends to wait the whole X weeks before they start getting nurtured.   A common suggestion I've read here in the community is to send the first email f

Something wierd... Today, after restarting the instance, it works... Adding this message here to prevent people from wasting time... Hi Masters! I'm trying to use ACS AEM Commons Contexual Content Variables(CCVAR) in my project. After following the configuration steps, I get this error message in error.log:Caused by: java.io.IOException: Unable to get component of class 'interface org.apache.sling.rewriter.Transformer' with type 'ccvar-transformer'.I also configured a specific log for org.apache.sling.rewriter package and catched this error message:2022-07-06 11:23:26.892 DEBUG [org.apache.sling.rewriter.impl.FactoryCache] Requested transformer factory for type 'ccvar-transformer' not found. After analyzing, I figured out that I can't configure the PropertyAggregatorServiceImpl service (the first step in the documentation), so the service is not running, causing the error.I followed the instructions provided, adding a com.adobe.acs.commons.ccvar.impl.PropertyAgg

Hi Everyone,is there a way to Enable/Disable Users/Organizational Unit viewing partial data in Adobe Campaign Standard Data Model ?Which is the level of personalization for this feature? Thanks

I am new to Adobe Experience manager and our team is recently going to migrate on it. Currently I need to do some explorations to perform custom integrations with backend servers and microservices. However, when I created my account it says I must be associated with an Org to be able to access the AEM cloud.  For the purpose of exploration, I wanted to know if we have something that we could use as a sandbox environment to explore AEM completely?

I have JavaScript on workflow that will add data to workflow temp table. When I check "Display the target" in workflow, it doesn't have data added in JavaScript, but if I check from database, data is in temp table. When adding data to temp table, do you need to change temp schema somehow or what could be the problem here?

Hi There,Am trying to understand what triggers this resource in AEM - Every time we refresh a page I can see this on the logs am not sure where its coming from - [1639474622137] GET /resource-status/editor/content

hi folks,Can you annotate a class extended from WcmUsePojo with @8220494and call a service using @3214626? I.e. using felix scr annotations. I tried it and got  errors messages about ScriptEvaluationExceptions. The service works fine with bundlecontext. thanksFiona

I am trying to integrate google drive api with AEM. I am not able to find any specific documentation for the same.At first I tried to create a workflow but that was for data upload. Now I want to integrate google drive api with AEM.  So is there any documentation which can help me with this? Thanks in advance

I am new to AEM and will be working with AEM as a cloud service version for a migration project where the current implementation is not on AEM. In the current implementation, MySQL DB is used to store static data that is referred by the workflows to drive business logic. It is not the content data that has to be displayed on the website. I am trying to understand if it is possible to migrate such data into JCR or if JCR is purely for the content that has to be displayed on the website?  Is there any other service/product within the AEM as a cloud service that can be used instead of MySQL DB?

Hello Experts,Hope you are doing well!Is it possible to read key-value pairs from browser (LocalStorage, SessionStorage or Cookies) and use any of them for Audience Segmentation in Adobe Target? I tried with a particular key-value pair from Local Storage via Profile Script, I could create a segment with custom (mbox). However, I would like to check if we can read all key-value pairs from LocalStorage (or even SessionStorage or Cookies)? Thank you in advance! Best,K

Good afternoon, everyone, We are working with Adobe Analytics in our company and we would like to know how it would be possible, to hide an evar for the users. I mean, for example, if we would like to hide the "client id" evar, can you give us an idea to do that? We have seen the hidden option, but we are not sure how to use it. If anyone has had a similar experience, I would be very grateful to hear about it. Many Thanks!

I want to create an html email. Using Campaign via Dreamweaver seems to be the more initiative way to do it since I'm fairly new to Dreamweaver. If I create the email using Campaign, can I export the html code and pass it on to someone else? The someone else wants Inlining of all CSS. Thanks,

Using a Smart List, can I detect, in the Detail section of a specific Activity Log entry, that a step was skipped? If so, what do I need to reference in the Smart List? Alternatively, using a Smart List, how can I identify records that have specific text in the Detail section of an Activity Log entry?  Background: I set up a triggered Smart Campaign, as part of a larger Lead Scoring process, and activated it without having a value or token entered into the Change portion of the Change Score Flow step. After discovering the error, some days later, I set up the needed token, but am struggling with how to accurately determine the population of records impacted by the flawed Smart Campaign. By referencing various filter criteria in a Smart List I have been able to identify a population of records, but spot checks have shown that I have not been able to narrow my search sufficiently.   Your assistance / suggestions would be much appreciated!

Hi, I am trying to upgrade product recommendations to the latest version 4.0.0, but showing an error while upgrading the module it shows the following error.

Hi there,    Wondering if anyone has an easy way to see if demographic and behavior score equals person score. I have created a view so that I can just see the 3 scores, but I would like to be able to see at a glance how many of the scores do not add up in the person score. I am assuming it might be best to export the database and work in excel to create a formula, but I am no excel magician so not sure how to do that.  Any help is appreciated!!

I know that I can click "move" on the form asset and select Design Studio. My question is, since this form is currently "in-use" and currently being used in a variety of local programs (which is why we want to move it into the Design Studio instead) will any of the historical or in-use data be impacted when moving it?

Hi! We're seeing strange results as a major percentage of traffic from certain IP locations is actually associated to visits to another country's site. For example: almost 30% of traffic allegedly from London (looking at the "Cities" dimension i.e. IP based) is actually to the French version of the site.  This trend started towards the beginning of December 2021.  Moreover, all of the visits at issue are from iOS devices, which makes us wonder if this could be related to an update in the privacy policy of the operating system, but we're not sure.  Does anyone have any idea of what could be causing these results or have experienced anything similar? Thanks!

Actually, I am trying to pass the data in order to make the modal popup work. Here I am getting the modal popup through experience fragments.  First I created a template to show the modal popup. And I am passing the modal ID to match the experience fragment modal ID.  The code is given below   <template data-sly-template.mainbutton="${ @ properties}"> <sly> <div data-sly-test="${properties.modalFragmentPath}" class="${properties.modalBehavior == 'fullOverlay' ? 'fullscreen-overlay-wrap overlay-modal' : ''}" id="${properties.modalId}"> <sly data-sly-resource="${properties.modalFragmentPath}"></sly> </div> </sly> </template>    Second I am calling the created template on the main HTML to show the modal popup. And the code is given below.   <sly data-sly-use.templates="core/wcm/components/commons/v1/templates.html"></sly> <

Hello - what is the most efficient way to crop a rectangle image into a circle, and if needed, move the focus (center) of the crop? For example, if I don't want the person's head cropped off I can move around the crops position over the image.  Thanks!
