I'm curious to find out the property which enables an OOTB workflow to be used. There is an OOTB process step and workflow to add dam asset size (dam:size). Invoking this on an asset is resulting in the below warning. Continuing with the next step. Thanks

Hi,  When I try to configure a new rule (for example visible based in new rule), in the modal, all dropdowns appears in the select with "Dropdown Field" label instead of real label. I attach an image. I have tested in AEM 6.5 and it works correctly. I didn't see this issue as Know Issues. Please can you check it? AEM 6.5.12  AEM 6.5 Regards!

Hi Team, I am creating a segment to filter products that I want to see.  However, when I use 'contains' or 'equals' and use that, I am still seeing data from other products.  Am I doing something wrong here?  See below for example : product equal 123 or product equal 456 or product equal 789 Thanks

We have a few users who seem to get random notifications that don't apply to them. Usually it's when a project status changes and I've noticed that they are usually associated with one particular portfolio or template. I've checked the sharing on the portfolio or template and there's nothing there that should trigger the notification. Am I missing something?

I want to prevent login from an external IP address, but I cannot use Federated ID because it is difficult to introduce SSO.Is there any other way to control IP?I hope that IP control, which was previously available, will be restored.

I am a User with full permissions and have Alerts that have been transferred over to me from someone who was the original author of the Alerts. We have some Alerts that are firing that need amending but I can't seem to locate them (even though upon receiving the email from our "Adobe Analytics administrator" who is named as myself) Thanks for any assistance in advance

I've started a poll on the most used persistence (for repository) and storage (for binaries) for AEM, on-premise, installations. Vote in the largest and most active LinkedIn group on Adobe AEM and Marketing Cloud Group on LinkedIn . I will update final results here. Right now these are the results:

Hi,We have a dimension that uses tracking code.  Those have numeric value.  Is it possible to label those IDs to a readable name in the report only?  For example, tracking ID 123 in the report it should show, tracking ID 123 = About Us.  Not sure if this doable but any help is appreciated.  Thanks

Hi all, In the last days we are having some issues with the performance of adobe campaign classic console, sometimes its extremely slow to connect and after connecting it keeps being slow in executing workflows or consulting tables, and other times it works normal, like it's so slow for 40 minutes every one hour more or less. I'm thinking about problems with the servers, but not sure yet, that's why i'm asking if someone have any idea about what else can be than servers, if someone had the same problem. Thanks, Badr.

Hi All,We have a requirement to download asset in original file format without zipping the file. Suppose if we try to download the jpg file, it should be downloaded as jpg files format itself. Could anyone suggest any way to achieve that ?

I have a custom component that relies on JCR order for displaying assets (specifically, Content Fragments) in a particular order. The order should be customizable by Authors. In AEM 6.5.6 and prior, the assets could be ordered in the List View by drag and dropping a handle at the right hand side of the list – as long as the parent folder was set to "Orderable" (i.e. had a "sling:OrderedFolder" type in JCR).However, after upgrading to AEM 6.5.7 (Service Pack 7) the handles are no longer visible. They appear to be hidden via a CSS class, possibly related to the introduction of the sorting functionality in the Card View and Column View.I am wondering, is this a defect in AEM 6.5.7 or is the ordering functionality gone for good?Is there any alternative way for Authors to order Assets?

I am trying to decrypt the file on sftp using lambda function, but not getting the exact code and steps to use in lambda functions to decrypt and download the file on sftp? Has someone ever tried this ?

I'd like to create a workflow to publish but only on content that has been approved. For example, say you have a workflow for content approval: start approval workflow for content-fragment-1 -> content-fragment-1 approved -> end approval workflow Then you would have  start publish workflow for content-fragment-1 -> content-fragment-1 publish -> end publish workflow But, what happens if someone makes a changes content-fragment-1 between the approval workflow and the publish workflow? Is there a way to only publish approved content?

We have a bunch of template authors who can add "component policies" which allows specific components to be used on the page. During the configuration of the  "component policy", the dropdown list composes of a lot of componentGroup. We allow template authors to select any componentGroup of their choice... However, we have a requirement to hide a specific componentGroup based on user group. My question is, can we hide a specific componentGroup from template authors but show it to admins?
