Hi all, I've been having a hard time understanding how nesting containers within a segment works in Adobe analytics. It makes sense to me when the "Top container" is a Visit or a Visitor container, but what I'm having trouble understanding the logic behind having the "Top container" as a HIT while the nested container as a Visit or Visitor.Creating a "Breakdown fallout at this touchpoint" segment from a fallout chart creates the segment below, which shows the immediate HIT after fallout at a certain touchpoint. it would be great if somebody explained the logic to me, and how it can be appended to show all the pages viewed after fallout not just the immediate Hit. Thanks !!!

Hi there, I've an issue I can't solve on Adobe Workspace. Any help would be appreciated! What I have : a pageView hit with s.products and prodView event (hit A). a customLink with a fixed value when a button is clicked (hit B). What I want is to segment on all the hits A that are followed by a hit B, in order to seen what products trigger the more use on that button. Though I've tried but I can't figure it out with the sequence segments, I can't segment at a hit-level, only at a visit-level and so I get prodViews which are not relevant in my segment. Many thanks!Alex

Hi WF Community, Does anyone know of a way to create a custom field on the Task object that will do the following? Capture the Planned Completion Date value in this new field, and don't overwrite this value if the Planned Completion Date field value is updated after its initial value. I know how to create this field and have it capture the value from the Planned Completion Date field, but it overwrites the originally-captured-value once the Planned Completion Date field value is updated. Thanks,Nick

My web developer flagged this to me and I have never seen this from MKTO redirects. Anyone else experience this or have a solution? MKTO support wasn't very helpful on this one 😞"Last week the security team flagged a couple of redirects associated with Marketo that can be escalated to XSS attacks."   erp.financialforce.com/redirect?url=https://www.google.combackoffice.financialforce.com/app/redirect?url=https://www.google.combackoffice.financialforce.com/redirect?url=https://google.comerp.financialforce.com/redirect#?url=https://www.google.com

There seems to be a bug in the two new Workspace panels. The dimension item available is only limited to the default that found in the dropdown list(top 25?).  Same issue with other dimension, the dimension item is only limited to those default option. A page name can be dragged as a dimension item, however it will be reverted to default pageName in a few seconds. Most users of Adobe Analytics have more than 25 pages... We should be able to search and drag desired target page. Any workarounds?

We created a Marketo Preference Center that is hosted on a Marketo Landing Page and has Pre-fill enabled. When customers arrive at this page via a Marketo email, everything works perfectly and their existing preferences are pre-filled.   However, we'd like to give our clients the option of accessing this page also from their externally hosted client account, where they've already signed in. Is there a way to bring them to this Marketo LP, authenticate them in some way on the backend, and pre-fill their preferences?

Hi, When logging in from a JSSP (using for instance logon https://experienceleague.adobe.com/developer/campaign-api/api/f-logon.html) the login is performed from 127.0.0.1. Is there any way to perform a login using the IP that requested the JSSP?The objective is to perform a login from a JSSP that respects the securityZone settings for the operator used to log in. If not, is there any other way to validate if a requesting IP is valid according to securityZone settings? Regards,Jonas

Hi, Can anyone share an article with examples to customize sitemap generator of servicepack11

Hi Everyone,Just want to check with you guys, I was wondering how to use two plugins with the single rule via custom script (or) Data element via (custom) to track both the campaign (getQueryParam) and Get Value Once (getValOnce). For Example: Let say I am running a campaign where user reach to my page with "cid?=test" for the first time after that on the subsequent call if user reach to the same campaign within 30 days I don't want to track and get/pushthe value to any variables. If the user visit on the same campaign within 30 days, then we use getValOnce plugin to block the track for the specific duration.Hope you understand my case.Kindly help me if you have any reference links to fix this.Vijay
