Hello everyone! We have been having stale cache issues with dispatcher. When looking at the dispatcher.log we noticed that several `evicted` messages in the below format. There is no documentation available on the eviction strategy of dispatcher. Available cache size on File System is abundant.[Tue Jan 25 10:54:02 2022] [I] [pid 5754 (tid 140051694446336)] Touched /opt/aemDispatcher/cache/content/news/en/local/k/2022/1/25/.stat[Tue Jan 25 10:54:02 2022] [I] [pid 5754 (tid 140051694446336)] Evicted /opt/aemDispatcher/cache/content/news/en/local/k/2022/1/25/article.html[Tue Jan 25 10:54:02 2022] [I] [pid 5754 (tid 140051694446336)] Evicted /opt/aemDispatcher/cache/content/news/en/local/k/2022/1/25/article.lts.json.h----[Tue Jan 25 13:52:20 2022] [I] [pid 32190 (tid 140051677660928)] Touched /opt/aemDispatcher/cache/content/news/en/local/k/2022/1/25/.stat[Tue Jan 25 13:52:20 2022] [I] [pid 32190 (tid 140051677660928)] Evicted /opt/aemDispatcher/cache/content/news/en/local/k/2022/1/25/arti

Hi all, I have set up a new pipeline to deploy only the Dispatcher configuration. The Dispatcher configuration is pretty much the OOTB one, with just a couple of minor changes. The issue is that the pipeline fails but there seem to be no way to understand what's causing it. Here's the screenshot of the pipeline after a try:There are 2 logs available: build_dispatcher_build.log  and build_dispatcher_validation.log (logs.zip). Both of them seem OK, no errors highlighted and both steps finish successfully. However, as you can see in the image, the pipeline fails.I would like to know how can I get more information about the problem. Or if someone else has experienced the same issue. Thanks! DetailsLocal TestI have tested the Dispatcher locally and it works just fine.I have also used the validator tools that come with the Dispatcher module to validate the Dispatcher configuration module, all of them were OK: ~/aem/dispatcher-sdk-2.0.88 $bin/validator dispatc

Can we use acs-commons/granite/ui/components/include inside multifield, or there any workaround to reuse dialog field inside multifield

Hi Community, I need some urgent help on the below, In an event where the Adobe API is experiencing issues or is down, what happens to the events received for the transactional messages during that period of time, is there any retry logic as such.can you provide some information or link to a document which explains this.

How much time will it take to get reflected in adobe analytics if I upload classification via classification importer.

We have legacy systems that still need IE 11 to access and AEM is our gateway.  We noticed the Adobe Analytics stopped capturing data from IE 11 on Feb 25, 2022 whereas Google Analytics still captures that traffic.   I know IE 11 is not supported and will still be used for some our internal applications and we need to track usage to those systems. Did something change on Feb 25 such that Adobe Analytics is no longer capturing data from IE 11? ThanksDan

I am trying to determine how much my content owners upload information to our site, how would I go about gathering that data?

When I preview the dataset in AEP, only the last ingestion of the data set is always displayed. Even if I select a previous data set and click on the button, the latest data set is always displayed. Is it possible, from the UI and not via the API, to view data sets prior to the last ingestion date?

Hello guys,I am trying to install the AMP package in AC V7 but I dont see the package.Any suggestion? Thanks

Hi Team,How to fetch the files from SFTP with a date-timestamp attached to it and in ascending order of their upload using file transfer activity.File transfer activity fetches all the files but process them in latest arrived, first served manner[descending order] whereas we want to first process the files which came earlier as first and then so on - ascending order [last modified should be processed at last and first modified should be processed first]. Any help is highly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Hi Folks, Below is the requirement. At present , we are creating package spec file definition under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then we are exporting the package by clicking the export the package.  Now i need to create a workflow which will export the package automatically from the package definition spec file created under Administration --> Configuration --> Package Management --> Package definitions and then commit the exported xml file in bitbucket. Let me know if you have any suggestions.

Hey, I have a scenario, that I am working on and kind of struck with that, any pointer will be appreciated. Problem Statement: I have to fetch number of times a customer(count) have booked on same train, same day, same route.Note: A customer can book multiple tickets on same train, same day, same route.Output expected:------------------------Customer_id, Number_of_times_tickets_are_booked, train_number Thanks in advance.Sonika

presently, I've only used OSGI (where I've used the import Java directive to include various OSGI libraries in my custom code) store custom app configget environment info (whether it's test, prod or author, publisher and etc)------- In our custom code base, we have a folder called "core" and inside it is a pom.xml that imports several OSGI jars. Is it likely that the whole "core" folder is an OSGI bundle? (I know the core folder shows in /system/console/bundles) all the java code inside is a "component"? Thank you.

I've been looking at REST and AEM/sling (and other technologies around AEM) and it seems to be if I use AEM, it's automatically RESTful? (there are various websites that explains/defines REST and it seems to be AEM qualifies. If no to my 1st question, what do I need to do to make it RESTful? Thanks a lot!

Hi Community, The documentation states that an email address with status On denylist is a result of feedback loops. There is a delivery failure type "Address on denylist" but that seems to be for email address that was added to the denylist at the time of sending. Is there a delivery failure type we should be using for email that was marked as spam in that delivery?

Are there AAM users out there who are using AAM 3rd Party data sources successfully? If so, can you give me an example of how you are using them?

Hi there everyone,Can you share what metrics are recommended to uncover why a page might have a high bounce rate - I was thinking the page not found metric would be helpful. Was wondering if there are page load time measures or other measures that align to the Google Speed test  tool but that are embedded in the Adobe dashboard.Thank you!

Hi, I am facing issue while capturing value from dropdown in AEM.The value are stored but the words after space is ignored. e.g.- If "united states" is selected then only "united" is stored in the variable and "states" is ignoredplease help me find the cause of it and how to fix it

If I add keywords to our assets within AEM or add them in Adobe Bridge then upload to AEM, will those keywords only be searchable from within the AEM database?  We are using AEM to store our image assets for everyone in our communications department (including the web team) to access. We apply keywords to our images that we don't want used by search engines. These keywords will only be used by our team in the backend of AEM to find images. For example, we are a college and will use photos of students (who have signed a release) for various marketing materials, websites, and social media posts. We don't want keywords such as their full name, photoshoot location, age, college degree, or other identifying keywords to be searched publicly.  Can keywords added in the backend of AEM and associated with an image's properties be seen by public search images when used on our website or social media platforms?

I have been running one recurring workflow in which players are added to one segment. There was no issue until today. Players were added to the desired segments everyday. But today, the above mentioned error was displayed and players weren't added to the segment.  1 Does anyone have any idea why this happened?  2 As this workflow was running perfectly fine till now, what might have caused this to fail after so many days? 3 Can this be once in a lifetime failure ? 4 What are the required steps to fix this? 5 Should I wait till tomorrow and check this again ? Thanks for your help..

Hello ,I am part of innovate Partnership program and want to learn the basics of AEM. Goal is to build few components retrieving data from external services and displaying in AEM. Few questions: 1. How do i download AEM6.5 jar file? 2. What is the best possible path to learn basics of AEM which takes me to build the components in AEM3. What is the key information so that components are authentication aware for ex: how to differentiate components for authenticated vs public users.  Appreciate your help.  Thanks
