Hi Community,I want to analyze my unique visitors by last touch channel over a trimester. The total seems to be 320K. But once I sum up each line I see more than the total (the sum of the 5 first lines is already greater than the total).See screenshot below:Thanks to this post, I understand the for marketing channel, a unique visitor can be counted in 2 differents channel. But since I'm using the "Last Touch Channel", how can it be possible? Thanks a lot for your help.

I have a setup where I have one author node and four publisher nodes. Whenever we add any image to DAM assets, we publish it from author and it gets available on publisher nodes.Recently, I saw that one of the image was not available on one publisher node and available on other publisher nodes. After finding the issue, when I publish the image again - It gets replicated on the faulty publisher as well.I wanted to know as if why this might have happened? Appreciate for sharing any pointers on this.

Hi all,  I was wondering if there is a way to setup a typology rule for blocking deliveries without the unsubscription link. Unfortunately the default one only generates a warning when the opt-out link is missing, and there is no way for changing the level (from "warning" to "error") or for changing the code. Did someone of you ever realized something similar? Thanks in advance! Simone

Hi all,I get an requirement to check how many users log in the last month. So, in AEM as a cloud service, is there a way to retrieve login or other metrics by user ids, please? If there is, how to access it?Thanks.

To whom it may concern, Can you please provide me with instructions on how to add a folder to Adobe Dynamic Media Classic at the highest level? I've attached a screenshot for reference. Hi, We are implementing a solution where different users have access to different market folders and campaigns; hence we created new users and gave them below access rights to their market folders.Named Rights:- Prepare Delivery- Start Deliveries- Workflow- Approval Administrationand the below-mentioned Folders:- Campaign Management- Campaign Process (under Administration -> Production -> Technical workflows)The same is working on V7, but on V8, it's giving the following error on workflow when querying recipient where now recipient is on cloud and using FFDA access to retrieve data.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query XSV-350062 Unable to start data source 'nms:extAccount:ffda *Account Name'.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query Cannot load document of type 'External Accounts (nms:extAccount)' satisfying condition '([/@name] = 'ffda')'.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query WDB-200011 The requested database record does not exist.07/12/2021 10:12:20 query (0)=ffda07/12/2021 10:12:20 query Rights xr WHERE xr.iOp

Trying to load Target with Adobe Launch, ended up with the "Adobe Target content delivery is disabled"-error on pageload. So I´ve been reading through the forum in search of how to solve the issue withut success , tried to add the cookieDomain to window.targetGlobalSettings  (in the at.js header) but that did not help, the site is running on heroku so its on a subdomain to herokuapp.com, added full hostname like xyz.herokuapp.comIs there any other setting to be added as a global setting that i am missing? thanks in advance

Hi Team, We have multiple primary reporting suites and one secondary report suite, in which we want to get AAM segments to report in AA for the secondary report suite, do we need to enable SSF on both the primary and secondary report for it work?  Basically, we want to enable SSF on the secondary report, however, that report is being shared across other reports.  Do we need to enable SSF on all other primary reports for the secondary to work or we don't need to?  Also, does enabling SSF on the secondary suite count as server calls on other reports that don't have SSF enabled? Thanks

Hi,I have uploaded asset programatically by assetManager api and I am trying to set metadata properties for that asset. While doing this, i get following exception due to which few out of the box properties are not getting updated for the asset(ex. jcr:lastModified).I tried checking damAssetState property , if its 'processed' i will be doing further actions on asset.Resource assetData = resourceResolver.getResource(damPath + "/jcr:content");while(someTimer){String assetState = (String) assetData.getValueMap().getOrDefault("dam:assetState", "");if (assetState.equalsIgnoreCase("processed")) {// break loop and  do next actions}}Still i get same error and version doesnt get created. I feel 'dam-xmp-writeback' tries to send changes to renditions as soon as metadata node is modified. I do not have concrete solution yet. could you please let me know if you have nay thoughts on this?Logs:29.01.2019 17:44:21.591 *ERROR* [JobHandler: /etc/workflow/instances/server0/2019-01-29/dam-xmp-writeback_4

Hi there,   So I'm more versed in Excel, so that's how I'll explain what I'm trying to do. I have a data set on a contact level that contains several items based off zip code. My opportunities have a zip code as well, and I want to get those items (one at a time) based on that zip code.    Would creating a token that had a function of iF opportunityZIP matches contactZip, pull contactItem1 work?
