Hi Experts, I have written an email functionality using org.apache.commons.mail api where I am passing a third party url as part of email body. Email functionality is working fine and recipients are able to receive the email.  URL which is part of email body is appearing correct for gmail users however not for outlook users. I suspected that it could be charset or contentType issue while setting the email, hence manually tried setting that value to UTF-8 for charset and text/html for contentType, still there is no luck. email body url at gmail (working)https://thirdpartdomain?mode=download&flatten_folders=true&signature=d5bfd947766840f834338d25b951f1d82d408daa&keep_derived=true&allow_missing=true&public_ids[]=3044615-center-1&skip_transformation_name=true&type=upload&target_public_id=353&target_format=zip&timestamp=1629658500 email body url at outlook (not working)https://thirdpartdomain?mode=download&flatte

current setup:I have this URL (www.my-host.com/people/first.last). this displays profile for the company staff.first.last is a a suffixWhen visiting this URL, this creates a cached file inside this path => /mnt/var/html/www/content/main/en/people.dir.html/first.lastThese are the rules used to make this happen. RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/people(.html)?/(.*)$ [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/content/main/en/people/(.*)$ RewriteRule /people(.html)?/(.*)$ /content/main/en/people.dir.html/$2 [PT,L]  new setup:I have to replicate the technique used above for a new dynamic page. The new page will be using this URL format (www.my-host.com/product2/name/year)name and year are both suffixes. Year is optionalThe URL would then fetch the content that's stored in /mnt/var/html/www/content/main/en/product2.dir.html/name.yearThese are my rewrite lines that I'm testing #FIRST RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/product1(.html)?/(.*)$ [OR] RewriteCond %{REQUEST_URI} ^/content/main/en/

Hi all, I have run into one issue recently: package creation with some assets inside fails with the DataStoreException: Record xxx not found error  This image is not being used under the content and yes, the record ID is not present in the file system. Data store consistency check doesn't show any issues and there is no way to use backup in order to restore those files. It starts working when I remove this asset and upload again, but doing it for each image (looks there are a lot of such instances) from the 10Gb folder is not the right choice as for me.  Is there any other way to fix these broken references?

I am using 6.5.9 AEM version and trying to create new basepage using editable template and after configuring policies, it starts showing components to add on template but when I add those component on template it appears without any styles even in preview mode. But if I enable the same template which does not have component with styles and try to create page with that template it shows the components with all the styles on that page. Can anyone please let me know what I might be missing, or there any configuration for styles/designs which I might have missed?

Rendering of my header takes almost a second. To remedy the issue I wanted to use Server Side Includes. Unfortunately I am working on IIS. I've added the ServerSideIncludes in Windows Features, and created a Module Mapping for *.html.Assume we start with an empty Disapatcher cache. I visit in my browser http://my-domain/home.html. Markup when returned directly from the publisher contains the SSI directive:<body> <!-- #include virtual="/content/header.html" --> rest of page</body>As the request is further processed through IIS, I can see "Error processing SSI file" in the browser instead of the actual header (which means at least that SSI directives are handled by IIS in some way). I can also see only single file home.html in the cache. At least something is happening. If I now visit http://my-domain/content/header.html in my browser, I can see the proper header markup. Because this goes through the Dispatcher, the /content/header.html is now cached as a file

Hi,  I'm configuring with direct rule for both the success/unsuccess event capture on the login button with _satellite.track(logged) & _satellite.track(notlogged). Also, capturing along with username value from text field.  Login button on the Page A (Placed _satellite.track(logged) & _satellite.track(notlogged) - Login page different domain ) -> there is one redirection in middle its sign process -> then it reaches to page B (main site  ). We need to track the event from Page A. Config: Event : Direct Call  & Action: Adobe Analytics : Evar3(data element with custom code just to fetch the username value from the website) & Event3 mapped and selected. Problem: I'm able to see till the direct call connection and username value by giving alert but s.tl call is not happening. I'm not able to see the OTHER CLICK call in the debugger tool. Navigation is happening from one domain to other domain. In between, call is

Hello, I am trying to see if Adobe identifies a piece of code we are running behind a cart/form. Basically I would like to pull a report for a webpage on which we have this cart/form and see if there is any action registered to this piece of code 'step_name'. We just want to see if Adobe is pulling data right, whether it's views or clicks of the code I mentioned. Is this something Adobe can do, and if so, how can I do that?

Hi ,I am trying to track YouTube engagement on the site , is there any documentation which clearly explains YouTube tracking  in adobe analytics? Currently following: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-platform/tags/extensions/adobe/youtube/overview.html?lang=en but there is a slight flickering issue. Thanks, Pradeep

I've inherited an AA implementation and cannot find in Launch the mapping between the data elements and their relative variables. They are mapped somehow, as the data is available in Workspace. However, in the AA extension in Launch, I see no such mappings as expected. The documentation provided also states this is the expected mapping method:  "In the Global Variables tab of the Analytics extension map the data elements created above to the relative variables." However, the global variables is mostly empty, but there are dozens of custom Evars available somehow. What is the issue here? Edit: I've figured these are mapped via the set variables in Rules

We classify our product data into classes and subclasses. Currently, we have hundreds of subclasses. I built a segment to only display data for 21 subclasses, but all of the subclasses are displayed when I generate the report. This is a snap shot of the last seven dimensions (subclass) in the segment I built: But, you can see the workspace report returns 1,612 subclasses and I was only expecting 21 subclasses. How can I include only the 21 subclasses I need and exclude all the rest? Thank you for consideration,I-5

I have a funnel for the payment process in our app. I made a segment out of this funnel (using "Create segment from touchpoint"), and then a metric out of this segment (using Unique Visitors).I got the query JSON for this metric and sent it using the "GET reports" API. We use this API for many other reports, and they work fine. The query results were lower than what we see in Workspace. For example, in a certain month I got 8997707 Unique Visitors vs. 9496408 in Workspace. This is the first time we get such differences in our query results, and I noticed that this is also the first time we use a very complex segment - it is composed of many filters: browser existence, component version strings, domain names and more. I came across this question and I wonder if it has something to do with a mismatch of API versions.Any idea why this happens? If you need more details, please feel free to ask.

Hi, I have to track a variable which is in a form of an array, for e.g.,I have to track hobbies of a person landing up on my site, so as soon as they log in, I want to send that along with other user details, like their name, age etc. Right now, I am doing something like this, const contextData = { userName: 'ABC', age: 32 } ACPCore.trackState('Homepage', contextData); Now, I want to track hobbies too, let's say hobbies for above user are reading, skating, dancing. So, I am modifying my existing implementation to,const contextData = { userName: 'ABC', age: 32, hobbies: ['Reading','Skating','Dancing'] } ACPCore.trackState('Homepage', contextData); What changes do I need to make in processing rules to map hobbies which is an array to an evar?

Hello Community - I am using this model for the component to read the properties and perform some action, it is working and I am able to read the properties of the component. @Model(adaptables = { Resource.class, SlingHttpServletRequest.class })public class Test {@PostConstructpublic void init() {Node curNode = this.request.getResource().adaptTo(Node.class);try {if (curNode.hasProperty("compId")) {String compId = curNode.getProperty("compId").getString();}}}}I would like to read some additional properties which are required and only available in jcr:content(cq:PageContent) node of the page. I was trying to read using the below but it is not working. Am I doing anything wrong here? Can someone advise on this? ResourceResolver resourceResolver=request.getResourceResolver();Resource resource=resourceResolver.getResource("/content/testsite/en/homepage/jcr:content");ValueMap properties = resource.adaptTo(ValueMap.class);String title = properties.get("jcr:title", (String) null);&nb

We are testing the MSI Outlook Plugin for part of our sales team to use and if we use the Bcc field it will not register in the activity log in SF. If you send and track an email using Bcc, should it register in MSI and in the activity log? Right now we are only seeing it track in the MSI - Email section when we send as Bcc.    We also are testing this using a template we created - not sure if this will make a difference   Update with Answer: We were using the wrong trigger: "Is Sent Sales Emailed" is what was needed along with "create task" in the flow

We rely heavily on a few fields in Salesforce that are populated using Process Builder in Salesforce.  - Last Campaign (Name of last SFDC Campaign they're a member of) - Last Campaign Member Status - Original Campaign   We're seeing issues from this process builder, which updates the lead/contact every time someone is added to a SFDC campaign, or their campaign member status changes. It seems to be causing problems where we can't added campaign members to SFDC campaigns in bulk from marketo because the process builder fails.    A couple of questions:  - Is there a way in Marketo to reference the most recent SFDC Campaign and populate these fields?  - If not, is there a change we could make to the process in SFDC to eliminate this issue?
