Has anyone else experienced BOT opens and not clicks? Usually, by checking the activity I can identify BOTS due to the actions but this email send it seems many of the 137 opened were from the same domain and Platform: unknown Device: unknown     Would this be BOT activity, inflated/false opens? So my question is: are there BOT mail scanners that open only and do not click?   Thanks, --Tracy

In the Authoring environment, we noticed that after user logs out by clicking the "Sign Out" button (/system/sling/logout.html) then still the HTTPSession is not cleared, and the JSESSIONID cookie value is also not cleared nor changed.  We are using HTTPSession to store sensitive user information, and want to clear them when the user logs out.  What would be the ideal way to clear the HTTPSession data when user logs-out? Thanks.

We are testing out this form: daytwostaging.wpengine.com/resources/resource-asset-title/   There is nothing different about it from our other forms except it is not a modal so it should be simpler right? Sadly this is the error I am seeing:   Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'fadeOut' of undefined at Object.c.hide (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:7) at forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4 at Function.<anonymous> (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4) at Function.each (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:5) at O (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4) at Object.B [as success] (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4) at f (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4) at e (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:4) at dispatch (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:6) at q.handle (forms2.min.js?ver=5.7.2:6) Hoping someone here can help

I am trying to build a workflow that assigns tasks to our sales team over a certain amount of time. So task assigned, wait step, next task assigned, etc. But before each new task is assigned I want to check for program success and remove if success equals true. This seems super straightforward but would like someone to double-check my work.  I just want to be sure that "IF success = True" is only related to the program the smart campaign is nested under. Again - seems super straightforward, but wanted to be 100% sure.

(I had asked this question yesterday, but I accidentally marked someone's reply as a solution, but it wasn't) I've been working with a client trying to ingest their Analytics data using the 'Data Warehouse' feature, but was seeing some discrepancies. Under the 'workspace' tab, the client created a report. I noticed that when they use the 'visits' metric, they are using a calculated metric (ID: cm300005330_5d9cb1dd961e9c361a903f2a) instead of 'metrics/visits.' Here is the cm definition I receive from the API:   { "rsid": <removed>, "reportSuiteName": <removed>, "id": "cm300005330_5d9cb1dd961e9c361a903f2a", "name": "Visits", "description": "", "polarity": "positive", "precision": 0, "type": "decimal", "definition": { "formula": { "func": "metric", "name": "metrics/visits", "description": "Visits" }, "func": "calc-metric", "version": [ 1, 0, 0 ] }, "compatibility": { "identityMetrics": [{ "identity"

The business is noting that the predecessors are no longer green on the project view if all predecessors are complete. Is anyone else experiencing this issue?I don't think there's been a new release that would have created this issue, which people have only started noticing this week.

My company is switching from the legacy view to the new experience, and I'm trying to use Chrome's default search function to search through projects. Previously, I was able to go to Chrome's Settings -> Default Search Engine and enter the address Workfront used to search for projects within our company. I'm unable to do this since I switched over to the new experience. If this function is no longer possible, is there a way to have the search be a full window rather than a popup? Thank you,Nathan

Hello,When I try to enable the EEC in the Target, I receive this message: "We cannot complete your request. Please contact Adobe client-care if the problem persists."You can see in the image:  I dont know what it happens.Thank you and regards.

What's the barrier that is preventing this functionality from being enabled? It is preferred for us in many instances to go with recurring deliveries as it is difficult to be restrained by the single send option in the likely event that we send a particular email on several occasions to different audiences, but we forego profile substitution as a consequence.

Hi there,  I am creating an email template inside Adobe Campaign Standard which has some images. I would like to personalize the URL of the the images in the src attribute. I have created a custom resource inside ACS which contains a list of product names and their corresponding product image URLs. I would like to have this product image shown in the image element of my email page. I have tried enabling personalization in email designer page for my image element and tried including the product image URL field from my custom resource in the personalization field but that doesn't seem to work.  The code is used in src in img tag in  HTML email is below:src="http://xxxx-mkt-stage1-res.adobe-campaign.com/" data-nl-imgep-perso-attr-src="http://xxxx-mkt-stage1-res.adobe-campaign.com/<span class="acr-field nl-dce-field" data-nl-expr="/context/targetData/image_link_1" data-nl-type="string" contenteditable="fal

How set property value of textfield using sightly? or how to add the page title as property value in text field?

Hello Team, We need to allow jcr:title property for live copy creation. In order to do so, we are thinking to add this configuration at code level. I tried to do in below ways: 1)  Create a file under /apps/myproject/osgiconfig/config/com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.amended-custom.xml Content:<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><jcr:root xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0"jcr:primaryType="sling:OsgiConfig"cq.wcm.msm.action.excludednodetypes="[cq:LiveSyncConfig,cq:BlueprintSyncConfig,cq:LiveSyncAction]"cq.wcm.msm.action.excludedparagraphitems="[cq:propertyInheritenceCancelled]"cq.wcm.msm.action.excludedprops="[jcr:(?!(title)$).*,sling:.*,(?!cq:tags)+cq:.*,hashValue]"cq.wcm.msm.action.ignoredMixin="[.*]"/> 2) Create a file under /apps/myproject/config/com.day.cq.wcm.msm.impl.actions.ContentUpdateActionFactory.amended-custom.xml and file content is same as of

Hi,I have a reviews and rating component that needs to be added at the bottom of the page. It gets its data from MySQL DB. Hi, appreciate if anyone can share some experience here.    We would like to limit the marketo access for a specific BU team to a local workspace and lead partition. So we are trying to build a global workspace and a local workspace with 2 separate partitions. Is it possible to set up in the following way so that leads in local lead partition can still interact with global assets and get added as program members in Global workspace? Can global workspace programs consist of leads from both Global lead partition and Local lead partition? And will all the engagement history be shown in the local lead activity log? Thank you! Global workspace: Global lead partition + Local lead partition  Local workspace: Local lead partition

Hi,I have an external dataset that I need to join to Analytics data in a warehouse. Unfortunately the external dataset is keyed by AAM UUID, whereas my data is keyed by the ECID/MID field, which is preventing me join these together. How can I convert the UUID to a ECID?The ID documentation from the AAM suggests that the ECID can be calculated from the UUID by combining with our organisation ID, but it doesn't provide the function to do this and I can't find this anywhere. Is there a simple function or formula available to do this? (is it something like salting the UUID with the org ID and hashing again?)Thanks in advance

The inherited page properties tab is appearing in the current page properties. We have to hide it. Please suggest.

When our business partners submit a request, the routing rule automatically routes the request and assigns it to the Account Manager (AM) who is responsible for that book of business. However, when the AM is out of the office, we would like to be able to change the assignment on an individual request to another AM, who will be work on that particular one while the other AM is out of office. Right now they are unable to change the assignment. Only the person who was originally assigned and Admins can do it. Am I missing something? Is there a way to do that or is it not available at this time? We thought this was possible when we were using Classic.

I've found that if you select "Proofing Workflow" on a document and then add an approver on the "Approvals" tab, it's a document approval, not a proof approval. (as pictured in the attached screenshot). Is there a way to hide this? It's confusing our users. I looked in the Layouts but that section doesn't seem editable.

Hey everyone,  I've been trying build a fallout analysis that allows the end user to change the starting point (or anypoint) of the fallout based on a drop-down filter up top the panel. At the moment, I've got a segment that include every available page that the user could select from as the initial starting point for the fallout. However, after some validation analysis, it doesn't seem to match 1:1 when building the fallout specific for a single page. Another idea I had was using the filter created on the top of the panel and dragging that down to the fallout and using that as the starting point of but it doesn't seem like Adobe allows you to dynmically do that.  Any other thoughts on how to do this sort of analysis? Thanks!

Hi All, I have gone through the tutorials etc, including udemy courses but how can I learn without seeing or "experiencing " the software. A potential employer would at least expect me to have tried the platform before they give me a job. This I think is perfectly fair - you wouldn't give a formula 1 car to a guy with the manual in his hands. How do I learn / access a trial etc when the Adobe chat bot and Contact Form just close me out as I am not a million dollar corporate? Thanks !Dave

Hello All, I am using OOTB comments component by pointing a component to "social/commons/components/hbs/comments" for the sling:resourceSuperType property. On loading the page, I see the comments and can make comments and replies and so on. Using MSRP and Solr for UGC data. However, for the page/s where the comments component is included The page prints the header and stops/keeps loading (blank remaining page) for 2-3 seconds before loading the comments component and other contents.I checked the network tab behavior and after the stop the following scripts are loadedhttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/commons/scf.csshttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/hbs/tally/voting.csshttp://localhost:4503/etc.clientlibs/clientlibs/social/hbs/subscriptions.css Not sure where the delay is.  There is nothing custom at the moment when I try this in my local. When I do not include the comments component on the page, it loads fine/fast.  W
