I had previously extracted "visitorId" from Data Warehouse API 1.4 but I am unable to do so using Reporting API 1.4-it gives the error "Element combination not supported". Is this element not available for extraction in Reporting API 1.4?

We have setup a Recently viewed products based criteria Recommendation Activity. Before going live, how can we test if the activity is setup correctly or not?

We currently call the privacy api deletion endpoint and then poll for status until we see the deletion has been completed. We have noticed during testing that analytics returns "status": "complete" and "message": "success" regardless of whether a customer existed in the system prior to the deletion request, which is a concern for our data governance team. Other products such as Target and Audience Manager, make this distinction by responding with status = complete but with the following additional detail:Audience Manager: "message": "Not applicable - Unable to resolve the user ids referenced in the request",  "responseMsgCode": "PRVCY-6052-200", "responseMsgDetail": "Unknown user IDs are not applicable for this product."Target: "message": "Not applicable - user context not found" Are there any plans to introduce this depth of information to the analytics product response?

Hi Everyone, I am trying to get all SKUs which has more than 10 units sold in a visit. Here is report with segment definition which is giving wrong output:I understand the fact that product variable could have multiple SKUs with varying quantity in an order hit and only all hits which qualifies my condition of the segment ( that is unit > 10) qualifies for this segment. This brings other SKU’s which have units lesser than 10. How can I successfully create a segment where I can get only SKUs which has more than 10 units ordered in a visit? @urs_boller Could you please help?

I'd like to flag leads that were previously deleted that have inbounded. I understand that the unsubscribe info is the only data that is carried over, but can we report on this by date? So looking to see if the unsub date is prior to the created date. Is this possible?

I'm trying to list task predecessor and assignedTo name, and successor task and assignedTo name for a given task in an assignment report. (not a task report) I can get predecessor names in a task report using the following:valueexpression=CONCAT({predecessor}.{name})listdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(predecessors).listsvalueformat=HTMLdisplayname=Predecessor Nametextmode=truetype=iterate And predecessor assignee:displayname=Predecessor Assigneelistdelimiter=<br>listmethod=nested(predecessors).liststextmode=truetype=iteratevalueexpression=CONCAT({predecessor}.{assignedTo}.{name})valueformat=HTML In an assignment report I would assume I could add "task" before predecessor but that doesn't work.Like: valueexpression=CONCAT({task}.{predecessor}.{name}) The only other way I can think of is a task form with calc fields for previous tasks and next task and their assignees, then display that on an assignment report. There has to be an easier way though. Thanks

Hi all, I can find the article https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/getting-started-with-aem-headless/authentication/overview.html?lang=en which talks about solutions for token based authentication support provided by AEM as a Cloud Service. Do we have a similar solution for AEM Managed Service version?

Hello,We are consuming the bulk import api and after testing in code as well as in post man, only the first column of the csv file sent is getting updated in the list we specified. I really don't know why. If we upload the list manually from Marketo New > Import List, it works.Endpoint: /bulk/v1/leads.json?access_token={access_token}&format=csv&listId={listId}

Hello experts,We are moving our application from classic to touch UI, post the conversion this would be converted to SPA.AEM modernization tool is used to convert from classic to touch UI dialog, after conversion, the dialog opens properly. However, the modified information is not stored. There're few calls noticed on the network tab and see the updated content on the call but still, the information is not stored in CRX/de.Note: I'm using AEM 6.5  Any suggestion? Thank youNanda

Hi everyone!   I am working on an email template and, when testing, I have seen that in the Gmail Android App the mktoImg blocks to which I have done "Clear content" come out as broken images (screenshot attached). In the html I see that by doing Clear content the <img> tag continues to be there, but without the src="" part. <img class="logomovil" style="" width="150" />

Hi All, My understanding is that when files are loaded (whether that be from SFTP or from local machine) a copy of the file is stored on Adobe Campaign Classic's application server. Is there a way for these files to be purged automatically (either instance wide after a period of time or through a setting in the import?) We import data through both workflows (data loading activity) and through the traditional v4 import jobs.In most cases, once the database updates are complete - we no longer need the file on the app server and would like them deleted to avoid capacity issues. Thanks in advance David

Hi, I have a daily WS report (goes out as PDF) that I have scheduled for the team. Now I want to pause/ stop the report since it's no longer required. How to do that?

We are upgrading our system from AEM 6.4.8 to AEM 6.5 with inplace upgarde.We updated from Java 8 to java 11 too. All the code dependencies and compatible issues have been fixed and there seems to be no issue in terms of components, templates and content. While testing the saml configurations we are getting 204 error code in saml response. Nothing is populating either in  saml log or error log. Do any extra steps needs to be performed in terms of upgrade related to user groups / SAML configurations?  Followed below steps for the upgrade.https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/deploying/upgrading/in-place-upgrade.html?lang=en

Hi all,I have synced my Email program to a SFDC campaign. When I update the program status i.e. Sent, Bounced, Opened, Clicked does it cost me API calls?My target had 130k records and our API call limit per day is 50k. I'm worried that updating the synced program status is going to run us out of our daily API call limit.Any idea?Also, if I don't sync the program and used "Add to SFDC Campaign" activity to update the campaign member status, does that behave differently and cost us API calls to SFDC?

I thought this would be an easy one but for some reason I am stumped on how to accomplish this.. I am looking to build a report (chart) that shows how many active projects each Team has currently. I tried filtering and grouping by Home Team ID but the ID option just gives a bunch of numbers & letters rather than the actual team name. Any help is appreciated :)

Is it possible to return a full list of all data elements names in custom code (written under Rules)? I have a few data elements and there will be new elements added in the future. I don't want to update my custom code every time a new element is added. Instead I want to GET a full list of data element names, then loop through the _satellite.getVar("<Data_element_name_here>") function in order to populate my query.

We have created a new external account connection for MYSQL.  When testing the connection we get   Investigation suggests that the customer.sh setting LD_LIBRARY_PATH needs to be updated to reference the MYSQL path for libmysqlclient.so.18 but this file does not exist on the unix server.  I'm assuming that an install is required for MYSQL but before proceeding would like to confirm that I am on the right track.
