We had a use case where we had to extend inheritance locks on live copies for Experience Fragment pages. In one of the page rendering components observed that there was node defined as : <msmConfigEndpointjcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/hidden"granite:class="msm-config-endpoint"value="${empty param.item ? requestPathInfo.suffix : param.item }"/> on using this node on experience fragment page rendering component , was able to resolve the lock issue.  But wasn't able to find any much official documentation for it, can some one please help understand this ?  AEM Version : 6.5 Service Pack 3 @arunpatidar @suraj_kamdi

The below lines of scripts loads for both author and publish instances. But I want to restrict it based on author and publish environment. Our author environment URL has "author-" keyword in it, while publish environment URL doesn't. So I was thinking can the URL help in this case? I wanted to fetch the URL and verify before loading the script. Can the URL be verified using a data-sly-test? And how can i fetch the URL?<sly data-sly-test= <need to verify here>><script type="text/javascript" src="//<path here>"></script><script type="text/javascript" src="//<path here>"></script></sly>

We are on 6.5.3. Like in CSS/bootstrap, there is a property to add the spacing between grid columns. I would like to know if there is any way to achieve this in AEM Grid? We need to add some gaps to ensure content doesn't stick together when content is placed inside the column grids.

Would like to ask your help to know how to setup AAM in my mobile app? I'm not going to use Adobe Analytics in this case, and I need to know how to set up SyncID as well.I also ask for a reference on how to track the signals to AAM. Do I use TrackState and TrackAction itself? Thanks.

We are in the process of uploading XDP forms created in Designer into AEM as HTML files. I'm having a hard time finding documentation stating why we should not have spaces in the XDP file names before we upload them. I know it is the proper way to name files but I need documentation (proof and reasoning) to present in order to suggest a procedure change. Can anyone direct me to this as I know it exists just cant find it for this exact use case. Thanks!

Hi there, May I have your help to confirm: which the adobe default referrer (or referring domain) value will be credited +1 to new visit starts on 10:33?PS: "www.domain.com" has been set in internal URL filter as internal URL, document.referrer value will be replaced in each hit, even it's an internal URL. I mainly confuse on S1 and S2, as the document.referrer is replaced by new value (which is internal domain), I have no idea whether in new visit start on 10:33:S1 & S2 referrer will be Google OR S1 referrer = Google, S2 referrer = blank (typed/bookmarked) So, please help to check if my understanding is correct:S0: Referrer: Google, Visits: 1+1S1: Referrer: Google, Visits: 1+1S2: Referrer: Google, Visits: 1+1 S3: Referrer: Google, Visit: 1, Referrer: Typed/Bookmarked, Visit: 1S4: Referrer: Google, Visit: 1, Referrer: Typed/Bookmarked, Visit: 1 This topic is related to: this question , so I am considering if it is because different user behavior.T

I'm building a change management queue for our IT teams to utilise. My overall workflow idea is to have a central queue running which all of the team can work in which we can report on centrally. These may or may not be associated with projects or tasks within WF. I've got a custom form to collect additional data and built some reporting that works well. However, I can only add the resolved by relationship to the appropriate task/project after creation:Is there a way of doing this when the request is entered at the queue, this would be a much cleaner process? Thanks!Rich

Hi community, I'm trying to create some simple alerts when specific metrics drop to 0, to catch cases where tracking has broken for some reason. I would expect to be able to do this with the "is below or equals" operator, but for some reason the preview states it would create a false positive every week. So how to achieve this? I've also tried to achieve this with "Anomaly is below expected" set to 99.9% threshold, which I would expect to be precise enough to catch cases where a metric drops to 0 or near 0. But that already gives an alert where the anomaly is 40% below expected, which is way too sensitive. How to understand the relationship between threshold and anomaly percentage?

Hi, I am looking to build a trait which will capture all display campaign activity for the foreseeable future. Is it possible to have a trait rule which reads, for example; d_campaign equals 'has value', so that regardless of the value, it will be captured if the key matches.Currently, new campaigns have to be added on a one to one basis. Thanks,Isabel

Hi All,    we want to sync only delta content from Production to lower environments. does vault support this?also is grabbit supported for AEM 6.5?

I see alot about integrating AEM with React JS. I have seen some older questions on this forum and others, touching on this topic, but not explicitly discussing feasibility. I have been asked to recommend an architecture that uses AEM for content delivery for a React Native app. As the React Native app will present content from AEM, I wanted to get some feedback, from the AEM community, if this is a satisfactory approach architecturally, and the risks and issues with testing and device compatibility. Note, we cannot use PhoneGap.

Good day experts,If we set a eVar to record Referrer, a Prop to record as well,May I have your help to a clear clarification on: Referrer, Referrer (eVar), Referrer (Prop)E.g.10:00AM, Search on Google > Landing on Page A > Page B > Exit10:01AM, Search on Bing > Landing on Page A > Page B > Exit10:02AM, Type-in URL of Page A > Page B > ExitTo the 10:02AM one,Is it correct? What's the Referrer (eVar) should be?Please help to clarify.Thank you.H

We are operating Adobe license management site separately through API. In order to integrate Adobe with our site, we're trying to get access token, but some issues are keep coming up. A message saying ‘there was an error with this action try again later’ appeared once I tried to exchanged jwt token to access token. https://console.adobe.io/home We need to exchange Jwt token issued from upper link to access token but errors are keep happening. It would be appreciated if you could look into this issue ASAP.

I am using prop and evar to capture internal search terms. But when I am testing it out in the dev environment.. i) Page views (76 page views) in prop report is way too less than evar (12,519) report. Why is this happening? ii) The total of Visits (1039), Pageviews (74) and Unique visitors (377) is far greater than the sum of all populated records in the prop report i.e when I sum visits the total is 58, Pageviews is 74 and Unique visitors is 47.  But  when I check the evar report for internal search terms.. there is a 'None' row which has all 99 percent of values which is not listed in the prop report? Can anyone please help to understand this?
