Hi,I am doing a number of email campaigns and seeing reasonable clicks in my email reports but then I check my traffic via Adobe Analytics and the unique page views are coming in almost triple of the clicks to my email. And the majority of those extra clicks are coming from the same 5-7 cities per the geosegmentation. Those cities are not in our target markets and they keep coming up no matter the segment of the list we mail to. What is happening? Click farm? Bots? What can I do about this. These numbers are throwing off my reporting. Thoughts?  Thanks

I am not well versed with webhooks, asking on behalf of a dev, can you pass trigger tokens like {{trigger.subject}} with webhooks? Thank you!

Hello everyone,I recently completed the first phase of implementation for our site. I validated all the tags and events in QA and we deployed in production. All the tags are firing as expected on the production site, however, the reports are not showing the right values. For example  for page type the eVar is showing the right values in the reporting but incorrect values for the corresponding prop. When the page type is validated on the browser, omnibug is showing the right value for both evar and prop but not the report. Can anyone tell me why this may be the case? Where could this be wired wrongly?Similarly, most of the values in the reports are messed up. Thank you.

Hi there, Relatively new to AA and have been working through training. Something I have noticed when trying to analyse user journeys is and inconsistency in my data which I am trying to figure out. I drag a page into a Flow visualisation and the container is set to 'Visitor'. However the path views for this page on the flow (5,667) differ to the value I have for the page when looking at the top visited pages on the same report. I've checked both the Visits (5,180), Unique Visitors (4,539) and page visits (6,414). My expectation is one of these metrics should match the path views. Any help would be appreaciated.

Hi,I'm looking to update calendar in Adobe Analytics to run from Mon - Sun (rather than the defulat Sun-Sat), however, when doing this (and when reading documentation) there is a warning that states:"When a calendar’s definition of weeks and months changes, historical data is not altered." I'm not fully sure what this means, does this mean that any data (i.e. Visits, Unique Vistors) prior to the change will still be calculated on a Sun-Sat basis? I've made the change in a Dev report suite and the data appears to update/backdate as expected. Am I missing an unexpected draw backs/discrepancies that may occur or will making this change simply update how "weekly" data is viewed in Analytics, as I expected, and work historically?ThanksToby

I want to figure out how to convert/set the "Time Zones Report" to display in the Pacific timezone. instead of the following:  GMT+0000GMT+0100GMT+0200GMT+0300GMT+0330GMT+0400GMT+0430GMT+0500GMT+0530GMT+0600GMT+0630GMT+0700GMT+0800GMT+0900GMT+0930GMT+1000GMT+1030GMT+1100GMT+1200GMT+1300GMT+1400GMT-0100GMT-0200GMT-0230GMT-0300GMT-0330GMT-0400GMT-0500GMT-0600GMT-0700GMT-0800GMT-0900GMT-1000GMT-1100GMT-1200GMT-1400First, is it possible to have it actually show me this sort of clear and usable data?  Is there a way to make sure it only shows round hours (i.e., not things like GMT-0230)?Thanks!

Hi there,I work regularly with the "conversion variables", "success events", and "traffic variables" tools within AA's report suite controls. Over the past few months the UI has started performing much slower than usual. My peers are reporting the same. I have difficult loading the pages often taking minutes to appear, if at all. When it does load, it freezes up anytime I perform an action. This freezing still occurred prior to the last few months. This is an important aspect of my work and I would love to see these tools get some attention..

Hi,We are using the AA connector to get the data in Power BI and I'm not able to see the OOB dimensions for 'Download link, custom & Exit links' in my query. Even after updating the permissions to Admin level, I still don't see the dimensions.Thoughts?M

Hi Team, We are looking in to the referring domain and referrer report for one of our promotion URL. We would like understand the domain/referrer for that promotion URL. When we refer the referring domain and referrer report we don’t see one of our domain which is the expected domain where we have our banner to reach that promotion page. Therefore, we should get that URL/domain under the promotion for referring domain and referrer report . However, we don’t see that particular URL/domain on those report. But, we could see those referrer pages in previous page report. Could you help us to understand the scenario happening here? Please let me know for any other information. Thank you,Jay.

Our company placed display banner ads to online publications.  We served the ads using Google Campaign Manager and provided the tags for the publishers to implement the tags to their site.  When I checked the Analytics, almost 96% of the traffic from banner ads were from referral, specifically s0.2mdn.net. I have no idea why.  Does anyone know?  Thanks!

My client captures price in an s.eVar, and I am trying to figure out if there is a way to use the captured value in mathematical operations within Adobe Analytics. I can export the data and treat the text string as a number using Python or other programming approaches, but would like to be able to handle this within Adobe because I could include calculations in Workspace. Since numeric classifications have been removed, I'm not sure if what I want is even possible. Does anyone have a recommendation for this?

Currently have strings coming in with two formats. Some strings end with the character “|” and other strings do not. For example, one value might is “ush|park-map|” and another value is “ush|theme-parks”. The goal is to remove the last pipe “|” from the string IF the string ends with a “|”.In the SAINT Rule Builder, I was able to remove the last pipe “|” from strings that ended with a pipe “|”. However in the final output, the strings that did NOT end in a pipe had “**Unmatched**” as the final value (1st screenshot below).  The question is how can you return the original/default value if the string doesn’t meet the rule criteria (aka ending with a “|”)?   We'd greatly appreciate your help, thanks! David

Assuming we have a master list of pages (e.g. from sitemap.xml)is there any way to report those pages which have NOT had any hits for a given period ?

Hi ,I am using adobe launch SDK in Android mobile app. Issue is the page hits are not reaching workspace in the sequence it has been tested.  Say, Original user Journey - Page1 - Page 2 - Page 3 - Page 4Adobe Flow shows - Page 1 - Page 3 - Page 2 - Page 4 batchLimit = 0 , offlineEnabled  = false, launchhitdelay:5 in config. What could be the reason?

Objective:To understand and implement (if practical) a link between MailChimp and Eventbrite to Adobe Analytics:This is where the number of new subscribers from our webpage via MailChimp and Eventbrite will be ported over and captured by Adobe Analytics.Adobe Analytics is new to our organization; any help is appreciated. I heard this feature will arrive as well in chrome (though not sure)     if you do the following in EDGE 88 (chromium)                then reload a page with forms2.min.js I get a      and this results in a      Uncaught ReferenceError: MktoForms2 is not definedat HTMLFormElement.<anonymous>     question:   can I just host forms2.min.js on my own server (was reading here: https://nation.marketo.com/t5/Product-Discussions/PLEASE-HELP-Ad-blocking-Software-is-Preventing-our-Customers/m-p/114880/highlight/true#M74361 ) ? I saw you are regularly updating the file (last update 2 weeks ago) will things break if I don't keep updating the file with your releases?   an alternative would be to proxy pass the file via nginx config?!   any other solutions?

Do these links ever expire or are they permanent?

I'm new to Adobe and want to show a table of all the Internal Campaigns but they are based off a very lengthy query string within the URL.  When I therefore show in a table it's hard to see the full URL easily.  For certain categories I've created Segments, but for the full list of campaigns is there any way that I can reduce the URL query string that's shown in the table by applying a formula somewhere?

Do Processing Rules effect Data Warehouse? I once had a processing rule which filtered out all numeric digits from all clicks.  We created this rule to avoid collecting account numbers (PII).  This processing rule worked as designed as no numeric digits appeared in UI data.  I was horrified to find account numbers in Data Warehouse as Data Warehouse ignored my processing rules.

Hi Team, I would like to clear the following queries. We are having two domains. One is example.com(B2C/B2B Customer based site) and another one is My.example.com(internal employee purpose).1) example.com - Already implemented with analytics with third party cookies. 2) my.example.com - we are going to do fresh implementation. Plan to get CNAME certification from clientcare. My question is > Our plan to implement CNAME process for my.example.com alone for now. In future, if we ask for example.com, will it be a separate then? Can we ask them to provide one certificate for both the websites. Note: my.example.com implement process on the same organization analytics account which we have used for example.com.
