Hi Team,Is there a activity node of workflow which used to insert data into a external database?

I'm using a Velocity script to personalize content in my email that says Member since: XXXX where XXXX=year.  Currently, I'm hiding Member since: XXXX for anything earlier than 2007.  How do I adjust this to also hide anything later than 2020?  In other words, I only want to show the content if the year is between 2007 and 2020.     #if ( $convert.toNumber($lead.HCMemberSince) >= 2007 ) Member since: ${lead.HCMemberSince} #end

Hi Team,We encounter a external data base issues. The external data base table name with some upper case letters and also the column name. It seems that the DataLoading activity of workflow can not read these table. Just wonder if there is a workaround to solve this problem?

Hello,   Is there a way to show data, when creating a smart list, for person who submitted a form multiple times with all the data he submitted. We have a form where people can submit it multiple times with different data, and when pulling a smart list it only shows me one result. I know I can check that in activity log, but I need that to have in a monthly type of report in excel where I can track all the form submits from all the people who submitted, with all the data submitted numerous number of time?   Any help is appreciatted! Thanks!

Hi All!   I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this issue before... We have an engagement program that had 2 stream - a content stream & a transition/removal stream. We decided to add an additional segment to our program, and created an additional content stream. When I was adding records to the program & the new stream, they were actually added to the original stream & not the updated stream. Here is the flow logic I used:   Has anyone else experienced this type of issue before? I quickly fixed it with another smart campaign using the flow step "change engagement program stream"    For additional context, these were brand new members that were not associated with the program already.

Hi All     I have a component which has two tabs  Tab 1 - RTETab 2 - A dropdown with some values, let's say 1,2,3,4,5   For me 5 is the default value which the author should see when he opens the dialog. So I have set selected=true on this value Now I have inplaceediting enabled for the RTE. I have two issues which I need to solve When the author edits the dialog only via inplaceediting , the dropdown value is not set. After inplace editing , when I open the dialog using wrench icon , I see the dropdown value is 1 and not 5 ( which is not my default value but the first value in the order of values are added).Am I missing something here ? Any help is appreciated  edit :- the issue I am trying to tackle here is when author edits component via pencil (inplaceediting), basically he changes the text field alone, but when he open the dialog next time via wrench icon, he see that the dropdown is set to 1 instead of 5 (which as per him

Does AEM have the capability to store a list of PDF documents that a web page can fetch for viewing? I am trying to workaround Sharepoint by storing PDF files in AEM.  My users need the ability to download these files and view them from a web page.    Is this possible?  I can't seem to find any information on this topic, or perhaps I am searching in the wrong place.

Hi All, We have some tags under tagging console and when we change any tags the changed tags are not reflected automatically in the component unless if we open component and click on ok.Is this the AEM behaviour or we need to add any functionality to the component as of now we have already listeners in place if edit the component then save then component will get refresh to see the changes. Is there any way if we need the functionality whenever tags are changed the the changed tags should reflect in the component without editing the component. Kind Regards,

Hi All,We have a Custom Filter code, which crawls the Page response and replaces a text. This is working fine, but this code is overriding RewriteFilter class. Because of that, long-short url conversion is not happening. If we give a higher Ranking to the Custom Filter, everything works fine. But we need to find a solution to this issue other than providing Ranking. Any pointers to this will help lot. Thanks,Parvathy

I am using Report Builder 5.0 in Excel 2013 on a Windows machine. I created a drop down control which contains my segments. I've linked the drop down to the data set as the segment source, but when I select a segment from the drop down...I get a macro error. My macro settings are wide open in Excel, so could Report Builder cause this error? Steps to duplicate:Create a new data request showing top 10 pages by pageviews for yesterday. Hi experts, My code works to create unit test cases for AEM servlet where session is being taken through request as shown below.Session session = req.getResourceResolver().adaptTo(Session.class);Below test code works fine:public final AemContext ctx = new AemContext(ResourceResolverType.JCR_MOCK);ctx.request().setAttribute(SlingBindings.class.getName(), slingBindings);mycustomclass.doGet(ctx.request(), ctx.response()); I need to know where resourceResolver is retrieved through ResourceResolverFactory and a "system" user. Map<String, Object> authentication = Collections.singletonMap("sling.service.subservice", (Object) systemUserName);resourceResolver = resolverFactory.getServiceResourceResolver(authentication); I get nullpointerexception at the above line. May be I need to manipulate resolverFactory object through AEMContext before calling doGet().Can anyone please help? Thanks,Parvathy

Hi,We're trying to implement double optin process for registering/activating a user subscription. The following scenario describes how to implement this, however through a 2 step click, where user clicks on link in confirmation email, goes to confirmation page and then clicks on confirm again (where subscription is activated). https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/campaign-classic/using/designing-content/web-forms/use-cases--web-forms.html?lang=en#use-cases-web-forms Is it possible to combine these 2 steps in 1, so that once user clicks on the confirm button in confirm email, goes to a thank you page, which activates the subscription automatically?

HI there Hope everyone is safe and good. Just wondering if there is a way to create an input form so that end users can interact with a custom schema? Would be ideal to have read/write features, but at least we want to be able to create a view so that end users can see the contents of the custom table. I've tried the documentation about input forms but I have not been able to find clear instructions or how to connect to the fields of a custom table. Also, when I am inspecting a custom schema with data loaded through a file, I don't get the option to "mass update" the records in case I want to manually update a field. The "mass update" menu is there but none of the columns in the actual custom schema are available to be updated, only base-level columns which I supposed are inherited from a parent schema. Is there any way to enable that kind of manual update behavior? like in the Recipients view? Thanks!Hugo

Hello, We need to implement a countdown timer in HTML email delivery. The conventional javascript code wouldn't work.Instead of using a generator and insert an image into the HTML email like what one can achieve with https://www.sendtric.com/, is there a simple way to implement a countdown timer within the text?  Thanks in advance.  Best regards,Roxie

Hi Adobe Community, I've have been attempting to use the 'sqlGetString' function available within the Adobe Campaign Classic API to test whether a value exists (and return it) within the recipient table. Unfortunately I seem unable to get it to work. Below is the Javascript function as it stands: function checkIfValueExists(str){ try { var val = sqlGetString("SELECT sText2 From NmsRecipient WHERE sText2 = $(sz) LIMIT 1", str); return val.toString(); } catch (e){ return e.toString(); } }   If I change the SQL query to: var val = sqlGetString("SELECT sText2 From NmsRecipient WHERE sText2 = 'ETFX2K' LIMIT 1", str); I seem to the error: 'Error: SCR-160021 Function 'sqlGetString': too many arguments (2 instead of 1).' According to the documentation found here, it should accept two parameters. Maybe i'm going wrong somewhere within my SQL syntax. Would you know what might be causing this? Thanks for any help you can offer.

Hello All,I am wondering if someone of you knows how to limit the responses on a survey web app.I want to create one that can store up to 100 responses no more, and then to redirect to the end activity.Do have any idea how I can do that with a javascript or from any other activity? Thanks a lot in advance.

Hi,  I'm trying to regroup data coming from an external file on a same row using a unique ID.  As you can see, in the file I could have 2 or more unique ID on different rows with different products, price and quantity but with the same total amount. How can I regroup those ID on the same row but with many product/price/quantity as row for the same ID ?I try something like that but it doesn't works : The final idea is to personalize an email for one customer with either product1 / quantity1 / price1 and if it's the case product2 / quantity2 / price 2, and so on using targetData and conditionnal content (if, else if, ...) Hoping someone will be able to help me.  Thanks,GB P.S: Sorry for my poor English !
