Hi all, We want to use century gothic in our email designer. What happens is that for mac/iphone users it appears times new roman instead of century gothic, this is because is not supported. So we were thinking of inserting a second font to insert instead of giving up on the font I tried to insert in the body style<body class="" id="acr-8367516" style="font-family:Century Gothic,CenturyGothic,AppleGothic,sans-serif;" data-new-gr-c-s-loaded="true"> But works only partially not for all the elements.  There is someway to make century gothic works on mac? If not, how to apply the second choose font

In Marketo, 10 API call can be processed simultaneously (2 parallel and 8 queue) but business need is to do bulk import (more than 10 API). Does Marketo support team allows Asynchronous process to archive this function.  The current Synchronous process is taking 2 to 3 min for 10 MB file but business requirement is to speed up the process and looking for suggestion. Asynchronous process can be helpful but any other suggestion will be welcome.

Hi We have two XT activities running on the homepage - both targeting the same banner at the top above the nav. The audiences in both activities are not mutually exclusive - but we have set one activity to be higher priority. If a user visits the homepage - and they qualify for both activities - but are only served the experience from one activity.  How will this be reporting in Analytics (we have A4T setup). Would I see a single visit to the one activity that served the experience? Or would it trigger a visit for both activities as the user qualified for both- even though the user only saw one experience?  Thanks

I have an issue with the Classication Rule Builder in which a rule that behaves correctly when tested returns values that are not correct in the report. Specifically, I’m using a the following rule:Rule Type: Regular ExpressionMatching Condition: ^(([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*))\|(([^_|]*)_([^_|]*))\|(([^_|]*))\|(([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*))\|(([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*)_([^_|]*))$Set classification: utm_campaignTo: $1 When I test this with: ‘mombaby_foc_17m8_care_hp-pn|video_|programmatic|w2045-twincities_demo_awareness|video_v1_birth_|mombaby_foc_17m8_care_hp-pn|video_|programmatic|w2045-twincities_demo_awareness|video_v1_birth_’, utm_campaign is blank, indicating no match. However in the report, the same tracking code matches utm_campaign with: ‘mombaby_foc_17m8_care_hp-pn|video_|programmatic|w2045-twincities_demo_awareness|video_v1_birth_|mombaby_foc_17m8_care_hp-pn’ What is going on here?

Hi, I'm looking for clearing certification of Adobe Campaign Standard and the question here is if I need to install something or the access is web based and Bronze level is enough to access to sandboxes? If so, please let me know how I can access the web interface for Adobe Campaign Standard. Regards,

Where should send this to?

Hi all, New to launch so apologies if this is a basic question!  Is there a way to use context data that already exists to populate eVars and props using adobe launch rather than the Analytics interface? Thanks!

I've found that on a page multiple experiences were running with equal priority levels. This should not be done, but I was just curious what exactly happens. Does one test show or maybe one of the tests randomly? I can't find an answer in the docs, just that it could cause a collision.

There is a requirement for component like text( RTE plug-in)  to sync the visibility of icons(buttons) showing in fullscreen of Inline mode (Pencil icon: inline editor) and Fullscreen of wrench icon (cq:dialog) which is showing lesser icons than in fullscreen of inline mode. While for inline Pencil fullscreen mode, through OOTB design_dialog visibility of icons can be controlled(ticked /unticked checkbox from Policy ) for text component for Features icons under   /apps/core/wcm/components/text/v2/text/cq:design_dialog/content/items/tabs/items/plugins/items/Features/items/fixedcol/items/col1/items  , specific to Features like find-replace  icons etc , But If we want to display all the Icons under fullscreen mode of wrench icon (for cq:dialog), specially the Feature icons mentioned in the above path are not visible or controlled from policy (Though other default features like Bold and indentation things can be controlled in both inline and wre

Hi guys, I'm facing the issue with absent tabs in Adobe Software Distribution: Only "General" tab is presented and "Adobe Experience Manager", "Adobe Experience Manager as a Cloud Service", "Adobe Campaign" are missing. All my colleages have them, so I suppose it is something related to my Adobe ID and not to the organization. Should my organization admin somehow provide me access to these sections in Software Distribution? If yes, could anyone please explain steps how to do it (ideally screens), cause currently we didn't find way for this. Thanks in advance!

Hello,I am working on AEM 6.5.6 and I have a bundle on installed state with missing dependency, but it is active on my console. I can not active it, any idea?  Dependency is active: On another instance (same AEM), both are active. I have tried to reinstall in another order, but I can not active it. Thanks.

Hi,I'm converting a JSP into sightly for a component. In that component they are setting an object as a request attribute to be used in another component. We cannot set request attributes in sightly right? So I'm trying to send this object as a parameter to a sling model/wcmusepojo to set the request attribute there but I think we can only pass string values as arguments to slingmodels/wcmusepojo right? Is there any example of passing an object as a parameter to slingmodel/wcmusepojo? Thanks!

Good morning,I would like to know if, once a nurturing campaign has been started, and the first e-mail has been sent to the whole target group. If I subsequently deactivate the campaign, what will happen if I activate it again? Will the target of my nurturing e-mail campaign receive the first e-mail again, or will the process be resumed and they will receive the second one? Thank you for your help.

Hello,I imported metadata of assets and noticed one thing.  1. I imported the required fields for assets.2. If I click on the properties of an asset, I see that the data is filled but the alert with a notice "REQUIRED METADATA MISSING" on the asset is still displayed.3. If I click on the properties and then on the save button (without filling additional data), the alert disappears. How can I "refresh" it? I appreciate your help.

Hello Team, Can anyone help us on how to invoke a Graphql query from Adobe IO runtime environment. Basically we are trying to build an api layer in Adobe io which acts as middle layer between magento and other consuming applications such as AEM. Any reference invocation or Pseudo code will help. @mhaack @mihai-corlan

We have AEM deployed on JBoss server. Referring to existing forum links we got information that every JSP script should have following directive to avoid JSESSIONID cookie generation<%@page session="false">I was able to reproduce this behavior on a local non-server based AEM installation on geometrixx sample site (where removing above directive from jsp generated JSESSIONID cookie, adding didn't generate). But on our application on AEM running on JBoss, we had a template with sightly, not including any JSP scripts (just to ensure, removed everything from page.html template file and had only sample message, to avoid including anything). When we access the page, AEM still generated JSESSIONID and its non-secured. This is being raised as security issue. One option is to run AEM on SSL, another option per this reference link, we thought of changing only session cookie to secure. But the reference link is about Felix Jetty Service, which is not available in case AEM on JBoss server inst

Hi Everyone,   I recently implemented the LinkedIn Lead Gen form to our Marketo instance. As I can see the functionality is working smoothly and we are receiving the leads people who fill out the form to download any piece of content. Once these leads enter into Marketo, I am creating a task for the Sales/BDA's to share this information so that they can follow up. I am not able to sync the Linkedin Lead Gen form name via Task so that the Sales rep. know what piece was downloaded through which form. What is the best way to send this info or any other alternatives that would be helpful too? Thanks

I would like to request that we improve the dual axis functionality in data visualizations so that you can select which axis each metric aligns to and that this scales beyond 2 metrics.  For example if i have a line chart that looks at Hours for CY19 and CY20 and Users for CY19 and CY20 it would be ideal to be able to set hours to one axis and users to another. currently this isnt possible to ahve 4 line charts with dual axis.
