Not sure where I'm missing.  Please let me know.

Hello, I have made several segments and calculated metrics, which I am able to edit. Is it also possible to give edit rights to an other user?

Im authoring the content path in pathfield in my author instance which is a valid content path. After publishing, in publish instance its not rendering to that html content page after I click the link. When I observed its due to the .html is not appending in the content path.I don't want to add .html in my component as we have huge number of components to change.I want to handle in AEM itself and I don't want to use apache rewrite url to append .html.I have gone through etc/map but I'm not sure how to use it to perform the .html getting appended in the content path.Kindly pour in your thoughts. I need some quick fix for this to work. Thanks

Has anyone used the feature in Adobe Target that shifts/hides components on a page dynamically? The use case is to shift content on a page around for different users who are new vs returning. For example, a returning user would benefit from seeing new content on the page verse an intro to the product.  I don't know what the name of this feature is or how to set it up in Target but if this sounds even the slightest bit familiar to someone can you let me know how you are using this feature? Thanks!

Is it possible to change a URL in an email that's already launched from Adobe Campagin? as it goes through a redirect for tracking purposes I can imagine that it can be done but I'm not sure how... Thanks!!

Hi WF Community, I'm trying to create a report that will show me projects that don't contain certain resource pool field values. I tried using 'cinotcontains' as my text mode modifier, as this value was not available as a modifier in standard (filtering) mode, but this isn't working as expected. Anyone know where I might be going astray? Thanks.Nick

I have tried using the Query Parameter "sling:resourceType":'commerce/components/product' but was unable to get any results with that simple evaluation. Has anyone created or used a similar query parameter to only evaluate if a file is a primary object within commerce?I can run a report with no query parameters and get a significant amount of data that shows every jcr attribute. My Root path is like: /var/commerce/products/brand/en_us Thank you!

Hi there, Can anyone advise if it is possible to make Profiles read only through the Profiles screen (still updateable through workflows). When creating custom resources, I'm able to define "Actions on data" and leave "authorise creating" unchecked. Then on "detail screen" definition, I can also make all the fields "value" (rather than "input"). Given Profiles is a factory schema/resource.... is it possible to make it read only for all roles/security groups by hiding the create button - and setting the default fields in the detail screen to value rather than input? Many Thanks David

Hi Community,I had couple of workflows created and in the error management i have used administrator all as security group to be notified in event of errors. There is one email which I wanted to exclude from getting this notification, so I removed him from the security group via the admin console, I am also seeing in the Campaign UI that he is not listed in the users for the administrator group. However, he is still receiving e-mail if the workflow encounters errors, how do I fix this?

When you move a fragment, the field doesn't automatically change on the page when it has the url behind it. Steps to reproduce-Move a fragmentFragment disappears from the page when its moved.

I need to create a project view that has a column showing which tasks are listed in the "Task Default Custom Forms" section on the project. Is there a collection for that? I couldn't find anything in the API explorer.

Hi, I need to create a 1 - N Link from Profile to a Custom Resource based on a attribute present in both the schemas.I followed the documentation provided in the following section and successfully created my join  by selecting options -  1 Cardinality Simplen LinkDo nothing when the link is deletedhttps://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/developing/adding-or-extending-a-resource/configuring-the-resource-s-data-structure.html#defining-links-with-other-resources The following were observed after the join creation -  I was not able to open any of the profiles from the profile tab saying "ERROR - The resource you are trying to access is unreachable".I viewed my custom resource table from client data and it was empty (even having records not linked to profile). Only those records were visible in which it had values in the attribute chosen for the link in both profile and custom resource. Please advise or correct if this is acceptable o

I would like to hide the + and trashcan buttons in the table on an adaptive form.  I want to add a button at the bottom of the table that says 'Save and Add Row'.  How can this be achieved?  This seems like it's possible to do...  this link : https://help.adobe.com/en_US/AEMForms/6.1/DesignerHelp/WS92d06802c76abadb-5ec05741129b8b006dd-7fec.2... seems to show it being done, but in an older version of AEM... I'm on 6.5.5 this also seems to show it being done if you scroll about 2/3 of the way down: https://github.com/AdobeDocs/experience-manager-65.en/blob/master/help/forms/using/adaptive-forms-ta...to the 'Merge data in a table {#merge-data-in-a-table}' section. I just see no indication of how this is achieved.

I need to add/delete some information (in form of variables)  specific to the logged in users. The add/delete operation will happen through user interface. In order to meet the requirement, should I create a node under that specific user (under home/users/) and add/delete the variable information programmatically. The user login happens through SAML.  Also the user base should be approximately 1000. What should be the right approach to achieve the goal. Appreciate your help on this...thanks !

Hi I have a simple question.  If we change the properties of an asset by updating with a new expiry date, do we have to republish the asset?  thanksKey

Hi, I have a workflow that I want to run on any assets created in a specific DAM folder, lets call it "data-folder".I need this workflow to run after DamUpdateAsset.I would prefer to do this without modifying the DamUpdateAsset model.I need to do this with an AEM workflow launcher, and not an EventListener. I've tried a few things but have not been able to trigger properly, once DamUpdateAsset finishes. Below are the things I've tried:1) Setting the launcher to Node modified on data-folder, and condition dam:assetState == processed. This triggers my workflow multiple times, including on file delete. (bad)2) Setting the launcher to Node created on data-folder. This triggers my workflow once, but it fails because DamUpdateAsset is still running. (bad) Perhaps there is a way to add a wait to the launcher? 3) I tried appending my workflow to the end of DamUpdateAsset but the payload given to it becomes the "original" rendition, and I'd rather not have to jump up to the paren

Hello Team, Is it possible to store multifield values in JSON format without ACS Common in AEM 6.5? Regards,

Hi,In AEM touch ui, we can trigger multiple workflows on same page/payload. How can I restrict it to only one workflow.I have tried with on click event on the create workflow button and try to find the payload in all available workflows in a servlet using the workflowsession.getAllWorkflows(), but the result of this method returns workflows triggered by the current user only.So if any other user has triggered a workflow on the page it is not visible for the current user session from code.Is there any way to find the workflow status for a page in sites.html window. AEM version 6.5.6-1 Thanks.
