Hello. Can someone explain the difference between how Adobe Campaign measures a recipient versus a distinct click please? I've sent a 'live' test email to my email address to look at some new functionality. However, after clicking on some links a few times I've noticed in the 'Broadcast statistics' that clicks are at 200%. I believe this looks at distinct clicks but how can this be 200% as it's only been sent to me and I'm the only one who has clicked?  In the 'Tracking Indicators' report recipient clicks are 100% which is correct but am a bit confused about the % of the distinct clicks. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks. Luke

Hi Everyone,   I am fairly new to Marketo and looking to get some direction around what I am trying to achieve here. We have a dedicated team of our Customer/Client success managers(CSM's) and each has its own accounts. Till now, we used one default email address to send emails to all clients. We want advanced functionality and the emails should come from respective CSM's to their own accounts. I can create one email and create different versions of that email with different CSM addresses and signature but this approach takes a lot of time. Is there a way around to do this quickly? The account that is owned by a respective CSM, we use a custom field called "Owner" to identify whose account it is.Thanks

Hi there, We're having an issue around formatting a checkbox field in our forms. The form is set up with the field label position sitting above the actual field.     We have a GDPR checkbox field at the bottom of our form. Ideally instead of stacking the field label and therefore have the checkbox sit underneath the field label, we'd like to have the field label sit on the left-hand side and the checkbox on right. We're struggling with achieving this. Has anyone else successfully created a form where one field is laid out differently from the rest? If so how did you accomplish this? Any help would be much appreciated.   Thanks.

Hi community,   I was hoping to find out what the best practices are for using filter choices and wait steps in the flow of smart campaigns. For example, when I am sending an email to customers, changing their program status and then adding them to a static list to ring fence those I have sent to, I have been setting up my smart campaigns as follows: Send Email "September Newsletter" Wait 1 minute "If was sent email September Newsletter" then "change program status to Email > Was Sent Email" Wait 1 minute "If was sent email September Newsletter" then "add to the Static List Was Sent September Newsletter Email" If I am sending to every customer who is run through that flow, is it best practice to use the wait steps and the choices "If was sent email" or should I have it setup as below where there are no wait steps or choices included? Send Email "September Newsletter" "Change Program Status to Email > Was Sent Email" "Add to List Was Sent September Newsletter email" &nbsp

I'm using a External API-function to get text that I can use in a email. The text have <p> and </p> in the beginning and the end so it messes up with our font in Outlook. I tried using enrichment and then the "replace" function for additional data to replace <p> with ''.But it can only handle text shorter than 255, and our text is longer then 255. Do not really know how to proceed?

I use line charts over time to show how email sends, opens, clicks, etc grow over the past 2 years. I would like to instead create a Year over Year line chart that would show one line for 2019 and another for 2020 (by week over time). I dont see how to do that. Anyone know how or if it can be done?

Is it possible to utilize the category affinity algorithm across more than one attribute? Currently I have category affinity configured to retrieve the page category name (e.g. - scarves, t-shirts, bedsheets, coats). However, I'd like to know if there is a way that I can be a bit more granular with my categories. In addition to my page category I'd also like the algorithm to consider the product material (e.g. - linen, silk, cotton) as well. In other words, how can I utilize category affinity across both page category, and product material? Is it possible to establish multiple instances algorithms to score different attributes?

I created an activity in Target and saved it. After saving, the activity started syncing and in addition, all the other activities in Target have continued to sync and won't stop. I have tried everything I think will resolve the issue but to no avail. Does anyone have any input on how I can resolve this perpetually syncing issue. Thanks!

Hi there, Owing to some custom Adobe analytics instrumentation, we are not able to use the out of the box "Browser width" and "Browser height" dimensions. As a consequence, we have enabled a new dimensions that allow us to capture the "browser width" and "browser height". Here is an example of the value that we currently populate : "{""width"":1920,""height"":937}" I would like to do two things :Make a classification in order to extract individually each value (one for browser width and one other for "browser height"Once the extraction is over, I would like to group these values under some buckets (one for browser width and one other for browser height) :100 to 199200 to 299...1000 to 1099FYI, I already created the "traffic classification" then tried to build the rule via the "Classification rule builder" section but I'm currently struggling with the regexp. Thank you in advance for your help !

I have no idea what happened, but my thumbnails are not appearing correctly. They are over lapping each other and I have no white space in-between them. Has this happened to anyone else? I am on version 6.2.

We were playing with the IO Runtime before the App Builder enabled for our Organization. We are using .wskprops for the IO Runtime config.   Now while using the App Builder, we can see some strange things. If we use the 'wsk list' or 'aio runtime list', we can see couple of actions, packages, etc... But, in the actions list, we were not able to find the actions which created for App Builder application. Are these (IO Runtime and App Builder ) actions in different namespaces ? If yes, how can I get the logs, activation list (empty response) for the App Builder actions?

For some reason my reports stop loading, I've tried on several browsers, cleared cache, and nothing seem to work, all reports are blank (see below).Any ideas on what could be happening? Thank you!
