I'm wanting to understand if there is a difference between the data I can collect for a Marketing Channel related to campaign tracking code. The processing rules allow you to evaluate data coming from a query string parameter (e.g., www.mysite.com?cid=campaignName); or, I can also build my rule based on data in the Tracking Code.  Which is the better choice/best practice?

i want to change so ui of page in aem can any one help me understand the process

Hi Experts, I am new Audience Manager and has few questions around file upload and data sources.  We have a total of 10 tables of data, some of these tables use different IDs to identify the same customer; should we send each of these tables to AAM in separate data sources OR one file with all the tables combined to only one data source? How do we deal with the fact that some of these tables use different visitor IDs for the same visitor? Should we ensure that when we do an ID sync online, all the different IDs are sent to AAMCan we add multiple IDs in the file that will populate a given data source or should we ask the ETL team to consolidate IDs into a Master ID?In an offline data source we see there are multiple syntax forms that can be used to populate data, which one would you recommend using? (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/sending-audience-data/batch-data-transfer-process/inbound-file-contents.ht

What version of Javascript is being used and supported in ACS?

Hello Experts, For our client’s website, most of the users don’t login on website so ID syncing seems not possible. How do we achieve syncing the online and offline data in such scenarios?Any insight on this will be really very helpful. Thank you.Regards, Ambika

My requirement is to trigger a custom workflow when a use tries to publish or unpublish the assets through Quick Publish or Manage Publication options. This can also be managed by adding a customized step in the OOTB workflow that gets triggered on click of those buttons. My understanding was that "Request for Deactivation" and "Request for Activation" workflows get triggered in these case, but the same is not happening. Please suggest if I am missing something.Additional Info:The "Schedule Deactivation of Assets" workflow is getting triggered on scheduling a deactivation but not the immediate one.

I am trying to build a Container Component in React. Which can hold 2 placeholder section ( Two different parsys section) I am able to add only one parsys section so far.

Will AEM support one to one  groups assignation after the User login from SAML, Attached the below image for the Use case that i am looking for.

Hi guys,I'm working in AEM 6.3 and writing a servlet that will be producing json data. I'm using the following annotation based configuration:  @Slf4j @Component( immediate = true, service = Servlet.class, property = { "sling.servlet.methods=get", "sling.servlet.resourceTypes=resourceName", "sling.servlet.selectors=js", "sling.servlet.extensions=json" }, configurationPid = "com.package.ServletName" )  I have a resource of sling:resourceType at /content/path/jcr:content and when I place a GET request to http://localhost:4502/content/path/jcr:content.js.json, I expect to see the results of my servlet, but I see this: Invalid recursion selector value 'js'Cannot serve request to /content/path/jcr:content.js.json on this server If I change my servlet to hardcode the path using sling.servlet.paths, it works, but I don't want to hardcode the path. Any

The current AEM documentation on helpx for MSRP configuration was all originally written in the AEM 6.2/6.1 era, and has not been updated since then.  Namely https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/communities/using/msrp.htmlMSRP - MongoDB Storage Resource Provider  (same document for all AEM versions).  Solr 4.10 and Solr 5 are multiple major versions out of date, as the latest Solr version is 8.2.0. My two questions are: (a) What is the latest version of Solr currently supported by Adobe for use in MSRP configurations?(b) Where can one download the current solrconfig.xml and other configs, now that the links on the documentation no longer work? Thanks!

We've set up the AEM Launch Integration within both our prod and stage instances of AEM. However, after a few months, when I go to add a new container, it seems that the dropdowns within the Launch Configuration steps refuse to populate. When we do the IMS health check, it fails. So then we update the client secret with the exact same value it had before, and then the dropdowns populate.  Has anyone else encountered this? Why do we have to constantly update it?

We collect and pass leads to our partners via unique WordPress landing pages with a single generic form. For these ~200 partners, we query "filled out form on XX page" to trigger the correct alert to the correct partner contacts. However, if there are any variations to the URL (i.e. WordPress recently dropped the trailing slash for a select few), these fail. Looking for ideas to A) Query off something not URL-specific and/or B) streamline the intake (avoid 200 programs/campaigns) and therefore reduce chances for error.    Does anyone have suggestions for workarounds?

Hi Experts, If I understand correctly, if we declare a key in adobe data schema, it creates an unique index with not null constraint enforced in the backend table (not exactly an Oracle primary key).I'm trying to implement Primary-Foreign key relation in ACM. I've declared a link between the tables (code below).However, it doesn't enforce this in backend database (parent-child validations don't take place).Sample code below:Scenario: Parent table (test1) & child table (test2). Sample below:test1: <element label="test1" name="test1"> <key internal="true" name="PKEY_t1"> <keyfield xpath="@col1"/> </key> <attribute label="col1" name="col1" type="long"/> <attribute label="col2" name="col2" type="string"/> <attribute label="col3" name="col3" type="string"/> </element>  test2: <element label="test2" name="test2"> <key internal="true" name="PKEY_t2"> <keyfield xpath="@c

Hi All, We have few mark up defined in our CSS library as below in CQ edit mode :   .cq-wcm-edit .formBuilder .section.hiddenField, .cq-wcm-edit .formBuilder .section.hiddenFieldMulti { display: block; }  I assume that .cq-wcm-edit only works with AEM classic UI. Any help on how we can migrate this to touch UI or any similar class we can use to define.

Hi - I'm going a bit mad doing something which I thought would be pretty simple. I have a ; separated field on the lead record and I just want to get the first matching record from an array using the 'sessionKey' so I can use the values in an email block.   I've tried multiple things but here's my last attempt which hits a 'Invocation of method 'contains' in class java.lang.String threw exception java.lang.NullPointerException near' error.     #set( $allSessions = [{ "sessionKey": "Session1", "sessionName":"Session 1 Name", "imageURL":"example.com/image1" }, { "sessionKey": "Session2", "sessionName":"Session 2 Name", "imageURL":"example.com/image2" } ]) #foreach( $session in $allSessions) #if( $lead.recommendedSession.contains($allSessions.sessionKey)) #set( $recommendedSession = $session ) #break #end #end $recommendedSession.sessionKey $recommendedSession.sessionName $recommendedSession.imageURL   I think I need to split my

Hi, I have created project in AEM using Maven, and also I have created an editable template, Now I want to use inbuilt project components (eg. carouser, teaser, navigation etc.) on this editable template with some client libraries (css, js), but do not know where I need to keep these and connect with editable template and inbuilt components. Please suggest how to proceed. ThanksHeena

Do you know how to make possible the preferences in a subscription center to be able to be rewritten? If for example, a subscriber first choice is B2B and Live Events  and then the subscriber would like to change to Consumer and Webinars what program should be created to change the values for the B2B and Live event to false and to change the data values for Webinars and Consumers to TRUE? First choice: Second choice: Thank you in advance!

If I have a smart campaign that sets the Program Status to a 'success' in the flow, and the schedule allows leads to run through every time, will the Program Success Date overwrite each time the same lead runs through it?

What function can I utilize to update/add/modify filters for a query in a workflow?  I asked this similar question (https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-classic-questions/how-do-i-update-the-filter-on-a-query-through-soap/qaq-p/372697) but it doesn't really allow me to change it other than by adding new variables via an external signal. The variables themselves are useful but doesn't address adding or removing filters.

Hi,For recomputing, we are using logic that works on entire nms:delivery schema. We came across following solution across the community but it doesn't seem to fix our problem either since the logic is similar and performing on entire nms:delivery schema,<queryDef schema="nms:delivery" operation="select"><select><node expr="@internalName"/><node expr="@id"/></select></queryDef> );var res = query.ExecuteQuery();var count = 0;for each(var delivery in res.delivery){var dId = delivery.@id;//step 2: recompute statistics and trackingvar nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_tracking = 1; // tracking logsvar nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_messageCounters = 8; // broad logsvar flags = nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_tracking | nmsDeliveryDirtyFlags_messageCounters;NLWS.nmsDelivery.RecomputeStats(dId, flags); This logic works, the only issue now is that the work-flow is pulling all deliveries from the Broadlog to check against and it’s causing performance issues given the amount of total deliver

Hello, I saw on the forum recently that it was impossible to send email to non "contact" people, So I wanted to know if, when I suppress a certain number of contact my total of contacts / my contact limit reduces instantly or if there is a time-lapse before it's taken into account? I hope my message is clearly understandable,   Thanks for your help
