Hi there,  got a multiparter question: Question #1    I am currently debugging some issues with our Marketo activity feeds. Noticed recently that we obtained an activity from marketo that looked like this:    result = {OrderedDict: 8} 'marketoGUID' = {str} '149877905' 'leadId' = {str} '3173901' 'activityDate' = {str} '2020-06-05T23:08:07Z' 'activityTypeId' = {str} '1' 'campaignId' = {NoneType} None 'primaryAttributeValueId' = {str} '31707' 'primaryAttributeValue' = {str} 'www.multicare.org/photos/' 'attributes' = {NoneType} None   This landing page activity didn't have the attributes set entirely. (This is where i am usually obtaining the web page url, referral url if present, etc.). Is this expected to occur? Been ingesting landing page activities since 2019 for multiple clients and this is the first time we have come across the above so wondering if it somethign that is likely to occur again. Currently: not only do we depend on attributes to

Hi there. I have a Smart Campaign that is triggered by multiple data value changed entries in the Smart List section. It works just fine, however if multiple fields get changed at the same time for a Lead Record, the campaign gets called multiple times.  Technically, things still seem to work fine - but it is REALLY ugly. Nothing in the Run each person through the campaign flow: settings is granular enough, and even if it were, I wouldn't want to use it as there is the potential a record may be updated twice in close succession, and I'd want the smart campaign triggered twice. Is there a way around this? Cheers Jo

I want to spawn a new workflow from a workflow template. I was able to do that in Campaign Classic. Is there a similar option available in Campaign Standard ? Thanks and Regards,Rahul

Hello,I am wondering how can I upload a file to the SFTP location of the current environment, for example in the subfolder /export could you tell me what I need to insert in place of "abc" ? The idea is to create a file during the workflow execution and attach it to a delivery as explained here:https://experienceleaguecommunities.adobe.com/t5/adobe-campaign-standard/creating-a-calculated-attachment-where-file-name-is-computed-at/qaq-p/253991Thanks,Salvatore FYI @jonathon_wodnicki @jean-serge_biro @kapilkochar @anita_punmiya @milan_vucetic + @Adobe Campaign Community

Hi, I run a daily report in a workflow with a query object, and extract a report file, where I retrieve the unique opens and clicks from a set of deliveries. I am querying the 'Delivery' resource and pulling [kpis/@recipientClick] and [kpis/@recipientOpen] data, among other data. These two numbers have not increased in the last several executions. The deliveries were from a couple of months ago, and I want to continue to track these numbers. There were over a million emails delivered, so I don't believe there are no more opens and clicks, especially since they were increasing every day. I am new to Adobe Campaign, so I might be overlooking something obvious.  Thank you kindly for any help with this.

Hi Everyone, I would need a smart solution for the following problem: I am building a Landing Page with Form for an ROI 'calculator'. We are asking 6-7 different questions on a form, and based on the answer, we give recommendations on the TY. But not all answer has a recommendation, just a couple of them. For example: 1. question - A, B, C answer. If the lead selects the answer 'B', we have a recommendation. If select A or C, there's no recommendation. Same for the next 6 questions On the TY page, the lead can see the recommendation, but only those which are valid. So it can be 2 or maybe 6.How can I solve this on the landing page to make the look and feel nice, and no white space, and empty part on the page? The only solution which on my mind is to use tokens, but I hope, we have another solution. Thank you for your help

I'm trying to understand how the Open and Click Unique counts are determined?  I've extracted the tracking logs from a delivery, and then did a distinct on the profiles and do not come up with the same number as the dashboards provide for a distinct count.  The only documentation I found (https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-standard/using/reporting/list-of-reports/delivery-summary.html) is very basic and doesn't provide an understanding of what constitutes a distinct count of 1 because it's not a count of the unique profiles within that delivery.

Hi all   Issue is as the subject line. The sync between our Marketo and Salesforce sandboxes, which was previously working fine, has stopped. The error appearing seems straightforward enough:   The following fields are hidden from the Salesforce sync account markto@xxxxx   Object Event_History Field SystemModstamp   Edit the visibility permissions in Salesforce for the required fields.   However, the feedback from our Salesforce admin is as follows:   There isn’t actually an object called Event History, its an additional field history tracking you can enable. Mod stamp is a standard field. Its very strange that the field is suddenly not available to the sync, as it’s not a field that is touched. We also have three event objects all called event, 2 custom and 1 standard object.   Can anyone advise what fields/objects we need to make visible in order for this to work? I've had a look at similar posts on the forum and there seems to be a consensus that t

We have created a Marketo landing page with two hidden field in which one field(email) pre-filled is enabled and another field(unsub) is disabled. Problem: - in database blank lead is being created. What are the possible scenario for this case when blank lead is created and how should it can be fixed?

We need to add Adobe Analytics to a HTML generated version of Lectora and we aren't sure how to do it. Does anybody have experience doing that? Thanks!

today an odd behavior started with the CRXDE properties tab. The properties tab on the home tab vibrates and slowly closes.I'm running AEM 6.2 and Chrome latest version on a Mac.The process was noticed after I just created a new component that extends another component.  Any ideas on what causes the problem and how to solve it?

Hi, I want to use MSM in creating 20 new sites, consisting of 50 odd pages each. I want to understand if there will be any degradation in AEM performance post adding all the sites. I already have around 22 sites up and running with similar content size.Is there any formula where I can calculate the hardware requirements for the same. Will there be any problem if I use 'Activate on Blueprint activation' rollout configuration while creating all 20 sites. Means when i activate blueprint all the 20 live copies also will get activated. Will the replication queue get affected. Is there any necessity to analyse Thread and Heap dumps? If so, what are the things I need to concentrate on?Please let me know if there are other things I need to consider. Thanks in advance..!!

I've been following the instructions to initialize a hello world Firefly app using the Adobe I/O CLI and running into a problem. I believe the app initialization is failing when trying to install the npm packages. The result is that the npm packages are not installed and so it's not possible to run the app locally. Following the instructions on Github I encounter the problem at section 4.1 step 6.It cannot find the package `@react-types/typography` on the npm registry. It shows a bunch of errors and then says `App initialization finished!` but when I check the folder, there is no `node_modules` folder created. Then I try to run `aio app run` and it fails with the following error: You can see that it failed to find the package `@adobe/aio-sdk` which is in the list of dependencies in package.json and hasn't been installed. Installing it manually throws errors saying it can't find other packages like `cloudevents-sdk` and `uuid` which are also on the list of depend

Hi there, I have a use case where 2 different systems (each managed by a different agency) needs to use Adobe Campaign Standards API (for transactional messaging). Can someone advise the best way to set-up: Create 1 integration in the Adobe IO console to ACS and install a public key for each of the 2 systems within that integration.ORCreate 2 integrations (one per system) and install 1 public key in each integration. Are both acceptable ways? Are there any benefits of one over another? Thanks David

Is Marketo provide system token for "Id" ?  If not, then is there any alternate method to get the Marketo lead Id in POST API  Webhook call.

Hi,   I have an engagement stream with three pieces of email assets.  - Deployed once lead gen form is completed - Deploy 4 weeks after email 1a is opened - Deploy 1 month after email 2b is opened - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If Email 2b is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle - If 2c is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later  - If Email 2a is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If Email 2b is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again - If 2c is not opened after 2nd attempt do not send again   How do I set up my smart list to achieve this: - If Email 2a is not opened redeploy 2 weeks later and follow the same cycle     Thanks in advance.

I wanted to enrich the MirrorPageURL for each recipient onto the workflow after the delivery has completed so I can save it in an external system. I've tried using GetMirrorURL from the database functions and that doesn't do anything (besides there being NO documentation on how it works)So I am trying using JS to reconstruct the MirrorPage URL but I cant seem to get the broadLog-id out of the post-delivery schema:This is the query I am using:  get: { records: function( recordsToFetchPerBatch,currentStartLine ) { var query = xtk.queryDef.create( <queryDef schema={vars.targetSchema} operation="select" lineCount={recordsToFetchPerBatch} startLine={currentStartLine}> <select> <node alias="broadLog-id" expr="@broadLog-id" /> </select> <where> <condition expr="@id IS NOT NULL" /> </where> </queryDef> ).ExecuteQuery(); return query;

I have a requirement to run Data Warehouse feed for last 90 days data and schedule it run every week. But in Data Warehouse tool, there is no preset option for running the feed for last 90 days. Is there a way to add the option "Last 90 days" in the preset drop down in Data Warehouse form?

Hey guys, (Referencing this article: https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/audience-manager/user-guide/implementation-integration-guides/receiving-audience-data/real-time-outbound-transfers/real-time-outbound-transfers.html)When a S2S real-time outbound transfer occurs, the payload must include the DataPartner_UUID so that the destination platform is able to find the corresponding user and apply any segment IDs to their profile. How and where does Audience manager collect the DataPartner_UUID in the first place? My theory was that it's passed in one of the demdex requests when a user arrives on site, so that the partner ID and AAM_UUID can be synced, but I haven't been able to find an example of that happening. The other theory is that the partner ID is expected to already be set as a cookie on the client domain, and the name of that cookie is known by the AAM destination, and its value is automatically captured from the incoming analytics request (Assuming SSF is

The usual reasons for a campaign not showing up are that you just haven't waited long enough for it to sync or you forgot to make the campaign active. Not the case with mine but it is still not showing up. I thought maybe that it wasn't recognizing an ampersand (&) but I swapped that out and it still wouldn't show up.Any other common reasons that campaigns won't show up that anyone can think of?
