Hi thereI am trying to troubleshoot a piece of JS code that controls the API endpoint in Adobe Campaign Classic. We have an external system pushing subscriber data using the API but recently we have been seeing a disconnection between the two systems, possibly because the parameters that the external system is passing through are incomplete, however the vendor insists all the data passed in the payload is correct. To check the data coming through into Adobe Campaign, I would like to log all the parameters in the API call for one day and then use that log data to validate the data in the external system vs Adobe Campaign. I am thinking of doing this by adding a logInfo() call in the JS code of the API endpoint. This is not a workflow by the way, it is the API endpoint code. The problem is I don't know where logInfo() saves the data for JS scripts. I have been looking around in Adobe Campaign and searching online but I cant find the exact locationOr maybe there are some sort of web

Hi All,We have passed the campaign id in the URL which we are sending in the email communication, so that we can capture  reports from Adobe analytics based on the campaign id. We are looking for OOTB metrics like Open, sent, processed, unique open, unique click, total bounce, unsubscribed based on specific campaign IDis it possible to get those reports in Adobe Analytics? When we tried we are able to get these metrics for delivery level and not campaign level. Can any one provide inputs on this? Thanks,Maheswari

We have a lot of programs running with no end date but sometimes for no reason, the flow steps in the program will shut itself off. The program will still attribute and route people but the flow steps are off. We do not have any flow steps that would deactivate a flow step.

Hi,I was tying to access the traits and segmets through BAAAM tool plugin where I downloaded the sheet from Relese note. After copy paste the information token & organisation id, later saved the file and try by clicking on the "validate token" but seems like I am getting the error something like "Token Error: 407".Can someone help like how to configured correctly or need to get any special privileges from admin console?ThanksVijay

Hi, I was hoping for some advice on updating the getTimeParting plugin from 3.4 > 6.2. It appears the 3.4 code uses  "Utility Function: split v1.5 (JS 1.0 compatible)" which I don't believe is needed any more. Also the older code needed to have the date ranges for time parting entered e.g. //USs._tpDST = {2012:'3/11,11/4',2013:'3/10,11/3',2014:'3/9,11/2',2015:'3/8,11/1',2016:'3/13,11/6',2017:'3/12,11/5',2018:'3/11,11/4',2019:'3/10,11/3',2020:'3/8,11/1', I assume with the new version of the code the above code is no longer necessary? Cheers

Anyone aware if there are Marketo integrations available with Hubb? (hubb.me/) Haven't been able to find any information about that.  Thanks!

Anyone had any experience with this environment in the past? Integrating Marketo with ADW from oracle which acts as data hub, so Marketo can then trigger off campaigns following value changes in fields in ADW. Any ideas are welcome. Thanks

Hi,We are currently using AEM Email Services(acs-aem-commons-bundle-3.18.2.jar) for sending out an html email.  Example code: Using the Email API to send mailsThe EmailService is an OSGi service and can be injected using @3214626 in the calling class. @Reference EmailService emailService; emailService.sendEmail(templatePath, emailParams, recipients); Our email template is like belowen.html:From: admin@adobe.com Subject: Greetings CC: ${ccrecipient} BCC: ${bccrecipient} <div style="color: blue;"> Hello ${recipientName} Find your message here: ${message} From, Adobe Team  Could you please clarify how to include conditional field in this email template. Like, we need to add a condition like below as like velocity or freemarker email templates. if condition 1 then {$message} else {$message2} Please assit.

Please assit me with below. 1. Could you please tell me where can I get my AEM data layer packages from adobe?2. In Adobe Launch – if we have rules/tags that we want in production but don’t want active in Staging is that possible to do with only one “property” where we migrate from dev -> staging -> production?  We don’t want the tags in staging because they go to the vendor if people are testing them and that skews true production results – we only want in staging to test, then promote to production and then disable just from staging.

Hi, we have a couple of (migrated from DTM) data elements using the "getQueryParam" function, using the Common Analytics Plugin this function is loaded together with the library, but when the rule containing the data element with custom code where this function is used fires, we encounter the following error:Failed to execute data element module core/src/lib/dataElements/customCode.js for data element customernumber. _satellite.getQueryParam is not a function TypeError: _satellite.getQueryParam is not a function at Object.source Anyone else using this plugin and have some insights to share about getQueryParam function?

Does anybody else find that they have to constantly log-in to Adobe Launch? It frequently causes error messages and reloading of the page.

Hi! We've built a LP that has an ajax POST call to an external url. We call this url when a form is sent and then we wait for their answer back with some data that we have to show to the user in a thank you page.var dataToSend = ' {"firstname": "' + form.vals().FirstName + '","lastname": "' + form.vals().LastName + '","email": "' + form.vals().Email + '"}'; var xhr = new XMLHttpRequest(); xhr.open('POST', 'https://exampleurl'); xhr.setRequestHeader('Content-type','application/json'); xhr.send(dataToSend); xhr.onreadystatechange = function() { if (this.readyState == 4 && this.status == 200) { console.log(this.responseText); } }; We didn't create a marketo webhook because it was recommended to do a POST call directly in the page using XHR since we have to wait for the server's answer in order to send the user to the thank you page with the data that they send back. Now we are getting this CORS error and we are not sure is the issue is with our side (marketo) o

Hi everyone, We are planning to have 2 different mobile apps with an important traffic between them. Many links from one app to the other. Here, thinking in terms of analysis we would like to have the following, 1- Full Customer Journey - Understand the flow between pages between both apps2- Get a deep analysis of each app individually In terms of defining the ideal structure (report suites). What is the best practice in Adobe? 1 single report suite with all data? 2 different report suite per each of the apps + 1 global report suite (secondary server call) with both data, more options? ThanksBest regards

I'm migrating a fully functional Angular SPA into AEM 6.5. Only a few pages will need authoring but the rest of the application will not need it. The application uses lazy loading and static routing. I'm aware of the Dynamic Routing rule of SPA Architecture. And I'm including dynamic routing for AEM only pages following: Getting Started with Angular and AEM SPA Editor - Chapter 2. Currently, for non AEM pages with static routes, I see errors for x.model.json not being found. This makes sense since page "x" is not in AEM.  What is the best way to manage routing between non AEM pages with static routes and Angular/AEM pages? Is it possible to prevent the model service from looking for models in non AEM pages?  Adding reference to the SPA Design Model we are using.SPA Design Model. Source Design ModelAdvantagesDisadvantagesThe front end developer uses the SPA Editor SDK framework but only opens some areas to the content author. The developer keeps co

Hi guys,I'm having an issue saving a page properties in 6.3 using touch ui. I navigated to the page using site.html and clicked properties. I changed the property and clicked Save & Close, but nothing happens. I can edit the property using crx, but touch ui does not work. There are no log messages either (perhaps I need to turn up logging but which package?). Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Hello, Have you ever had to create a zip file in ACC that would contain multiple *.csv/*.txt files.  A client (who's currently getting migrated from SFMC to Adobe)  runs Exports weekly and creates seven (7) *.csv files. These files are then zipped into one file (ex: Client_Email_Send_2020_03_26.zip) I found some information online, and have already reached out to Adobe Support to see if I have have the necessary utilities installed on the server.  https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/campaign-classic/using/automating-with-workflows/general-operation/how-to-use-workflow-data.html#zipping-or-encrypting-a-file   I've also tried to use some information I got from Adobe Experience League and get an 'Can not open file.." error.  I've never done this in ACC before - especially since in ACS - you can choose to output the file as a *zip. Not sure how I need to proceed.  The *csv file output to a FTP (which I

Hi, When sending an e-mail, an intermittent time-out occurs at this log. Message preparation in progress... Do you know why there is a time-out at this log?If you know, please give me some advice on how to solve it or what to check.

(I'm not sure I have the right board for posting - please guide me to a more appropriate place) Given the current environment, we are being asked how it would be possible to email out a blast that would increase our normal daily email volume by ~300% (for ~7 days). I'm extremely alarmed (as I'm sure anyone reading this would be) about accomplishing this without hurting our Sender Score and IP reputation, but I'm being pressed for creative solutions. I'm thinking either using a different IP address (Mail Chimp, or ?), or negotiating an extended timeline where we can very slowly increase our daily email volume to include more and more of the desired target audience. Any advice, creative solutions, or resources -  as quickly as possible would be incredibly helpful.

Hi, I'm wondering how I can create a smart list of people who viewed a specific page or group of pages (based on "URL contains:...") before they filled out their first form and were created in our system. As far as I can tell, I can add filters for "Viewed page" and "Person created" and select timelines for each, but if I do that, I'll capture people who viewed the page after being created. I want there to be a relationship between the two filters, where I'm only seeing people who were created after viewing the specific page. Can anyone help?
