Is it possible to create a JSON offer in Target using the Target API. I have tested using the documentation provided here - Target API v1.0 , but there isn't an option documented to provide the offer type e.g. HTML, JSON.Documentation example - Target API v1.0 :curl -X POST \  https://mc.adobe.io/<your-tenant-name>/target/offers/content \  -H 'authorization: Bearer <your-bearer-token>' \  -H 'cache-control: no-cache' \  -H 'content-type: application/vnd.adobe.target.v1+json' \  -H 'x-api-key: <your-api-token>'  -d ' {  "name": "My new offer",  "content": "<div>The content of the offer</div>" }'

Hello! For a query in a workflow, I'm trying to save a "last run date" in the options. That's why I need to read this option, start a new query using the value in the option and save a new value for the option back to the system. So my question is:What is the best way to read and store system options in Adobe Campaign (my company -> platform -> options).is there a specific JavaScript (API) Method to get/write options?Best regards,Alex

I created a filter with date type, I choose a date in calander, and then click "Refresh", everything works good.2. But when I try to remove the date entered, There is an error alerted like below.3. After I click the "Yes" button and then click "Refresh", the date is still there. I have then question how can I clear the date for the Date type inputs? Did I doing something wrong when I create the filter? Or this is a bug of Adobe Campaign? Thanks!

We are building out a COE workspace in our Marketo instance to house our best practice templates. I've imported several best practice templates into our COE workspace and I've shared the folder that they're housed in with our other workspaces. However, even though I've shared the folder, I am unable to clone any of the programs across workspaces. I am getting the below error message each time I try to clone.I've submitted a ticket with Marketo Technical Support and they're saying that it could potentially be a coding issue and a datafix might be required, but I wanted to check and see if anyone else has or is currently experiencing this issue or if there are any potential workarounds that might be worth trying. Thanks,Courtney

Hi,I am looking to send out a communication via Text and Email to our customers that includes that persons policy number. Unfortunately our legal department will not let us send the entire policy number digitally. We are permitted to send the last 4 digits however. Is there a way with Velocity Scripting where I'd be able to null out the first 7 or 8 digits of this persons number?Example - A persons policy number is 077063253. With Velocity Scripting can I get it to show as XXXXX3253, or is there another way where I can change the data value to a new field to only include the last 4 digits where 077063253 is changed to 3253 on a different field?

Hi,In the script activity I defined a variable (string length>255):vars.cmpdeliveries = myVar123; //myVar123 is a string with more than 255 charactersIn the query activity, where I define the recipients, I add the variable above using 'complementary information' (also tried with enrichment activity, but end up with the same error).Label: CmpDeliveriesExpression: $(vars/@cmpdeliveries)Alias: @cmpdeliveriesWhen running the workflow I get an error:ORA-210000 Oracle error: ORA-12899: value too large for column "CAMUSER"."WKF28138905_32_1"."SCMPDELIVERIES" (actual: 780, maximum: 255)...The goal is to use the variable (targetData.cmpdeliveries) in a delivery (continuous delivery activity in the same workflow). It works if the variable has less than 255 characters. Any solution for string >255 characters?ThanksPatrick

Hello,I'm reading help documentation regarding creating audiences and am a bit confused:If I want to target mbox profile attributes (which I think = profile parameters?), should I choose Custom or Visitor Profile when adding a rule? What's the difference between them when it comes to target profile.xxx=yyyIn Visitor Profile doc, it says You can target custom profile parameters and profile script (user.parameters) but I see no problem doing it in Custom category?Thank you!

I'm trying to connect online + offline sources where a quote taken online is converted offline via the call centre. My unifying variable is a Quote ID [available as an eVar]. If I wanted to setup an FTP with just below dimensions and metrics, would this work? Dimensions: Date, Quote ID [existing eVar] Events: Offline conversions [new custom counter event] and Offline Purchase Total [as a new custom currency event]. We don't want to merge the purchase into our e-comm report but rather just show it as a separate event , when we want to analyze. Is the above possible? OR do I need to have everything from the below link? Thanks. https://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/import/data-sources/data-types-and-categories/datasrc-conversion.html

Hi,I have a requirement to encrypt the email from the incoming ftp file and decrypt it before sending it to delivery. Is there a way to achieve this? Thanks,cl

Hi All,I have a requirement to parse javascript file in OSGI Bundle and retrieve details from it.I have done parsing of JSON only till now.Do we have AEM libraries to parse Javascript ? Sample JS file:var xyz = "firstname"var age = 30family="Tech family";details=[["Column1","Column2","Column3",...], [....], [.....] ]Any pointers will be really helpful. Thanks!

Hi there,We're looking at sending to an imported list on a daily basis, and we want to ensure that should recipients appear on that list on consecutive days, that they do not receive multiples of the same email. This send will not be reconciled with our main recipient table, so our usual 'filters' that stop this from happening for other deliveries will not work.We can see that the recipient data from previous ad-hoc list load sends is stored in Adobe Campaign, we're looking for guidance on how we can configure a new query to look at list-load delivery recipients, and use the delivery code for these deliveries to hold out those who have received already for a set amount of time. Thanks,Andy

HI, we have an issue with server time. On the current time is added 1 additional hour. No changes made with timezone or users timezones. When we set time for example 12:00 in the form, save it and open again it is saved as 13:00 and this is making a problem with scheduling tasks. All times are saved in DB with increased for one hour. There are not changes on the linux server and DB as well. Last change was integration of real time events (pipelined) which passed fine, therefore question is: Is it possible that connection between AC and Adobe Cloud somehow jeopardize time?Regards, Milan
