All, I'll be integrating AEM with Adobe Campaign Classic soon.Is there a way for me to move/link all my Assets, HTML, content from Classic to AEM?  Or do I have to reload everything into AEM manually?Any documentation would also be helpful. Thank you, Montez

Hi,I need to do SMS configuration from adobe campaign with the third party vendor via HTTP.Can you please suggest the steps to do configurationIf it is not possible through HTTP .What are the other options to do?

We are moving across from google analytics/data studio where we have historically created any widespread reporting across our organisation. One particularly useful report allows people to self serve by selecting their web page from a drop-down box to see their web traffic (for example). It looks like this: I'm wanting to recreate this in workspaces but we have over 300,000 page URL's (or if looking by the page name, 22k) - is there any easy way to get ALL url's to show up in a drop-down menu in workspaces without waiting for them all to load in the right-hand side menu then shift+selecting them all? Or is there a better way to approach this? Thanks in advance!

Hi, colleges!I have noticed recently, that new nms:recipient records get assigned @id value over 300 million. Currently, the larges @id for this entity is 383,349,601 and it rising rapidly.Obviously, we do not have so many customers, the real number is much smaller. I have done a quick investigation, and it seems that nms:recipient entity actually shares identity numbers with xtk:workflow and few others entities. When any of these records are created, the id is picked up from the same autoincrement value. Now, problem is, we use a lot of sub-workflow or some temporary workflows, that gets spawn, executed and then deleted. We will have a couple millions of these created per day, so this auto-increment value will eventually overfill. What should we do? Is it possible to assign some custom @id to a workflow when spawning it, instead of picking an autoincrement value? Or Adobe will, actually, check if record with such id already exists before assigning it?ThanksDima

A handful of new leads were automatically system unsubscribed upon list import with the reason "System flow action sysActionChangeDataValue resetLeadEmailStatus" and no attachment to a trigger campaign to take this action. Why would the system unsubscribe these leads?

Hi,There is a extract file activity in ACS which lets users export data from campaign to local machine in the form of csv or text  through  a workflow.I have done the export of data from Adobe campaign directly but I wanted to know if there is a way to  automate this process using a workflow, so that the export can be taken in a timely fashion.P.S: I am using a update list in my workflow and list is updated based on some segmentation/filtering criteria . After the update list I want to export the list data outside of campaign in a form of a file.  ThanksSenthil

Hello Adobe Forums - I have a search results page with suboptimal Adobe tracking. On page load, there is another separate tracking call that sets value relevant to the users' search. When the search returns zero results, that second call doesn't fire. I'm trying to segment searches with zero results on the HIT level - it's simple enough to do on the visit level (include Page = search results, exclude page = search results THEN within one hit the subsequent evar sets). But because it's only defined by the absence of that second call, I can't figure out how to isolate page views of the search result page that are not followed within one hit by a group of specific props/evars setting. Any ideas?Thank you.

I work for a video company and we'd like to be able to know which episodes/movies are driving conversions, ie: what's the very first video a user watches. If we use, say, eVar 64 for "video name", how can I find out the number of times each video (value passed into that eVar) was the *first* one watched by a visitor?

I have internal search term set up to capture the query but was wondering how I can determine what page the user was on when submitting the query. Thanks,Patrick Flynn

Hi team,Does anyone know if there is a way to upload classifications in a numerical format so it can easily be passed into a metric. For example, if I wanted to upload the number of units returned per order (classifying against order ID), or the revenue value of returns per order? I'd want to be able to see the values at an order level but also roll them up to a total figure. I've looked at numeric classifications, but it appears that these have been discontinued (Numeric 2 classifications overview). My understanding is that text classifications won't allow for this type of data to be easily passed into metrics.Does anyone have any ideas / work arounds for this?ThanksToby

Hi ,I am trying to Test the transactional messaging via Adobe Campaign Standard through API call.We have gone through the following references regarding usage of Adobe Campaign Standard APIs:https://helpx.adobe.com/campaign/kb/working-with-acs-api.htmlhttps://console.adobe.io/integrationshttps://www.adobe.io/apis/cloudplatform/https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/standard/en/api/ACS_API.htmlWe have done the integration with ACS using Adobe I/O and have got the API Key (Client ID), Technical account ID, Technical account email, Organization ID, Client secret. Using these values we generated a JWT Token (Java). Further with the JWT Token, we were able to generate the values Access Token, Token Type, and expires_in(Java). Finally, we were able to invoke the event in ACS, following which we received an Email. Now the issue that we are facing is that We are receiving this error while trying to generate the access token using JWT and payload.Server returned HTTP response code: 400 for URL: htt

I have some "evergreen" landing pages in production (email sign-up, request a demo, etc.) that tend to be secondary CTAs on a lot of collateral, so I'm constantly driving traffic there. Currently, I've been duplicating these landing pages for individual campaigns so I can add respondents and program status to the right things (e.g. if they request a demo from a given email campaign, they're marked successful in that email campaign, whereas if they're organic traffic to the demo form, they're added to the organic program).Having multiple copies of the same LP is, for obvious reasons, a drag.I've put some consideration into just using campaign URL parameters or something in order to identify traffic sources, but I'm not sure if that's a good plan. Is there a reason to/not-to just have smart campaigns of "filled out form XXX" with criteria of landing page URL contains "utm_campaign=october-email" or whatever?

Hi,I am trying to fetch search results using Collections feature in Search and Promote.I have two index files site1_index, site2_index where site1_index has two products which are also present in site2_index. I am able to fetch results for site2 collection but not for site1 collection. If I remove site2_index from URL entry point then able to see results for site1 collection. URL Entrypointsindex:site1_indexindex:site2_indexCollectionssite1 regexp index:site1_index*site2 regexp index:site2_index*Any idea how we can show products for site1 and site2 in respective websites?

Hello, I am doing a POC on the Adobe Target Server Side implementation. It will technically be hybrid in that I will take what the Target delvers back to the node.js and drop it into an object. Then I will use the SPA to grab the experience/markup from the object. My question has to do with the visitorApi. In the below snippet from the sdk, we assume the user has a visitor cookie(AMCID). If the user has never visited the site he/she wont be eligible for any activities at all. With that said, am I missing something here? Should I make the visitor api call from my node js server and passing that to target and also back in the response header to be set on the client side like it would if it was initiated from the client side?

HiI have an operational program running that is looking for the acquisition data value change. However, it's not always being triggered for some reason. The people that didn't get triggered, don't have the acquisition data change in the activity log, although the acquisition program was changed (and the acquisition date was set).Any ideas?

Hello everyone,I am looking for any feedback or suggestions on how we could set up a "distributed" solution using ACS without letting local users access ACS itself (campaigns, audiences, workflows,...)My idea would be to :- create a landing page with some attributes to let a local user select a "campaign template" (predefined list with maybe a visual of the email if possible)- through this page, let the user select an audience (and ideally adjust some targeting criteria). Is that possible to display the number of customers eligible before the launch of the campaign- notifiy the central user of the campaign demand- the central user duplicate a campaign template using the ACS interface (worklflow,...) and run the campaign based on the filters defined by the local userAny better ideas ?Thanks

When we are triggering a  customized workflow, so there are multiple steps like approving an asset and so on. We have one user group which will get notifications for approving the workflow so when any user approves an asset then in timeline we are getting that particular asset has been approved by workflow-service() instead of username. What changes can we make so that username should come instead of workflow-service.

Hi everyone, this is what the draft of our RCM looks like.I can easily create transitions for the steps that go from inventory to inventory, like the arrow that is circled in red, the transition for that is this:I am trying to create the transitions for Won => Wait 31 Days, and also for Lost => Wait 2 Months, and then also from the wait steps to the next inventory (i.e.: Wait 2 months => Recycle to Marketing), but I'm not sure how to do that in the smart list filter for those transitions. Does anyone have any idea how I can do this? I just don't know enough about RCM and the product docs aren't very helpful.Do you think it should be like the transition from Won => Wait 31 Days is Lifecycle Status New value is Won. Then from Wait 31 days => Recycle to Marketing should be Lifecycle Status New value is Recycle to Marketing? Or is that too vague? For additional context, I actually use smart campaigns under marketing activities that use triggers to this RCM and move peopl

Hi,I am facing an issue that Suppose we created a Nested Multifield, in which the outer Multifield is a simple text box and inner Multifield in which one is textfield and other is a Tagfield. Now here tagfield is Multiplie Boolean {true},But when author choose multiple tags and save dialog and again open here we can see only one Tag.Suppose Save the above Dialog and open it again , here you can only see Forum:Topic/Answered, but cannot see Unanswered one.I am using AEM 6.3.0 and currently I cannot upgrade to 6.4 or 6.5 or cannot install any service pack. Can anyone please help here to resolve this multiple tags.

We are trying to build the product recommendations functionality with Adobe Target, and the major challenge we are experiencing is that the ftp server set up for product feed. We already have our feed set up in few sftp servers, but our understanding is that we cannot used secured ftp for Adobe Target (which is very strange). Do you have a work around for this? We could not convince our information security to set up a ftp that is not secured.

Hi,Very new to Velocity and have spent some time reading up on syntax, but I cannot seem to figure out something which seems simple: getting the ID query string out of a url formatted like this:http://my.niftyurl.com/sub/company/blahblah.php?id=0000011&ST=QRSThe url is being pulled from a lead custom field (lead.rNSLink) and I'm successfully grabbing that. But I cannot figure out what to do with it to get the ID. I've tried things like "getParameter" and other Java functions, but nothing seems to quite fit the bill.Help would be beyond appreciated.Regards,Jason

Hey yall, i'm in a real pickle. So I need to send a payload to Marketo and i need to set the "Referrer URL". The site domain is coming through ie. example.com, but I need the full URL path, ie example.com/stuff/stuff. There are campaigns triggered on this URL, and it's not getting captured when I POST to Marketo. What would also be helpful is if anyone knows a reference where I can see all the object keys that marketo uses. This is what I've tried so far and nothing has been successful:Also, does anyone know the query parameters key?MktoForms2.whenReady(function(form){ form.addHiddenFields({ LastFormURL : document.location.href, LastFormReferrer : document.referrer, Referrer__c : document.referrer, referrerURL : document.referrer, Lead_Source_Details : document.referrer, lastReferrerURL : document.referrer }); }); ‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍For reference, this is the activity log:

I am having some issues with styling my form, specifically getting the form button to be centered. It shows up centered on the Marketo preview, but when I place it on my Unbounce landing page it shows up as off-center. It's driving me crazy! I've tried every trick that I could find online with no success.URL: resource.guildeducation.com/form-test/ CSS:/* Add your custom CSS below */html body { background-color: rgba(6,51,72,1);}.mktoForm { margin: auto;}input { min-width: 352px; height: 33px; margin-bottom: 5px !important; margin-left: auto !important; margin-right: auto !important;}select { min-width: 352px; height: 33px; margin-left: auto !important; margin-right: auto !important;}label { width: auto !important; margin-bottom: 4px !important; color: #fff;}.mktoButtonRow { width: 100%;}.mktoFormRow { width: 100%;}.mktoButtonWrap { margin-left: auto !important; margin-right: auto !important; width: 100%}.mktoButton { margin-left: auto !important; margin-right: auto !important

I am working on a Marketo form and if someone checks a box to bring a guest, I would like the button to change to say "next" but if they do not check the box and do not want to bring a guest, I would like the button to just say "submit."Is there a way to do this?Thank you!
