Hello, Adobe CommunityWe have a target area with component which is a container (parsys) with some components. The problem is that when this container is situated in target area, parsys of container becomes a targetparsys inside of which there isn't a possibility to edit inside components. Does this issue has the solution? Thanks in advance.

Hi, Adobe CommunityI need to make datepicker (/libs/granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker) to be rollouted from blueprint property in cq:master. But the problem is that then inheritance is activated and locked, the value can not be seen:But when inheritance is cancelled, the value is shown well:The code is the following:<startTime   jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"   sling:resourceType="granite/ui/components/coral/foundation/form/datepicker"   displayedFormat="MMMM DD, YYYY hh:mm a"   displayTimezoneMessage="{Boolean}true"   fieldDescription="Description"   fieldLabel="Available From"   name="./startTime"   renderReadOnly="{Boolean}false"   type="datetime">  <granite:data        jcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"        cq-msm-lockable="startTime"/></startTime>When field inheritance in act

When I add a new translation to the translations file and install the translation appears. When I change the translation and install the existing value is not overwritten. I'm struggling with the plugin's documentation to understand how to change this behaviour: to update an existing node value attribute. Here's the configuration of the plugin:          <plugin>                    <groupId>com.day.jcr.vault</groupId>                    <artifactId>content-package-maven-plugin</artifactId>                    <version>0.5.24</version>                    <extensions>true</extensions>                    <configuration>                        <packaging>zip</packaging>                        <properties>                            <acHandling>overwrite</acHandling>                            <granite.suppressSnapshots>true</granite.suppressSnapshots>                        </properties&gt

Hi guyswe are implementing sms with ACS. It seems that whenever someone is trying to opt-out of text through sms provider, ACS is putting these in Quarantine instead of unsubscribing from profile. Is there a way to update the subscription instead of quarantine ?

Hello! I would like to know if it is possible to combine different segments into one on AAM, instead of combining traits. For example:Segment 1: Visitors of page A OR Visitors of page BSegment 2: Buyers of product A OR Product BI want to create segment 3: Segment 1 AND NOT Segment 2Is this possible? How can I set-up this rule? Many thanks!Maria

I'm trying to follow the instructions at the following page:Adobe Experience Manager Help | Generic steps for AEM Forms workspace customization I executed all the steps, but when I try to navigate to http://[server]:[port]/lc/ws, instead of seeing a login page, I get this:Not a valid identifier 'index, index.html'Cannot serve request to /lc/apps/ws/ in org.apache.sling.servlets.get.DefaultGetServletException:java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Not a valid identifier 'index, index.html' at com.google.common.base.Preconditions.checkArgument(Preconditions.java:93) at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.identifier.IdentifierManager.getTree(IdentifierManager.java:131) at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.plugins.identifier.IdentifierManager.getPath(IdentifierManager.java:153) at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.namepath.NamePathMapperImpl.getOakPath(NamePathMapperImpl.java:97) I tried tacking on /GET.jsp to the URL, but it tries to download my GET.jsp file instead of compiling/rendering the JSP in the browser

Hello,We've had memory leak issues for a while that will eventually push our publishers into 100% GC after a week or two. Up until now we've just been ignoring them because it's easier to restart the publisher but i would like to really understand how to troubleshoot this. We have a heap dump but what i'm seeing doesn't seem that helpful. All of the classes it references are framework classes, so i'm not sure how to proceed in finding the actual cause of the leak in our code. Below is the main leak suspect "HttpListener" loaded by "BundleWiringImpl" -There are hundreds of these instances, each with a URL that is called by the end user. The below example is a keepalive call to a static html page, so none of our custom code should even be running.Does anyone have suggestions on how to proceed here? Every time we take a heap dump the problem suspects are from "org.apache.felix.framework.BundleWiringImpl$BundleClassLoaderJava", "com.day.j2ee.servletengine.HttpListener", and "com.day.j2ee.s

I have 8 emails that are being controlled by nested programs within an engagement stream. The first email in the stream has been sending correctly, but the remaining 7 haven't sent since I've activated them a few weeks ago. I'm using the Advanced Drip template basically. The smart list criteria for the 01-Send Email smart campaign is pretty loose. Basically...Are they a member of the engagement program (this is controlled by a Smart Campaign that just adds new prospects to the program)For this particular set of emails, did they interact with a specific piece of content that would qualify them to receive these. Finally the flow steps might be a bit more complicated than I need them to be, but I don't see why they would be causing any problems. The image below is for the first email which is sending properly, but all the others are updated with the relevant email references (A2, A3, etc)Any ideas what's going on here? There also aren't any members of these additional programs, but I though

Howdy, all.  I know that this is bad practice, but we're passing a set of utm_ parameters from the URL of a landing page (via cookie) to the URL of the application start page.  Adobe Analytics picks up the utm_ parameters and concatenates them in the Campaign variable (eVar0).  If the same parameters are set on two consecutive URLs, eVar0 will be set to the same value in the consecutive image calls.  My question is, will the Clickthrough metric in Campaign reporting show one or two Clickthroughs?  That is, is the same eVar0 value reported only once per visit?  Thanks.

We are on AEM 6.3.3.5.  We also use AEM Forms Server on a completely separate set of servers.  When we upgrade AEM from 6.3 to 6.5, must we also upgrade AEM Forms server?  I'm not asking if it's best practice to upgrade both at the same time, because it surely would be nice to do.  We are trying to minimize the effort for Phase I of our upgrade, and deferring the upgrade of AEM Forms Server could save us time. Thanks very much for any helpful advice you can offer.-Nestor

I'm new to Adobe Launch. I have to track the first occurence of an element of a page. So when user refreshes or comes back to that page again, the rule should not trigger. Can someone explain me where I'm going wrong. The event is triggered everytime  instead of first occurrence.

Hi all,We have an external account configured to connect to MySQL. We've had to recently change the credentials so I've updated the account and password. Testing the connection also seems to be working fine. However, using the generic query editor on a schema that uses the account still tries to use the old credentials. Do I need to have the server rebooted or something? Thanks,Erik

In a situation like the screenshot below where the goal is to enter a Canceled Client into an Engagement Program with 3 emails every 30 days until they convert or unsubscribe. If they do neither, I want to re-enter them to go through the same program again. And then again. What is the best way to accomplish this - knowing that a lead can only be a member of a program in an engagement stream once.Knowing Marketo essentially reads streams as:Emails - have they received this email before (yes or no)Programs - do they have a status in this program (yes or no)How can I "allow" re-entry into a Program and/or what is the best way to do so?I assume I need to clear Membership Status in some fashion - or maybe just clone the nested program (Program A) in the stream and simply put that one (Program B) after it so Marketo skips Program A and sends lead to Program B. Not sure that would work though as Re-entry into the Engagement Program stream would still need to happen. This same Program Re-Entry w

Very new to adobe analytics and trying to figure out how to load or pull in offline sales data to count towards our total revenue and orders. For example: In July we sold 10 widgets online for $100 total. But 5 more people filled out a form online and a sales rep sold them widgets for an additional 5 orders at $50 total. Adobe as is only can show $100 & 10 orders. How can I bring in the others to show TOTAL = $150 and 15 orders? If it helps, the offline lead sales are completed in Salesforce. I saw something about bringing in customer attributes from our CRM but it seems like a data feed/data source would be easier?

when i am making the hideInNav propertys as "true" then that particular page path is not reflecting in the breadcrumb. I can make this poperty as false but i have another cmponent associated with it. So how can i overcome this issue. Thanks in advance

Adobe Campaign Version 6.1.1 build 8767We have a workflow template that we have been using for about a year now.  The basic process is as follows:1. Because some of the data for our recipients is not in our Campaign instance, we load an external CSV for each send.2. This list is reconciled in Campaign via an Enrichment to a table that is linked to the recipient table.  For the purpose of this question, I'll call it tmp:subTable.3. After various filters, it goes to a delivery and the fields from the CSV are used to populate a delivery with various <%= targetData.xxxx %>  variables. In an effort to extend some of our analytics and testing, I have been attempting to get a workflow together following the instructions on this page:https://docs.campaign.adobe.com/doc/AC/en/WKF_Use_cases_A-B_testing.htmlIn place of the initial query, I have used our normal workflow, but from the split afterwards, I've followed that page.  It works when run up to a certain point.  The two 10% split delive

On our Unsubscribe landing page, we have a token of {{lead.Email Address}} in order to show which email the visiting person is registered with. When I try to unsubscribe from a Marketo email I received to my company email address (company@domain.com) I am taken to the unsubscribe landing page. But the email that I am registered with (as displayed on the lp by the token) is my private email address (private@domain.com). Even though the email came to my company inbox and I clicked the link in that email, Marketo is still "seeing" me as my private email (private@domain.com).I believe this is why many of our customers are complaining that they have unsubscribed several times but still continue to receive emails. Can you help me understand why the above is happening? Thanks,Lukasz

Seems design option missing from tools console (/miscadmin) in AEM 6.5, is there any other way to create design page and upload fonts and icons.

When clicking the full-screen button on our real-time dashboard the html doesn't scale properly giving us slider bars up & down and left and right. We have tried changing screen resolution, different browsers, and zoom levels with no luck. The Real-time dashboard scales correctly on computer monitors set at 1920x1080. The issue is when connected via HDMI to a television monitor at any resolution, even 1920x1080.

Hi Team,Production author outage happened two days ago. We can see update_asset transaction took more time around 169 sec also the most time consuming 50.8%. We have noticed that around 50 assets were uploaded on that day. We are not able to identify the root cause for this outage. In order to prevent these outages in the future what precautions we need to take. It is an AEM assets application.

EDIT: Looks like one actual solution here might be to get an SSL cert for our landing page domain (zozi.mktoweb.com CNAME'd as go.zozi.com) and use that URL in the loadForm call. Looks like that is possibly by contacting support: Add SSL to your Landing Pages - Marketo Docs - Product Docs I will update this part of this post if that is the solution we go with / if it solves the issue. As some of you are aware, Firefox now gives the option to enable tracking protection at all times (even outside of Private mode). Many users (like my self) choose this option while installing the browser, meaning it is on all the time. This means any request to marketo.com will be blocked by Firefox if the user has chosen that option during installation or is in Private Browsing mode. This results in Marketo forms not being loaded at all.Firefox uses the Disconnect standard block list, which can be seen here: disconnect.me/trackerprotection/blockedI have read all the threads here on getting around FF tra

Hi,While working on external accounts, there is an option for external database. I was not able to find any information or documents regarding this in standard docs. Any idea on how does it work . I could see multiple DBs here. Does it work like FDA connection in classic?. Please share the details in case any body is using it or guide to the documentation. Thanks!
