Hello,I’m trying to implement Adobe Analytics API 2.0 in an Adobe Campaign connector.Authentication is OK.Segments / users utilization endpoint is OK.But when I Try to test metrics or report endpoint, The system returns I don’t have access. In admin console (I’m administrator), I gave to my user all the rights but the message is still the same.{    "errorCode": "insufficient_access",    "errorDescription": "User does not have access to this report suite - Error caused by exceptionName=java.lang.IllegalAccessError due to exceptionMessage=User does not have access to this report suite",    "errorId": "4e5a5954-11e4-4782-bb8b-675924181afb"}When I go to Adobe Analytics administration, I’m not able to see my user. So I can’t see it in an user group and finally, I guess I don’t have access to the report suite.Do you know if I can do anything to appears in administration ?Thank you for your help.

Hi,since the beginning of April we have an issue with our emails not displaying properly (just garbled up code is displayed) for patrons who have icloud.com/mac.com/me.com email addresses. The issue seems to only arise when the email is viewed via the app as the emails display fine on MAC when viewed via the browser. Patrons who experience the issue seem to be on IOS version 12.3.1. They don't have this issue with emails from other senders. Below is an example of what the email looks like that the patrons receive. We haven't changed our email code, sender address or anything else that would explain this issue. It looks like there is no release yet for crx2oak for AEM 6.5.Normally, this should match the oak repository major version. So something like 1.10.x, but no trace of it in Index of /groups/public/com/adobe/granite/crx2oak , nor does the release notes page exist for AEM 6.5: https://helpx.adobe.com/experience-manager/6-5/release-notes/crx2oak.html.Will there be such a release soon?We have used crx2oak 3x successfully now for upgrading AEM using an offline content copy.Would be nice to keep this up for future releases.Although I'd prefer to use the Jackrabbit Oak – Oak Composite NodeStore once it's stable .Asked the same on Twitter: https://twitter.com/wimsymons/status/1155719418200166401 Kind regardsWim

Hello Adobe AEP SDK team,We have an Adobe AEP SDK implementation on Android that is working fine on versions prior to Android Q (api level 29) but on Android Q the FCM pushidentifier is not being captured on Campaign dashboard. When i check the logs i see some SQLiteDatabase errors only on Android Q, do you guys have any plan on updating the SDK to support Android Q.We are not able to send push notifications through Adobe campaign to devices running Android Q because the AEP SDK on this version is not able to send info back to Adobe servers.Below is part of log for the errors that i see only on Android Q api level 29.2019-07-19 11:14:57.041 22866-23961/"packageName" E/SQLiteLog: (1) near "null": syntax error 2019-07-19 11:14:57.042 22866-23961/"packageName" E/SQLiteDatabase: Error inserting android.database.sqlite.SQLiteException: near "null": syntax error (code 1 SQLITE_ERROR): , while compiling: INSERT INTO HITS(null) VALUES (NULL) at android.database.sqlite.SQLiteConnection.nativePr

Is it possible to add a URL parameter to set a geolocation state for testing purposes which overrides the stored geolocation.state that has been set in the user profile? We currently have an A/B test that should deliver bespoke content depending on which state has been identified in the user profile but we are unable to test any variations apart from the content for our current state/location.

On our site there are activities that members take to earn points and then they can use those points to enter drawings.I would like to send a monthly email based on the following.List the activities where the status equals “Completed”.Only show the activities that were completed this month based on the column updatedAt and list them (if there is more than one) in descending order based on the date.Show the name of the completed activity and the points earned.Add up the points earned this month and show the total number of points earned. Trying to break this project down, I am first trying to get the list of activities a person has completed. However, I am finding that it not only gives me the information in the entire row, it ignores the “Completed” status and gives me activities a person had started as well as completed. Here’s the code #if (${sPAdActivity_cList.get(0).activityStatus} == "Completed" )#set( $activityDescription = ${sPAdActivity_cList.get(0).description})#else#

Apparently there's a really old JavaScript way of updating props of an `s` variable. DTM is the more recent old way and Adobe Launch is the newest way. I'm using Adobe Launch. For a SPA, the docs suggest I can update my data layer then set up rules in the portal to copy the props from my data layer into adobe analytics for tracking pages. I also see that there's a way of doing a direct call using `window._satellite.track(eventName, payload)`.What I'm wondering is if I need to bother with the data layer approach or if I can just direct call everything with `window._satellite.track` and configure in the portal which one is a page and which is an event/link? Currently I've got code that will use the data layer to track pages and a direct call to track things like specific click events. Ideally I can just do it all one way.Thank you!

I'm specifically trying to identify what these two fields are telling me:   Success:        false   Acquired by:    falseI'm also curious as to how the only line item in the lead's entire Activity Log related to this Program shows they became a member, however, nothing ever happened again to them despite the program deploying. This predated me but I'm trying to play Sherlock Holmes to see how this lead was not sent a vital email 19 months ago notifying them of a significant price increase to their account that began then. Now 19 months later they are justifiably outraged. It's obviously human error but I'm still curious as to specifically what "Success" (presumably this refers to program success) and "Acquired by" means as well as how one can become a member of a program and then nothing else (presumably this means they entered the program but nothing happened because they were not a part of the Smart List audience the emai

I created a template with a layout container and included a text component in the template. I Added text to the component and locked the component since I want all the pages to import the same text. But when the pages are in edit mode, there is a huge gap between this text and the next component, however in preview this gap does not exist. How do I make sure the gap does not exist in edit mode as well. Attached are the screenshots for it.EDIT modePREVIEW modeThanks for the help.

Hi AA Team,We capture user's login status in an eVar on every page load across web apps with the following values:1. userId - if user is logged in2. anonymous - if user is not logged inHowever, when I see this eVar report with 'Visits' metric, I see a lot of Unspecified coming up in there. Any idea what might be causing this issue? Many Thanks in advance!

Hey all,I'm trying to figure out how to filter out all rows with visits under 1,200. I work in news media and I'm only looking for stories that saw under 1,200 visits.I tried to create a segment to exclude values under 1,200, but the logic just doesn't work out.Is there any way I can filter by values? Thanks!

Currently I am using DTM. I am planning to start the migration process to launch. When I go to Experience Cloud->Launch and then click on "Go to Launch" then below error is coming. How to get authorized access? I though those who have DTM admin access will have Launch access by default.Error Loading AccountIMS Profile Error "User ID XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX@AdobeID is not authorized for Launch access with any organizations"Your session may have timed out.

Hey guys,I am fairly new to Triggers and have a very basic question.I've been playing around with the filter conditions and would like to set up a basic cart abandonment case where I want to make sure the user has viewed the cart with 1..n products (names taken from the analytics tracking request) but not purchased the product(s).Sounds pretty simple, I know. However the setup below does not seem to work when I add multiple products.Strangely enough, if I try to just use one product it shows results. So what part of the "Cart View AND (Product 1 OR Product 2)" is wrong?Grateful for any help.Cheers,Bjoern

I am not able to create system user getting below error .I am using AEM 6.0 version ...and this is totally new instance . what I am missing here .In group adminstration I have checked the [permission for admin as well and I logged in as admin.

can we have multiple  two @PostConstruct method in one  model class  ?      and my both method having suppose 15 -15 injcetion . As we know post construct will get invoked only when all injcetion will get resolved . ? so means how it will             work all 30 injection ll get resolved and then post constriuct method will be called ? defaultInjectionStrategy = DefaultInjectionStrategy.OPTIONAL(this will make ALL injection optional)         suppose i have to mek some 15 injection optiponal and 15 required . Then i HAVE TO PUT @REQUIRED with each injection ..there is not any gloabl                   way to do that

I created a calculated metric using a custom event and made the attribution as participation.  In a Freeform table, a participation version of both a number and percentage are shown (e.g. 46  3.1%).I want to use the resulting participation number, not the percentage, in another calculated metric.  However when I do, the calculation in the calculated metric doesn't seem to recognize either of them.Is there a way to use a calculated participation metric in another calculated metric?  What about specifying either the number or the percentage to use?

i have the problem that referrers are shown in the report suite in AA, like the preconfigured report in Traffic sources => Referrers. But they are NOT shown at all in Workspace. For example in the Freeform table with dimension referrer. There I only see about four or five (only google entries). Why is that? There is an option to click "Try in workspace [NEW]" in the clssic Referrers Report screen. But if I click there, a freeform table is shown that does not contain the data, shown in the reports table. This seems to be a bug in Workspace?cheers Martin

Does Adobe Target have any type of native integration with Neustar? As in, I have curated an audience in Neustar and would like to leverage that audience to deliver an experience on-site with Adobe Target. Very similar to sending AAM audiences to Target via CoreServcies. I imagine it would have to be some type of custom API connection but just wanted to know if Target supports integrations with DMP's outside of AAM. Neustar in this case.

Post upgrade from AEM 6.2 with SP2 to AEM 6.4 few of the packages are in not installed. The older version is on installed state. For the new package is showing the message as "A different version seems to be installed:"When i am trying to install manually i am getting the error javax.jcr.nodetype.ConstraintViolationException: OakConstraint0074: Attempt to add, modify or remove the system maintained property 'rep:externalId' and the package is not able install.

Hi all,Please suggest where I can see all AEM 6.4 Helpx Articles.I want to try some aspects hands on.I am aware that probably there will not many to date, as 6.4 itself was released very recently.Appreciate your support.Thanks,Rama.

Hi all,I have an operator group that's allowed access to only one folder just under the root path (e.g. /myfolder1) . Everything is running fine, but there is a recent push to organise all the different base folder names to standardise them so i renamed it to something more descriptive /My Folder 1/. Unfortunately, all operators in the operator group that had only access to this one folder is showing an access denied error on login. Users with access to other folders are able to log in with no problems and can see the updates to the folder name. The client console seems to be trying to match against the old fullName of the folder and so couldn't pick up the contents of the renamed folder. To be clear, I'm only updating the folder's label, and not the internal name.Is there a way for me to safely rename these folders without causing login issues to users? Thanks,Erik
