Solved

This topic was brought up by two different threads but neither actually answered the question. Our company operates on a Monday through Sunday schedule and we have our Adobe calendar set as such.  However, for various reasons, we have a few site features that are modified on a Sunday through Saturday schedule.  I've already checked and changing this to a Mon-Sun schedule is not going to happen.I'm trying to set up a report builder dashboard for these Sun-Sat features, but can only get accurate data one week at a time.  I've tried the suggestions in the previous posts, but they do not work.  Changing our overall calendar settings is not an option.  I considered pulling daily data, but Report Builder only allows 371 rows of data, therefore I'd have to create each report twice (one for this year and one for last) then use excel to group into weeks.  Since one of the pages in question can change depending on visitor behavior, I have various permutations to look at (new visit, return visit,

Hey guys,We've been using cookie destination in our own sites for a while, but recently we found this:(each "%7C" represents a "|" and each "%3D" represents an "=")Those two are the same cookie destination, being set to - allegedly - the same cookie. We've checked the destination, data sources and all that there's to a segment, and they are all the same.Have anyone ever seen this behaviour?Thx,Victor

Hello, How can AAM influence Campaign in this scenario:I signed up for our Loyalty program using my gmail address. I regularly log in using our app on my cell phone. I am opted into receiving messages from my company using my corporate email address. I know that I have logged into the Loyalty account using my work laptop. Today I received an email to my corporate account (from Adobe Campaign) on my work laptop, asking me to sign up for our loyalty account. I know in AAM that Profile Merge Rules would know that, because I authenticate on my cell phone to access the app and I've authenticated using my work laptop, that the two devices are linked as part of my AAM identity. The question is, what is required in terms of an interface from AAM to Campaign and how would I use AMM to prevent Campaign from sending me Join Loyalty email messages on my work laptop? Make sense? Glenn

We have an AEM 6.2 instance with Hotfix 17578 (cq-6.2.0-hotfix-17578) installed so we are on Oak 1.4.17 and CFP18.We run garbage collection, version cleanup, and workflow cleanup daily.  We have a separate datastore and segment store.  We have performed offline compaction but that only applies to the segmentstore. The disk usage report in AEM (/etc/reports/diskusage.html) reports we are using ~18 GB of data.  However, our datastore has grown to ~170 GB of data.  I cannot find any way to figure out how to reduce this or where this is coming from. From this page (Analyze unusual repository growth ) I can see we even have a few files between 1-6 GB but there is definitely no file in our DAM or packages that big.  The entire DAM according to the usage report is ~6 GB.What can I do to reduce the size of our datastore?  What is causing this problem?

Hello All,OOTB whenever we upload/modify metadata for images, pdf etc version gets created but it doesn't happen in case of video. Can anyone help us understand why? Moreover if I create a workflow with the step Create Version it works fine but if I add it to the DAM Update Asset (ffmpeg configured) it doesn't work fine. I have also checked that there is launcher as below :-However even if I satisfy the condition dam:scene7FileStatus==NeedsReupload , versions are not creating , rest everything is working fine.I am using AEM6.4Please help us understand the working of the same. Thanks & RegardsAshish Ranjan

can I get brief about how can I import the data in Profile & Audience in adobe campaign?  Please share the steps also.

Hey guys, How to generate session wise reports in adobe analytics? I have searched a lot but couldn't able to find the answers.

Before I start: Adobe default marketing channel is not setup. We have an eVar that collects marketing channel info and s.campaign for tracking codes. Both have last touch attribution and set to 14 days expiration.Exclusively for app reporting, we are seeing that wrong tracking codes are getting associated with the marketing channels. In one of our channel, push notification, a large amount of revenue is also getting attributed to email tracking code which is making us nervous. For example, in this screen shot, you that that if I breakdown marketing channel=email by tracking code, then tracking codes like (push_XYZ, google.com, SOC_123 etc.) shows up instead of  JUST tracking codes starting with 'EML....'.  Question is why??? If, both tracking codes and by marketing channel eVar has the same allocation, then it shouldn't be a persistence problem. We have the same settings is the report suites for Website, and it all looks fine. Should there be any special implementation rules

Hi all, will there be any impact on /etc/key for future updates or patch? I am using the CryptoSupport Bundle for encrypting plain text and using the same key across all my servers and environments. I am just concerned if future update will have any impact on the key.

Hi,I'm trying to validate whether it is feasible to configure the Adobe AEM Forms Analytics Module in our implementation. I'm looking at the configuration steps for setting this module up and its all based on the legacy Cloud Configs setups and the Analytics Framework configurations, where you do the cq-variable to analytics variable mappings in AEM itself. We're really most interested in leveraging the Module as it does the data-capturing for AEM form analytics, but we don't mind necessarily as much about the reporting features within AEM as we would be able to see the reports in Analysis Workspace or Reports and Analytics. We are trying to, as a standard, use Adobe Launch for all client side tags, so for everything else (non-AEM Forms ) that we are capturing in terms of analytics datapoints we are using a Data Layer and Adobe Launch's Analytics Extension and just deploying the Adobe Launch embed code to all of the site pages. So my two questions are:1) Is there a way, to setup the AEM

Hi,I have a requirement to extract some additional information with the help of embedded forms in emails. For ex, A form will be embedded in an email and the form details like First Name, last name and email address should be extracted from tracking server as we get Opens/clicks to our database. Let me know if is this possible in Adobe campaign classic and how feasible and efficient it is to implement in platform. And also let me know if there are any roadblocks or may be you have come across this scenario with some other ideas, suggestions are welcome. Thanks in advance!

I am trying to combine two strings and apply i18n on combined string.${['i18nPrefix','Register'] @join='-', i18n}Above piece of code not working and I tried combination of format, i18n etc.I need to prepend a prefix based on site user visiting to the authored dialog property and get i18n translation. There are scenarios where a default key need to be appended to prefix. The following has been tried and not working.<sly data-sly-test.altKey="${'{0}-{1}' @ format=['i18nPrefix', properties.alt ? properties.alt : 'default' ]}" />Use case : <img alt="prefixedtranslation">, <div aria-label="prefixedtranslation">text</div>, <label>prefixedtranslation</label>Any help appreciated.Thanks.

what user role will allow someone access to design emails but not be able to approve or send emails?

Hello all! My team has been having issues with our Marketo forms not rendering properly on browsers (namely Firefox) or when there is an AdBlocker. We use a third party website to host our forms - not Marketo LPs. We reached out to support via chat and they thought it was an SSL issue, but it isn't. The form shows fine on Chrome when the ad blocker isn't on.Has anyone experienced the same issue? Any words of wisdom to share with a newbie here?Thank you in advance!

Hi,I have two smart Lists that are as follows:-Member of smart list = eCom CustomersMember of smart list = Product Updates Opt-inI want the logic set up in a way that all ecom customers should also have opted-in for product updates & then the email goes out to everyone. How can I build this? Please help?

I've been asked to limit the number of contacts per company that receive the same email.  Is this possible? This would be for one off email sends and not every email. For example, company A has 45 contacts, company B has 8 contacts. For Company A, we only want to send to 10 of those contacts not all 45. Is this possible and can we pick which contacts get the email? Thanks

Hi allThis is slightly difficult to explain but I will try my best.I noticed in the current implementation I am working on that for events that are tracked as custom links, that whenever an evar has been defined for any of these rules, this populates for all custom links with Unspecified if not explicitly defined for that event/rule.  Just wanting to know if this behaviour is expected or if there is a change I could make to avoid this happening? I don't need suggestions of other ways to capture at this point, just if other users see this.  Using a very simple example:I have 2 rule based events that are captured as a custom link, named time and dayDuring a journey:the time rule populates evar1 with '11am'the day rule populates evar 2 with 'Wednesday'In AA, the data we get appears like the following is happening:When the time rule fires, evar1 = 11am and evar2=UnspecifiedWhen the day rule fires, evar1 = Unspecified and evar2=WednesdaySo it looks like both custom links are populating all
