Hello.I've recently started using AAM and have just created my first customer attribute file which I've pushed into Target. How do I also go about using the file in Audience Manager?I want to upload a flat file of customers which I can then combine with existing offline traits to create a new segment. I'm not sure how to set up the trait selecting the customer attribute file.Cheers,Paul

There are 2 pages A and B.Page A is something new that has been developed and is shared to the end users.Page B is an old page with has been functional for a long time.I need to build a segment where I want to measure a few KPIs like page visits, avg time spent, bounce rate, etc for all those scenarios where the user is coming to Page A and them browsing the content of Page B.Any thoughts?

Hi Everyone,I am newbie for DTM Implementation and entered a project where they are doing migration from one platform to another.I have two approaches to follow, but I want to understand which one is the best one with no issue in data flowing. Can someone please suggest which approach should I pick?Approach 1For the live website , one web property is already live and firing all the rules and capturing data. The header and footer codes for this website is sued by the development team on the new website platform as well. Now, can I go ahead with the same web property and just create and replicate the rules which are needed.Approach 2For the website which is in development, I create a new web property and provide the header and footer code to the development team.I am not sure once my website is live and I push my rules to publish.Do I still have to make any change in Adobe Analytics code also to make sure that the data goes in the same report suite as it was before.Kindly please help!!Thank

Hi,We have an on-premise installation of campaign and have a whitelist set up on the load balancer so only select ip addresses get to log in and use it. The approach however, prevents webapps from being publicly accessible. Is there a way for us to safely expose the /webapps easily or is this more an OPS/IT question rather campaign? I can only think off setting up Apache with modproxy on some box who's ip has been whitelisted on the elb. Anyone got a similar set up? How would the open/link tracking have gone through if this was the case?Thanks,--Erik

Hi all,I am hoping this question has a simple answer which has been in front of me all this time I need to combine different AAM audiences into one. I know this can be done as an activity-only audience, however I need it to be available in the Library as I will then need to combine them further, and I also need to be able to use them across different activities. Can this be done at all? Thanks,Millie

Clients often ask how long it will take entity & criteria updates to appear on their site. I haven't had a definitive answer other than "90 minutes or tomorrow morning" What is the rule of thumb for how long it will take for an entity update to appear live, end to end, using different methods of updating entities?getOffer parameter, such as: https://mboxedge28.tt.omtrdc.net/m2/[clientcode]/mbox/json?mbox=mboxXYZ.....entity.id=1234&entity.inventory=0As an example, when entity.inventory set to 0, how long will it take for the product to stop appearing in recommendations?Target 1.0 API Call https://developers.adobetarget.com/api/recommendations/#operation/saveEntities to:https://mc.adobe.io/[clientcode]/target/recs/entities...Calling the "get entity" api immediately after "save entity" returns the updated entity; how long to live?Adding/saving/scheduled pickup of a feed?Entity Save Api.  I have a slide from a presentation by Jon and Ryan titled "Entity Save API" as a way to "progr

This is an odd question, and I'm honestly still trying to make sense of any way this could happen. This morning, a lead inbounded into our sales channel by filling out a demo form. And the referrer URL had a mkt_tok variable in it. (e.g., the first record the person record is a "Filled out form" activity with a referrer of "https://www.lumahealth.io/?mkt_tok=xxxx".  (with a real token, of course). My first thought was, perhaps she was forwarded an email and then converted through a forwarded email. But if that were the case, would her form fill not get associated with the original lead? Any thoughts on this?

Hello. Can anyone provide advice on how to get the "Summary Number" visualization to display a single total for multiple row values? Right now it will only display the number seen on the top row or whatever row value is selected. If it cannot be done via Summary Number, how can I create a total # of Visits row to get an aggregate number for these row values. I currently am just doing the ad hoc way of coping the numbers into excel and adding them together, but I am sure there is an easier way. The screen shot below shows you that I have PAGE URL filtered by a unique identifier and displays on the rows that have that identifier. However the number under "Visits" that I blocked out is the total for the entire website, that total doesn't seem to filter down. Any help would be great for this newbie.

HelloI need to target surveys on site (via Medallia Digital Platform) based on user types (new/returning).As my data layer doesn't store (yet) new/returning visitor types parameters i thought about using Launch as a way around.I created a rule with the following specifics for returning visitors:Event: DOM ReadyConditions: condition type New/Returning visitor (returning visitor option selected)Action: custom code - javascript (execute globally)var isMedalliaReturningVisitor = true; The plan was to use this variable as a hooker for Medallia to trigger the survey. This doesn't seem to be working - any idea why?Thank you for your support!Gabbi

Hi everyone,I am supposed to call a SOAP web service from Adobe Campaign and update customers status (opt-in, opt-out) in remote table. Now my question what is the best approach regarding I won't to update the whole DB every time (call will be performed every 5 min) so I need only changes from last time to send towards remote table? Can I use Incremental query for this? Is there any example in javascript to use like a guide? Thanks

HelloI'm trying to run a workflow based on an option that stores the last run of the workflow.I'm querying the Recipient tracking logs for "logDate" and comparing that with the option as "on on after"I have a delivery that has its tracking logs all on 8:ish, so 8:05, 8:30 and 8:55.The option is, double confirmed in the workflow log, set at "Mon Jul 08 2019 09:28:53 GMT+0100 (BST)".When I run the query then, it should not find any records because 8:05, 8:30 and 8:55 are not 'on or after' Mon Jul 08 2019 09:28:53 GMT+0100 (BST).However when run, it shows one record, the one from 8:55.How is that possible?ps. The server time is set on Europe/London Timezone, so BST as well.what am I doing wrong?
