We would like to add blog posts to our calendar, but we can't figure out how. Does something have to live in Marketo to be added? Thanks!

In order for Interesting Moments to work, does your CRM need to be synched to Marketo?

Hi everyone:Here is a sample of data from a recent data feed file - diff is simply the difference between the two columns. In many cases, there is no difference, but a large percentage of fields has a first_hit_time_gmt  that differs significantly from the visit_start_time_gmt. My question is... why?visit_start_time_gmtfirst_hit_time_gmtdiff 15453215911422000083123321508 15452898611422388671122901190 15452898611422388671122901190 15452898611422388671122901190 15452961871429075234116220953 15452935231429075234116218289 15453143211434399052110915269 15453353331435729432109605901 15453208901438160107107160783 1545309000144604118199267819

If your company is named MyCo and you sell books, you might want to store properties like total pages for book nodes in the JCR.  Are you supposed to name your company's custom JCR properties so that they start with a namespace?  If so, should your custom properties always start with the namespace jcr: or something else like myco: (inspired by your company name)?  We've seen consultants use both, e.g., totalPages or jcr:totalPages. We're just trying to be consistent with what the rest of community is doing.  If there's a document with naming conventions, that would be great too, but this was the closest we could find so far (http://jackrabbit.apache.org/jcr/ocm/mapping-bean-fields.html).  Thanks so much for taking the time to read this question, and really appreciate how helpful Adobe and its community members are.-Nestor

We are having an issue in our instance where we have duplicate contacts for the same person that utilize the same email address. I know that in Marketo, the unique identifier is not the email address, so it makes sense that this could happen. The issue is that now for batch sends, these users are receiving the same email twice. I've been told that Marketo has built-in logic to stop the tool from sending to the same email address more than once. But I don't think this is true because it is sending to both of the contacts even though the contacts have the same email address. Has anyone seen this in their own instance? If so, any ideas on how to correct it?

Hi,I'm trying to use the "Add to List" REST API to add People to a list in Marketo using:POST /rest/v1/lists/1156/leads.json{   "input":[      {         "id": "1005065"      },      {         "id": "1007149"      }   ]}I'm getting the following 605 error:{   "requestId": "13e2b#167c8a54915",    "success": false,    "errors": [        {            "code": "605",            "message": "Request method 'POST' not supported"        }    ]}The API doc specifically states to use POST and I've double checked that the role assigned to my API user has Read/Write to Person/Asset etc.   I tried GET and it just returns the contents of the list, as expected.  Is there a different method I should be using to add People to a static list?

Hi,I have trouble fully understanding how everything is calculated. I will give an exampleTime period: 2017                         Visits  100.000     Unique visitors 60.000Visit number 1              50.000                              50.000Visit number 2              10.000                              10.000Visit number 3                7.000                                7.000..........Visit number 500                   1                                       1In the end, I'm pretty sure visits will line up to be 100%, but unique visitors go way above 100%In my understanding, a visit resets every 30 minutes, however unique visitors stay for a long time (years). If a unique visitor comes back after these 30 minutes, what does reset? Will the visit number start at 1 again, or will it continue? Also the time period is important, I think Visits are for the given time period, while unique visitors are also from before the time period? What i also want to understand is why do unique vi

Hello!Wondering how new vs. repeat visitors are defined? In the production environment I am on, new vs. repeat visitor is eVar 39 and doesn't have a definition. Is new vs. repeat defined on the basis of whether the person had their first visit during the measured time period? If so, what is the comparison time period?Thank you for your help!Scott

Hi all,After upgrading our code from 6.1 to 6.4, we are getting below error for one of the query causing impact in functionality.java.lang.UnsupportedOperationException: The query read or traversed more than 100000 nodes. To avoid affecting other tasks, processing was stopped.at org.apache.jackrabbit.oak.query.FilterIterators.checkReadLimit(FilterIterators.java:70) [org.apache.jackrabbit.oak-core:1.8.2]The same query listed below used to work in 6.1, but having issues in 6.4.String query = SELECT * FROM [cq:PageContent] WHERE ([_____________] IS NOT NULL OR [____________] IS NOT NULLIterator<Resource> iterator = adminResourceResolver.findResources(query, Query.JCR_SQL2);I tried manual oak:index creation as well as increasing In memory read to limit in Query Engine Settings Service OSGI, but it didn't help.Help or Pointers to fix this in AEM 6.4 will be helpful. Thanks

Hello! My client recently migrated all accounts to the Adobe Experience Cloud. After this occurred, I noticed that several metrics were deleted. Is there any reason the migration would have caused this?Is there a way to recover lost metrics? Thanks,

I am simply trying to load a csv file using the Data loading activity, then use the Update data activity to insert/update into one of the data schema/tables I created. In the data loading activity where it says, 'click here to change the file format' I am letting it set the values as default 'string 255' for all the 4 columns that I have to insert. I am not sure if that is the reason why I am getting the below error. Is there a way, I could keep the default the file format and still be able to insert the file? or not.Error message: The document types of inbound events are incompatible. Unable to perform the operation.

I have a Content Syndication venor for which we are trying to process the leads that come in through this method.  I would like to filter on these particular leads, but i need to understand how to do this.  Currently, I have it set up as a trigger campaign for "Person is Created"  Source Type is Web Service API.  But, there are a couple of issues, how do I distinguish this from any API call, and also, how do I capture leads that are not a New Person?  In this case, I also had populated a field through their API call, ex. Latest Campaign = xyx Campaign.  I have currently used this as a filter to select just those API calls coming from this campaign. My question is twofold: 1.  Is there a better way to have accomplished this?  2.   How do I capture the leads that don't fall into "Person is Created", i.e. already existing leads that I'd still like to capture in this campaign?

When authors create Teaser Pages, by default they are set to use the default design. I'd like them to use the design I've specified for my code base, so I tried creating a new template to specify a resource type of the built-in teaserpage, but a design path for my project. As far as I can tell, this XML replicates the structure of /libs/cq/personalization/templates/teaser, but my new template is not showing up in the list of templates when I try to create a Teaser/Offer page under a Campaign. Is this intended behavior?<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> <jcr:root xmlns:sling="http://sling.apache.org/jcr/sling/1.0" xmlns:cq="http://www.day.com/jcr/cq/1.0" xmlns:jcr="http://www.jcp.org/jcr/1.0" jcr:primaryType="cq:Template" jcr:title="Project Teaser Page" ranking="{Long}1000" jcr:description="Project sites should use this instead of the built-in Offer Page" allowedParents="[/libs/cq/personalization/templates/campaign,/libs/cq/personalization/templates/experience,/libs/cq/perso

I tried to add a person to a blacklist using the following menu. And it did not work. It was skipped. Did I set the list name wrong?I understand I can set the attribute of a person to Black Listed to do the same thing. Just wondering how to directly add one to a specific list.

Hi Certification Group,I just noticed this in the Marketo web-page.https://www.marketo.com/education/marketo-certification/marketo-specializations/Does this mean that the specializations are being discontinued from January 2019? And if yes, are there any new plans for 2019? Does any one have more visibility/clarity on this?Best Always,Karan Hari

We're trying to ensure the same visitor from web and a mobile app are counted as the same unique visitor, rather than two separate visitors.According to this documentation: Connecting Users Across Devices We need to set the s.visitorID for users that are logged in. This is easy to do in web via DTM, but how do we set the visitorID via the mobile app SDKs (iOS). (Note we currently don't have Experience Cloud setup - Analytics is the only Adobe product we're using, and as I understand it, regardless, we still need to set a custom visitorID

Have a similar question so won't start a new thread.  We're in a similar situation here. The conversion cycle tends to be longer than 14 days. For most of our A/B test or MVT, they tend to run for at least 45-60 days before reaching confidence. Say if we keep the default setting - 14 days for Adobe Target visitor profile, does that mean:A visitor previously exposed to the control experience could be captured under experience B if this person visited the testing page again after the initial 14 days? This could skew our testing results significantly so just want to ask. Any help is appreciated.

Hi All,We have field in page property dialog with xtype=tags. We have build the dialog for both classic & touch ui. This field will allow only one tag to be selected. When we select the tag in classic UI dialog and save, the type is getting saved as String[] for field value (as shown in below screen shot). When we edit the same field through touch ui, then the value is getting saved as String Type (second screen shot). The issue is when the value type is String post saving the values through touch UI, then when we open the dialog in classic UI, the field value is blank and value is not persisting even if we reconfigure the tags as the field type is String. Any suggestion or guidance to resolve in-case if we missed any property to be added would be really appreciated. Hi guysI'm struggling with an email script and I'm hoping that someone can help me debug. It seems pretty straightforward...or so I thought! I've replaced our domain and the field name with placeholders, but otherwise this is how the script appears:#set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/Australia-600x350.jpg")#if(${lead.fieldname} == "Australia")     #set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/Australia-600x350.jpg") #elseif(${lead.fieldname} == "Burgundy")     #set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/Burgundy-600x350.jpg") #elseif(${lead.fieldname} == "Costa Rica")     #set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/Costa-Rica-600x350.jpg") #elseif(${lead.fieldname} == "India") #set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/India-600x350.jpg") #elseif(${lead.fieldname} == "Japan") #set($HeaderImageURL = "letsgo.brand/rs/110-AIL-152/images/Japan-600x350.jpg") #else

Hi!Has anybody implemented rich notifications on Adobe Campaign Classic for IOS? I am reading the guide for that and I don't understand this steps:Check the Mutable content box in the edit notification window. This will allow the mobile application to download media content. The Category field must be set. The value must match one of the mobile application's content extensions (parameter UNNotificationExtensionCategory).I am checking on the delivery for push notifications (IOS devices) and I don't see the "mutable content". Where is it?I don't see the "Category" field neither. Where is it? Where I can set the parameter UNNotificationExtensionCategory?Could I help me?Kind regards.
