I've just set a smart campaign restriction to abort sent if qualified leads exceed 50,000 sends. However, this is done without notified anyone to review the smart list or adjust the campaign. Is there any way to trigger an alert if a smart campaign is aborted?

Hello,In my current campaign, I had a timer set to launch after three days of the member entering the campaign. About an hour prior to the timer launching, I adjusted the timer and set this out to seven days. However, the original time frame of the timer launched (3 days) event though the adjustment was saved. Does anyone know why this may be? Are contacts put into que so it's not actually effective to just change the timer to delay a flow step?

This happens when we use different typology rule in the delivery activity. If we define these rules in typology, mail gets triggered-Subject validation, URL label validation, Approval of URLs, Message size validation, Unsubscription link validation, Check proof target size, Check delivery size, Wave scheduling check, Social network sharing link validation, Deco-mail check. When we use these rules, mail does not get triggered in stage environment-Subject validation, URL label validation, Approval of URLs, Unsubscription link validation, Wave scheduling check, Deco-mail check. It is working fine in lower environment.

I'm trying to learn how to implement shopping cart tracking using Dynamic Dag Manager (Activation) and Adobe Analytics.I created five Direct Call Rules to set the s.products variables with the following events (in the order shown): prodView, scOpen, scAdd, scCheckout and purchase. The attached image shows the events being set and the value for s.products during each server call. When I look at the Products report (attachment), everything looks fine except there is no Revenue.I would appreciate any help on this.Ali

does MarlKeto continue to send to hard bounces or are they unsubscribed? Also are continual soft bouces ever converted to hard bounces / unsubscribeD (and when)?

Hello,I created a set of alerts using the statistically significance option (new intelligent alerts). I noticed that somehow the system sometimes takes a value of zero for some pages/segments, and therefore that is considered a drop of 100% in traffic. Hence, the alert is triggered. However, when manually reviewing traffic to those pages/segments, the web traffic seems to be steady. It seems like the alerts engine is somehow failing to see the correct amount of web traffic for some cases and it's replacing that value with zero instead.I've seen this behavior before, as I use the anomaly detection option directly from the API. It's always been an issue to have these zero values polluting the alert generation engine's output. It creates a lot of false positives. This has been going at least for one year. It was a surprise to see the very same issue in this new feature that was released. Not sure if it has something to do with our instance of Adobe Analytics or if it can be replicated in o

hi, i need some information to my web site, i need to know what metrics can be equals to: - download catalog- request brochure- estimate requestIf someone has a report related to the automotive, can be more useful. Thanks!

OK I read that link but it didnt make much since for me. In our situation we do not sell several products at some fixed price. We provide Mortgage loans which can be at any value, so I can't hard code the value into the script. i have to capture that from the input box. Having said that, I am not clear about this portion of the script you suggest above.s.products="loan1;aayydyyd;1;" + loanAmount; s.purchaseID="12341234" s.events="purchase"what is---> "loan1;aayydyyd;1;" <---- what do the letters stand for.. aayydyyd.. ?the purchaseId can that be fixed and always be -= to 12341234  or is this suppose to be dynamic and change each time?

I have the following script in custom code, where I am trying to pass a value to the purchase event variable.. but I am not having any luck. Any suggestions?$("input[name='loanAmount']").mouseleave(function(){ var loanAmount = $("input[name='loanAmount']").val(); if (loanAmount.length){ s.events= "purchase=" +loanAmount;} else { return false} });Thanks for your help

I just took my certified expert exam and was surprised when instead of 150 questions there were 98.  And many questions were not included in the practice exam(s) I took over the weekend.  Where my practice exams left me with a score of 94%+ I failed the exam I just took.Has the exam changed recently?  I would hope that a practice exam(s) would be available to include some of the new question types that appeared on the exam I just took that were not on the practice exam(s).Please advise.  Thank you

Hi there,We're having a few issues with our trigger campaign for our gated white papers. Currently the program is set up that:1) Someone fills out a form on our website to get access to our white paper2) When a form has been filled out, the program status is changed to fills-out form and we are notified via email3) We manually go in to approve the person4) Once they've been approved, a trigger campaign is set up such that when the program status is changed to approved from filled-out form, an email is sent to with the white paper to the person who requested itThe issue we're currently having is that when a pre-approved person goes in to fill out the form again, we'd expect them to automatically receive the email as they're already approved. However, the person does not get the content of the email. When I go into the program and click on the pre-approved member and approve them, it gives a notification saying that "cannot change to a previous status". Any ideas on how I can fix this is

Is is possible to map the Email Invalid field in Marketo to a custom field in Salesforce? I believe the answer is no, but I haven't found a definitive answer.

Could someone enlighten me a bit more on the specific cause(s) of a Web Service call for error code 1012.Per the codes found here: http://developers.marketo.com/documentation/rest/error-codes/ 1012: Invalid cookie value '%s'; no further comment provided by MKTO1012: Invalid cookie value '%s'; no further comment provided by MKTO

I thought I'd put this here rather than a customer care ticket. I can do a ticket if you want. When we do a 'segment comparison' project in analysis workspace and don't compare two defined segments but let analysis workspace create the 'everyone else' segment which is the inverse of the segment we created a couple of odd things happen:1) the 'everyone else' segment that is created for the workspace run gets pushed to the cloud. We can see it in the cloud in the audiences section (everyone else in cloud.jpg). and the 2 shown have been 'gathering data for over 2 weeks.(everyone else in cloud.jpg)2) there is no 'everyone else' segment in analytics segment manager: https://forums.adobe.com/api/core/v3/attachments/886140/data3) and worse of all. The segment pushed to the cloud with no-analytics segment is also showing up in audience manager: https://forums.adobe.com/api/core/v3/attachments/886145/datathis means that we have multiple (one industrious user compared over 100 segments to the inv

Hello everyone,I’m new to Adobe and I’m trying to use Interaction Engine and “?a=UpdateStatus”  parameter as described in interaction-v6.1-en.pdf page 26 for “Inbound interaction” from a web page but the status of the proposition doesn’t change. I’m not sure to understanding where to put:<BASE_URL>?a=UpdateStatus&p=<PRIMARY_KEY_OF_THE_PROPOSITION>&st=<NEW_STATUS_OF_THE_PROPOSITION>&r=<REDIRECT_URL> and what BASE_URL stands for.I’ve tried to put http:// [url of the Offer Engine]?a=UpdateStatus&p=<%= proposition.proposition_id %>&st=<2>&r="https://page.html" in the web page that I used for calling the offer module, but it doesn’t work.As per my understanding I don’t need to write extra code to modify proposition status, using UpdateStatus is enough. Can you please tell me if this is right? Thank you for your suggestions and best regards,Nicoleta

I'd like to package all of the ACL permissions under /content/business ... including it's subdirectoriesI've tried a number of ways to create a package but none of them work.  Do I really have to create a filter for each individual rep:policy?/content/business/node1/rep:policy/content/business/node2/rep:policy/content/business/node3/rep:policyIf I spell each one of them out, it works .... but that's a maintenance nightmare.I'd like to do something like the following filter (but cannot get it to work):    /content/business(.*)    include rep:policyAny insight is appreciated.-Dean
