When will oak 1.0.19 be available on the package share? When I've searched and looked I have not seen it. I believe it has a fix for an issue we are seeing on my client's authoring instance. We continue to get warning log messages that are along the lines of ...CompiledPermissionImpl Cannot retrieve versionable node for /jcr:system/jcr:versionStorage/.... and the rest of the path is the uuid where versions are stored. Usually when I notice these in the logs its coming from the classic UI contentfinder and when I look at the assets that the contenfinder json servlet is returning they are missing the versionalblepaths mixin. The issue becomes, besides the fact the paths in the log message refers not existing storage paths, all the new assets do not have that mixin added.I'm not sure if the error that is showing in the logs is potentially related to broken version history or is the issue fixed by https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/OAK-3169. Can anyone provide some insight?

Hi everybody,we are looking for a solution to hide the Design Mode Link in the touch UI if users don't have the permissions to enter this mode. This mode is hidden from sidekick in the classic UI, but it is visible in touch UI. Without design permissions (only read on /etc/designs/*), it is still possible to enter this mode, to select components for the parsys for example but it isn't possible to save.Does anybody know how to solve this behavior? Is that a bug in the touch UI?Thank you in advance,

I have setup the "CONFIGURING THE WORKFLOW EMAIL NOTIFICATION SERVICE" and "CONFIGURING THE MAIL SERVICE" so that workflow can send email notification.https://docs.adobe.com/docs/en/cq/5-6-1/administering/notification.html#Configuring the Workflow Email Notification ServiceThe issue I am encountering is that, though I set the value of the From-Email-Address in "CONFIGURING THE WORKFLOW EMAIL NOTIFICATION SERVICE", the workflow notification email still getting the from address email from  "CONFIGURING THE MAIL SERVICE".Is there any one had encountered this? By the way I am using AEM 5.6.1.

Friends,We have a situation where we statfileslevel is set to "2" in dispatcher.any which invalidates the cache any time there is a page activation happens at /content/<root> level. We have pages very deep in the content tree and do not want dispatcher to invalidate the cache every time a page is activated as it is a performance hit on the publisher to fetch newer contents which have not been modified. We could set this to a  higher number say "4" or "5" which would reduce number of pages for which cache would be invalidated, but we have pages very deep in the tree (10-15) as well. But ideally we do not want any other page cache getting invalidated whenever we are activating a page.I am wondering what would be the impact if we set statfileslevel to say 10 or 15? Will it create any issues i.e. performance etc? What should be the ideal settings in this case?

Hi there,we are migration from CQ 5.5 to AEM 6.1. As said in the Deprecated and Removed Features the way the User and Group Node name are generated has changed to a random way using the RandomAuthorizableNodeName. Since the migrated nodes still have the "old" node names I was wondering if there could be any problems with the mix of the two naming ways? Is there a recomanded way how to handle this?May it lead to any problems having a mix of the naming strategies? Is there a provieded way to migrate "old" users and groups to the new naming? Would this be recomended? Is there a problem disableing the new way? As far as I know its for security reason. So the only problem would be to have the same security problem as with older CQ and AEM versions, right? Thanks and regardsMichael

I want to create a form that allows the users of my site to subscribe to my mailing list. When a user fills in their e-mail address and submits, I want an verification e-mail to be sent to the specified e-mail address. The e-mail should include a verification link and only when this link has been accessed should the lead become active. How can this be accomplished using AEM?

Hi,We have bright cove video component whose default image is not taken from the video. The component in design mode does not display any image and thus the final looks and feel of the page looks a blank screen. But when we add the image from the content finder, the image is being displayed.Attaching the screenshots How can we configure the component so that it displays an image from the Bright Cove Video, thus the default image of bright cove video would be the video's first image. Please suggest.

We are using the OOTB YouTube integration in AEM 6.0 and running into a few issues:Unable to upload a single video to multiple YouTube channels simultaneously - it initiates, completes the first upload, then fails on the other channelsIf a video in the DAM is associated with multiple YouTube video IDs (done by adding multiple ID's to CRX property dam:youtube_urls), we cannot specify which website pulls which video ID (for internationalization purposes and controlling which videos show on which country websites)Unable to update metadata and activate to publishers (title, description, etc.) after the initial video upload (subsequent activation uploads a duplicate video)Anyone able to comment on these issues or provide viable workarounds?

Hi, another tricky one, under /etc/replication/treeactivation.html you can activate filtering by only modified and only activated and ignoring deactivated pages, is there a way (using curl) to activate only active pages but ignoring modified pages?

Hi All,As I am migrating all the classic ui components into touch ui following the dialog conversion instruction, I see the dialog property tabs are automatically getting inherited in the component in touch ui mode. Whereas the classic ui doesnt inherit parent properties, is there any way to stop inheritance at dialog level. As the parents properties has nothing to do in the child page properties. Please share if anyone has any information about this issue.

Hi,I want to know the process for procuring Adobe Experience Manager software. Can some let me know.regards, Seshu

Hi All,is there an effective way to identify unused components/templates from a legacy CQ project.Jon

Hello,Can anyone explain to me how the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system within of Adobe Experience Manager works? and how it is integrated with the rest of Adobe Experience manager? Additionally, how can or can the DAM system be used/integrated with other (not adobe) digital marketing systems? ThanksFredrik

Hey guys. I would like to know is there any way to restrict the workflow list (which is available from SiteAdmin) per page path? Maybe, the same way like the allowedParents property does for templates. So, to be clear:1. As a user I want to open SiteAdmin.2. Select a custom page page, e.g. /content/my-project/my-page.3. Click the "Workflow..." item from the toolbar and see a custom list of available workflows only per this page (or per this page template) which should be different from e.g. /content/my-project/another-page (which has another path/template).AEM 5.6
