Hi - I'm having some difficulty using Firefox when logging into Adobe Analytics.  After logging in, I get no content and the dashboard shows{{'segmentStackingTooltipText'|l10n}}.  It appears to be throwing numerous jQuery errors in the browser. Are others having trouble as well? Thanks, Joe

Hi All,We have some code snippet which we want to place on the page and I can use 'Javascript/Third Party Tags' to do that. But the challenge is, we have some fields in the snippet which requires data to be picked up from the page dynamically. Please see below one sample code snippet:<script>demo.identify({customer_id:'11111', // TODO: Replace with your customer identifieremail: 'johndoe@somedomain.com', // TODO: Replace with your customer's email addressjoined_at: '2014-08-24’, // TODO: Replace with your customer's join datefirstname: 'John', // TODO: Replace with your customer's firstname if availablelastname: 'Doe' // TODO: Replace with your customer's lastname if available});</script>  These all fields needs to be populated from the page dynamically. The page has these details available. Please suggest, how can the data be picked from and then how these picked data be fetched here in the snippet ? Thanks,Adwait

Hello, is anyone having the issue of seeing "Not Provided" keywords appear in Paid Search Keyword Reporting? I'm seeing many. I thought it was just Natural Search where Google was excluding that data. Thanks,

I can not get through to help so I am posting here.   AA (Adobe Analytics) is not functioning well on Chrome or Firefox .  We are trying to pull Dec Data and can't get to it.  The session shuts down and takes us back to the log in screen... Additionally for the last 2 months when the sessions load have the time the dashboard is featuring broken icons... thoughts?   Hate wasting time trying to pull data...  D Harris

We recently started implementing readability statistics for our intranet articles, does sitecatalyst capture this data or could it capture this data and the fields rolled into a report? When posting content online it is interesting to know how many people read but also try to review the content to see what is appealing and why to our employee audience?

I’m new to the forums so please forgive me if I’ve missed something that I could’ve found myself. Right now I’m trying to determine if Adobe Analytics can do the following:Use Windows Federation for:Account LoginsACL’s (Access Control Lists / Permissions)Segmentation of dataIf you can, please also let me know any links to the answer. Thanks

I need to create a report that shows 3 columns - User ID, button clicked (the click on the button is equivalent to downloading the logo on our site), and a time stamp (HH:MM DD:MM:YY).The user experience is the following:1. User arrives at Page A and enters a unique ID in a form field and presses "Submit"2. User is taken to Page B where he/she has access to download needed logos via buttons that read "Download small logo", "Download large logo", etc.I use DTM for my analytics, but am brand new to it. I am the ONLY one at my company handling analytics, so while I have access to programmers, no one is familiar with SiteCatalyst or DTM. How can I capture the user ID and save it throughout the session to then have it "assigned" to the appropriate actions by the user and create a report?I appreciate any and all help in as simple/direct steps as possible :) Thank you!

Dear community,Do you know when Excel Client will not be supported ?I need this information to plan the migration of old reports.Thank you for your help.

Hello,Do you know how to set the scOpen event within DTM and can you provide some examples on how to do this?  I'm trying to figure out what's the best way to do this and I'm hitting a wall.  Any help will be greatly appreciated. Thanks,Ridder

Good morning,I am implementing SiteCat tracking on our internal site. We are PCI Compliant but I didn't think adding SiteCat would be an issue. Has anyone had any experience with this or a similar set up? We should be able to whitelist the URL/port that the SiteCat tracking pixel uses to send data to our report suite, is this correct? Thanks for any help,Matt

Hi,I was wondering if there's a way to give API access only for Reporting & Data warehouse APl ?A little skeptical about giving complete API access, not sure what all access it provides.Regards,Rohan

Hi,I was looking into 'Next Page Flow Report' for a particular page. The report says, for a particular time duration, the total path views were 4500. But when I looked into 'pageViews' report of the same page, it says, the pageViews of that page (for the same duration) was 5,000. Ideally, the pageViews and path views should match, since anyone who landed on that page (which would be pageview of that page) must either exit or should navigate to any next page (which comes in next page flow report). Not sure, why this difference is coming then.Does anyone has any idea about this ? Please help. Thanks,Adwait

Hi,I'm using rather complex VBA code to open a Workbook, alter data and copy&paste content between diffrent Workbooks, containing RB requests.I have all Excel warning dialogues disabled using "Application.DisplayAlerts = False". However, Report Builder keeps asking if I want to save changes as soon as my codes tries to close the Workbook containig the RB requests. Is it possible to disable all RB warnings? Or at least a way to disable RB via VBA for specific Workbooks? Thanks in advance,Florian Vieth

When I go to select rolling weekly dates it seems to revert to a Sunday to Saturday date range. Is there an easy way to make it Monday - Sunday? I have tried to customise expression and link up via cells but no matter what it seems to always revert back to sunday to saturday. Any ideas or am I missing a simple solution :)

Does Adobe SiteCatalyst still have a Salesforce integration? I see Exact Target in the Genesis/ Data Connector integration but not SalesForce?

I'd like to be able to understand how a user's effective bandwidth impacts on the success of our experiences. I don't believe this is currently offered within Analytics, but wondered if anyone has either integrated any third party tools (such as Boomerang or the Network Information API) into segments, or has any thoughts on criteria that are offered within Analytics that give us a proxy for bandwidth.I appreciate it's a difficult thing to measure but my suspicion is that there is some detail lost in the averages: the experience for users with fast connections is great, and hides a poor experience for slower connections.

My excel dashboard is no longer showing the reports from ReportBuilder used to obtain the data.  The data itself is still there but the reports are not.  There were about 20 reports in this dashboard. Is there a way to recover the Report Builder reports so I do not have to rebuild this entire dashboard?!
