Hi,I'm a big fan of calendar events and make heavy use of them. But this can get quite annoying for reporting because all reports, no matter if the event concerns them or not, are marked with colorful lines and spots. I often get questions what do these lines mean, even though it doesn't concern the specific report but just the report suite. Is there a way to disable the calendar events for scheduled reports/dashboards?

Hi,After I created a new data warehouse request, I found there have been an old request still pending. So if I want to get my report from the new request as soon as possible, how should I do? Can I re-prioritize the data warehouse(I got the tips from adobe help: https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/reference/data_warehouse_requests_manage.html), or Can I delete the older one?thanksbest regardsLarry He

Hello,I want to calculate the bounce rate for a report. I realized that the "bounce rate" metric is not available among my metrics, therefore I tried to create a new entry from "metrics" --> "Add" and there I set-up the follow configuration:Is this correct? Thanks,G.

Hi,We need an auto-deletion process for the daily data feeds that drop on FTP location versus manually removing it daily. Can you please share any process?Appreciate your help,Jine

I ran a standard Return Frquency report.  Can someone explain in plain english why the Total is so much high than the individual line item?  I do not understand the explanation found here.

Hi all,I need to track some links in a webpage and I have been looking at some work previously done. I saw a cookie being created (evar cookie) in the onclick function. I do not have a clear understanding as to why this cookie is created & how Omniture tracks it.Can anyone please shed some light on this? Any thoughts would be much appreciated!Cheers!

Every morning I am updating a sheet with year to date metrics adding the day prior. I am using a Key Metrics report broken down by day. My date range starts at 1/1/15 and ends at =Today()-1. The report layout is standard with additional dates being populated in the same column and metrics next to them. I am doing this for 20+ Report suites broken down by marketing channel resulting in over 200 report requests that need to be updated. Is it possible to only pull yesterday`s data without having to re-pull the request for the entire year?

I am looking to find time spent on site for every single unique visitor grouped by individual minutes. At the moment all I can pull is a general breakdown ie. 1-5 mins, 10-30 mins etc.  I need this to be 1 min, 2 min, 3 min .  The business scenario is the calculation of headroom , so I need to see how long a group of users engages with the site.

Hi  I want schedule the entire projects in ad hoc analysis to my inbox. Is that possible? To be clear, lets say I have 5 worksheets in my ad hoc project and I want all the 5 to be scheduled to my inbox in one shot.  Thanks,Prathi

I like the concept of measuring Content Velocity discussed here, but I'm not used to using Participation Metrics so I hope there's a Participation Metric guru out here that can help shed some light on my doubts... I am wondering if we can do a similar analysis but for conversion-related reports, specifically Internal Campaigns? Instead of understanding which page influences customers to view more content as Content Velocity does, the idea is to understand which internal campaigns do a better job at influencing customers to trigger the buying process. In a real-life application, this will help determine which campaigns should be featured in more prominent locations of the site.Say you have the following internal campaign report setup: Merchandising eVar with Allocation First, Expiration Purchase. Captures internal campaign code from URL after customer clicks on banner. If customer nagivates away from the destination page you overwrite the internal campaign code with a non-value. If cust

Hi everyone, I am looking to audit all of the custom context data variables being collected on my site as I don't think all are being passed into props, vars or events. I want to know if there is a quick and easy way to display a list of all custom context data variables in Adobe Analytics other than using the Processing Rules drop down menu. Thanks Tobz

The Charles Proxy for Mobile Web shows an abnormal server call.  See attachment. If it safe to assume we have a problem tracking this platform based on the results from the Omniture server call?  Please advise.

Hi There,We have a Mobile Site and Omniture shows a Bounce Rate of approx. 8% which is ridiculously low (our main site's bounce rate is approx. 40%) and obviously not accurate.  Turns out that in Ad-Hoc you can choose whether or not to 'Count Repeat Instances' and by setting it to 'No' the bounce rate jumps from 8% to 60% - meaning that on the mobile site we have a huge amount of automated reloads, i.e. repeat instances, which if you count for them brings down the Bounce Rate to a non-report-able and unrealistic level.  Problem is, that we use Site-Catalyst and Report Builder for our reporting and I can't find a way to set them to not count for repeat instances the way i can do it in Ad-Hoc. Any suggestions?Dave

Is there a way to exclude the hits related to a user by a specific parameter sent to Omniture, like the user-id? What I understood from the documentation is that this is not possible though processing rules. Is it?Excluding by the IP address or by cookie would not help this case because we cannot make sure this user would log in using the same workstation all the time.Any thought is much appreciated.

When breaking down an eVar by Operating System Types, the report for breaking down by Operating Systems is brought up instead. Also, sProps cannot be broken down by Operating System Types; only Operating Systems can be broken down.

Hi- I recently launched Paypal and am now seeing it show up as a referral (since when you pay, you are taken off site to paypal.com then you come back in).I know I can set up a rule to exclude this traffic from referral, but because we use a last click attribution model for conversions- where would those conversions get attributed to? I want to ensure that if I exclude it as referral, that the tracking in place is retained and the true last click is attributed instead of stripping that and having no attribution of that sale (before they are taken to paypal.com). Thanks

While trying to filter direct traffic, I experienced that when applying the segment in the key metrics report the values for success events and traffic don't match when applied in the "Referring Domains" report. When appying the segment in the referring domains report the totals don't even match with the line item for direct traffic. Shouldn't they match?Pls see the screenshot attached for better understanding.

Hello, we have a problems setting some variables. We manage many websites and we have always used the same SiteCatalyst configuration rules for each country site that we are tracking. However, for the country UK, the website A, we are not able to find the eVar related to Previous Page Name, Previous Page Type, Previous Site Section, Adobe Visitor ID on any page we are visiting. While this problem for the Italian website B is not present. In particular, by analyzing both sites, we found out that on the Italian site the s_ cookies from Adobe are correctly set (please see attached file), while in UK site it does not (please see what is the message on the British site in the attached file). Can you please help us?Thank you very much

Hi,I'm wondering if it is possible to push data back to Adobe that let's us know when a trialer has made a conversion. We would like this in a cohort view (and event time if possible). For example, if we have 100 people start a 30-day trial in January, I would want to see how many of those people converted overtime. This data is stored in our back end systems so I assume that some sort of data push would need to happen. Thanks,Sara

Hello All,Can I get a report from Data Warehouse on certain IP?I mean, can I put filter on the IP to get visits report? Regards

Hi Adobe power users, I am using Report Builder in Excel to schedule reports to various members of the business myself included. However, I have not received these reports since Monday 27th July! Other recipients in the business are still receiving these so I could just ask them to forward them on but that's not really a smart solution. I was the one who scheduled the reports originally so I have tried to delete and re-schedule the same using the Excel Scheduler but with no luck :( Are there any outstanding known issues with report builder scheduling? I have also asked my IT department to check my account isn't blocking @adobe or @omniture email addresses and so far that came back negative... ThanksGary

Hello,I wrote the following code to re-write the s.referrer if they are coming to the site using a tracking code, providing a better indicator of the channel breakdown when looking at the referrer reports, rather than place all of them under the "typed/bookmark" bucket:if(window.document.URL.indexOf("did") > -1) {  s.referrer = "display.campaing/"+s.campaign;}  else if(window.document.URL.indexOf("eid") > -1) {       s.referrer = "email://email.campaing/"+s.campaign;}    else if(window.document.URL.indexOf("gid") > -1) {            s.referrer = "game.campaing/"+s.campaign;}    else if(window.document.URL.indexOf("sid") > -1) {            s.referrer = "socialpaid.campaing/"+s.campaign;}    else if(window.document.URL.indexOf("smid") > -1) {            s.referrer = "socialmanaged.campaing/"+s.campaign;}                                              else if(window.document.URL.indexOf("xid") > -1) {        s.referrer = "test.campaing/"+s.campaign;}   The issue that I'm ha

Wondering why segments disappear when I try to select them?So far this has happened me at least 3 times yesterday and twice today already ( and many times in the past). When selecting a segment I built  in the Table Builder in Ad Hoc ( to open/change), they disappear.  It would be like I've clicked the "x" to remove them. This seems to be happening with more frequency and it deletes the segment I am trying to work on forcing me to re-create. This also ties into a larger questions as to why there isn't a confirmation layer to "close" out anything in Ad Hoc. I can accidentally delete ( or in the case with the segments they just delete themselves), metrics, dimension, even workspace with the "x" and don't get a confirmation prompt where I can choose to delete or cancel and not lose the data.

Is there an issue getting into Customer care  using my current login?
