I've been looking into some event scanners for Marketo and came across "atEvent" and "tapcorwd" - does anyone have experience with these? which one would you suggest? We're looking for the best app that can input as much info as possible. Thanks for your help in advance

We're about to launch a new website leveraging Drupal for a CMS and forms. We do have the Munchkin code embedded on the test site and have tested passing back leads to Marketo, which works. When I look at the activity log of the test lead it tells me that the new lead came in, and all relevant activity including scoring. If a lead fills out a form for a particular asset that we assign a value for, in terms of lead scoring, how can we make sure that is accounted for in the Drupal model? Where as in the Marketo hosted landing pages and forms they're associated to asset where we have mapped it back to a lead score value.Any help is appreciated.

Is there currently a limit of the number of collections within collections that can appear? For example:Collection 1 -> Collection 2 -> Collection 3 -> Collection 4 -> Article 1, Article 2, Article 3, Article 4

Hello,I need to preface this with the fact that we are new to Marketo. So all help is greatly appreciated.Using the REST API to request a campaign, I can't send tokens with the request.  We want a campaign to change a value in a lead.Every response comes back with a "Invalid token value" error message and the fields exist in our system.Thank you in advance for any help that can be provided.-MattHere's our request:{    "input": {        "leads": [{            "id": "1111111"        }],        "tokens": [{            "name": "{{lead.utm_source}}",            "value": "Source"        }, {            "name": "{{lead.utm_medium}}",            "value": "Medium"        }]    }}And here's he response:{  "requestId": "e81a#14fd280097b",  "success": false,  "errors": [    {      "code": "1003",      "message": "Invalid token value: [\"lead.utm_source\",\"lead.utm_medium\"] "    }  ]}

Hi, Does anyone know if DPS provides an API in the app wrapper to access device level hooks? So for example I want to build an app with training on a new car. The articles would be topics such as new features, new sub-systems etc. Can I build in some code language an extension that allows for quiz questions to be asked, scored, averaged and then possibly: saved locally, posted to an external server, or generate an email to be sent to an instructor. Thanks!

We inadvertently approved an email send with an A/B subject line test, before the final email was approved. Now that the subject line tests have gone out and a winner has been selected, does anyone know if approving the final email will update email that is sent? Our final email goes out at 2pm EST so any help before then would be appreciated.

Is it possible to trigger a UI element from an HTML article. I looked in the Gesture API and it doesn't appear to offer that functionality. What I am looking at doing is creating a link or button within an HTML article that when you press will activate the social sharing feature that is available with the UI.Thanks,Darrin

Each 3 weeks, a new build is released for DPS 2015 with new features and bug fixes.  When these new builds are released, should we be updating our Signing tool, and any other Adobe provided DPS 2015 asset that we may be using?

Hi, I uploaded a list and forgot to include the lead source.  Is there anyway to put that into the data now that the list has been uploaded?  If so, what is the process? Thanks.Penn Hoyt

Hello, We need to compare the score that a lead gets through a certain set of activities vs another set of activities. The idea is that we eventually want to know which set of activities are a better indicator in determining leads that are MQLs-ready. Is the only way to achieve this by creating a custom field that would host the parallel lead scoring model while the original "Score" field has the score of the first model?Thank you for your help!

Hi Everyone,I've recently signed up for a free trial of DPS 2015 and I'm in the process of going through the how to videos. I'm at the stage where I need to install the HTML Article Packager. I've downloaded the install files and when I've double clicked to install, the icon appears bouncing in my dock like any program loading ( see pic 1 ) and then I get this prompt ( see pic 2 ) I click open but then the bouncing icon dissappears and nothing happens. I've dragged the programme directly into my applications folder and tried loading it from there but got the same problem. I can't think of any other way to install it. Any ideas on how to solve this problem would be greatly appreciated. Pic 1Pic 2

Hi,after I had filled and sent the API key request form I received a msg from Adobe Support:but nothing else ...How do I get my key ?

[IN021]Select upload to try again.---I saw that I'm not alone with this error:Re: Upload ErrorIs there a solution? What I'm doing wrong?ThanksHaeme Ulrich

Hi,I am wondering why my app isn't showing up as a report suite to add. See attached.I am signed in the dashboard (saved and verified) and have created an app.No report suites show up, just the "choose" button.what step am i missing?

To track my lead lifecycle status, I had my SFDC admin create a Lifecycle_Status field in SFDC, which then caused the mirror field to be created in MKTO.When I run smart campaigns to automatically update the Lifecycle Status I have no problems, but for some reason, SFDC randomly RESETS the new value back to an old value RANDOMLY, sometimes a week after the last update was made. This happens during a synch. It makes no sense and I can't replicate it - happens whenever SFDC feels like it.Any advice on where to look in my SFDC instance to find the problem?

Are there any plans to support text notifications on Android? Currently this feature is iOS only. Customers keep asking me all the time if it will finally arrive on Android too, as non-DPS apps like Focus offer that feature for a long time.

I recently built a new email preference center and was wondering if I could send users here from email communications to unsubscribe, or if I need a direct unsubscribe link in the email itself. I've seen both ways done before, but just want to ensure that I'm being compliant.

Hi, We're using Wordpress, and I'm trying to create email alerts when known leads visit certain pages. When I select the "Visits Web Page" filter object, none of my live pages appears. Oddly enough, all of my staging and dev pages appear. My dev team can't figure out what settings are or aren't enabled that's causing this.Does anyone have any ideas on what could be causing this? Thanks!

Hello,When a lead is deleted from Marketo, will it affect the email performance reports for any emails that were sent to that lead?Stated another way: If I run an email performance report today for an email I'll call "Black Friday Sale", I'll see one number of KPIs-- sent, opens, clicks, etc.  If I then delete some leads that were sent that Black Friday Sale email, will I see a different number of sent, opens, and clicks in the report tomorrow? Thanks much,Alison

When I open my app after downloading it from Google Play it opens saying "View Purchase Options"How do I get rid of this. My Master Settings is for all articles to be free. Thanks!

As we are getting closer to implementation completion we are starting to look at SEO improvements, and we are not sure if one can use sub-directories instead of sub-domains for landing pages in Marketo.  If this is possible what would I need to set up in the instance to make it possible?  If it isn't possible, has anyone requested this before, or what routes have they taken to work around sub-domains to improve SEO?

I am trying to integrate out GTW account and create a webcast event where leads can register via Marketo landing page and form.  Is there step-by-step guides for this??

I was wondering if it is possible to do this type of landscape layout. How do you force the cards to remain at the bottom of the page etc?Any information would be greatly appreciated.Thanks.
