Solved

We are at deployment stage in iTunes connect and are having difficulties identifying where/how we submit the application for tablet (iPad) only?If anyone has any idea, please let us know asap! We do not want this version to be available for download on mobile phones or iPod touches.

The Fast Company DPS App has a filter in the upper right corner in certain views. Will this feature be available upon full release?

It looks like there may be a bug for Gutter & Margin Units > Side Margin setting appears to be active in the live preview, but the right margin is not accurate on device.

Hi,I've changed my default card to the "Image Left, Metadata right" option. I've set 3 metadata values. However, in the configuration of the card and then on the device, the first metadata value does not display. It does not seem to matter which metadata value is set in the first slot, it just wont display. Attached screenshots:1- config of the article. Metadata set for "Title"2- config of the card. First Metadata value does not display (does not matter which value is selected from the drop down menu).3- Display in the app on device. No value is displayed in the first metadata slot.Is anyone else having this problem? Can Support please advise? Thanks, David.

I didn´t manage preview anything in app. I have tried differents settings, asIn project - able publish all collection as freeIn project - disable Direct EntitlementI created a new collection with only article setting as free (article access) - Then with this options the app show me the message "Content Not Found" (see image attached)Any tip about this scenario?Best regards

Where can I find the IP address that my emails are coming from?

Questions:In a flow action how do you change the Lead Owner to a token value? What format does the field used as a token need to be?What does the field need to be populated with?OwnerId?Owner Email Address?etc

I am attempting to set up a nurture campaign. I would like to send an initial email. If the recipient clicks on any link in the email I would like to send them to Stream 1. If there is no interaction/engagement I'd like to send them to Stream 2 (default stream). In the initial email I have the flow set up like this:Do I need to have two other campaigns that Add to Engaged (stream 1) and Add to Non-Engaged (stream 2)? What is recommended best practices for what I'm trying to do? I don’t want two campaigns running that could add people to the streams more than once. Can that even happen or will Marketo see that they are already added to that engagement program and not add them again?

Hello all,I have been trying and trying, and I don't see what is going wrong here. This is my script that I am using:<script>  $(document).ready(function(){  mktoMunchkinFunction('associateLead',  {  Email: "chester@tester.com",  FirstName: "Chester",  LastName: "Tester"  },  'MY-HASH');  });</script>When I load the page (in incognito mode, as an anonymous lead), I see the correct hash in the script, and my console shows the ?associateLead call being sent and returned with a 200 Status (OK):I do not see any console errors or any network errors in my web inspector. However when I search my leads in Marketo, chester@tester.com does not show up. Is there anything I am missing?

So I noticed while viewing a PDF hosted on Marketo that there was no Google Analytics tracking taking place, is there a way to track clicks to PDFs or other files with Google Analytics?

I am setting up a few trigger emails for when leads hits a certain score requesting a meeting. The emails are light enough that I think it would be okay for a lead to receive the same email as long as they were at least 30 days apart, so I'd like them to be able to run through the flow and progression steps again as they are recycled, etc. What's the best way for me to set this up as I know I will get the "lead cannot move to an earlier progression step" error (or whatever the error is)?I've considered removing them from the program after a wait step of 30 days. Would that work? How would that affect the program and reports? Any thoughts or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hi all - as I'm really getting into the nitty gritty of DPS 2015, moving articles and collections around, deleting this, adding that, my test app has stopped updating content. I've only got a few articles and collections to this app, but I just added a brand new collection with two articles to my default collection and my app is not updating the content at all. It doesn't even tell me there's an update available. Any feedback would be appreciated. Thanks.

We sync many of our activities to SFDC's Activity History, but they're all getting logged as "Phone Call". Is there a way to change that to the correct type (usually "Email")?

Hi, with the new DPS Beta is it possible to have the article open without having a card/article summary page to interact with?   In the previous version of DPS you were able to specify a few of these options. Ideally I like to remove:The title barThe interaction with the card – straight into the full experienceAnd remove the top level nav "Done" functionalityHoping I'm just missing something. Thanks for any help!

There are parts of a template that I do not need. Unfortunately, it seems only way to modify template is messing with html coding. Is that the case? Seems like a very time consuming process.

Greetings,I'm currently using the "Add to Marketo Campaign" feature in Sales Insight iin Salesforce but would like to disable the "Send Marketo Email" option. I haven't been able to find any information if this is possible or how to do it. Thank you for your help.

We're setting up new Marketo forms.  We'd like to populate key fields, such as Country and State with the inferred data, IF its known.  We've been able to pull this in for the Inferred Country, but some of the other inferred fields aren't showing as options:- Inferred City- Inferred State- Inferred Postal Code- Inferred State RegionDoes anyone know why, or how to enable these fields as options?

When collections are migrated from existing DPS accounts using the Migration tool, all articles are being imported with a small, low-res image as the article image. It's pulling the tiny images that appear in the drop down TOC in current DPS apps. When a grid layout and card layout are set up for these collections, if is pretty much required that we use tiny image sizes or the images will look fuzzy and pixilated.Any way to have the Migration Tool pull the image that displays in the scrubber bar in existing DPS apps? These images are larger and higher res, and would allow us to create grid layouts and card layouts that use larger image sizes and therefore provide more flexibility and more possibilities in layout arrangements.

On the database side of Marketo, are you able to create composite primary keys, in which it can define more than one field as the primary key? Currently "Email" is the default primary key field, however is there a way to use that along with another field to define a new primary key?thanks!Roela

My team and I are in the process of creating both an iOS and an Android application, with interactive HTML content. I have been able to make HTML articles and upload them fine, and these articles look good in the iOS application on iOS devices. My problem is that the HTML articles are not being displayed correctly in our Android application. On the mobile Chrome browser the article displays fine, but when I open up the Android application the content is almost none existent in the HTML article.

Hi, I have an HTML overlay in my indesign document that displays a checklist. The user will tap on empty boxes that then displays a check mark and a progress bar moves across the screen each time a user taps another empty box. All is working fine, though every time the user taps the overlay, the "chrome, or top nav bar comes down. Is this a DPS related issue or something in my html? In DPS Classic, I was able to dictate the tap area for the "Navbar/Chrome" to stop this from happening. Thanks!Jeff

For our articles we use an overlay to simulate a background image with "background-attachment: fixed" css property on mobile devices. This overlay has "pointer-events" set to none, so it should not interact with touch events. However the scrolling hardly works on the Android DPS app. It only scrolls in small steps. It works correctly when loading the article in Chrome (Android). There is also no issue on the IOS version of the DPS app. Here's an example article reproducing the problem:Dropbox - Overlay_Issue.zipAny idea what's going on?

I have a Smart Campaign set up to trigger when a Boolean value changes to True.Example: "Check this box to request a call from an expert."If the field already has the value of "True" and the user comes back and checks that box again on another form, will the system still trigger based on the data value changing from "True" to "True," or does it have to change from "null" or "false" in order to trigger properly?Thank you to anyone who takes the time to help out!

i have a team account of 12 users. When i try add a user it says user not associated with an Adobe ID
