From AEM publishers we have user dashboard which fires multiple graphQL queries to the backend through AEM HttpConnection in java. Is there a way to cache those ?

I can navigate to the particular templates folder via Url directly, but Templates does not show the folders. It happens only in Cloud envs.In my local AEM Cloud SDK, it works fine. What could be the possible reason and how to resolve it?

Hello everyone,   I have a question about Platform Edge Network and Adobe Launch Server Side License. I already have AA, AT, AEP and AJO in my landscape.  Does Platform Edge Network and Adobe Launch Server Side already available or I need to add this as product lincense? Thanks

Hi ,  I am trying to enhance one of my custom component by adding an additional field on dialog . Nature of field is mandatory ( i.e. required="{Boolean}true" ) and hence we have put default text ( value="some text" . But this mechanism works only when the enhanced component is dragged ( and dropped ) newly on a page. For an existing instace the default values do not get populated ( even if I try to open the dialog and edit ). Some event is triggered for new instance (drag-n-drop) but not able to capture that event in edit-config or somewhere else. Also there is a potential risk that if I am able to find that event and trigger it using custom js function the other existing fields values as well will be overwritten ( or made blank). Anyone faced this issue especially enhancement of existing dialog ? can this be addressed by making use of design-dialog  ?  RegardsShailesh sample code  <titlejcr:primaryType="nt:unstructured"sling:resourceTyp

Hi all, AEM has inbuilt Personalization by Creating an Offer, brand and activity. Then why do we need to integrate with Adobe Target for personalization? What are its limitations that lead us to use Adobe Target? I highly appreciate all your responses. Thanks,RK.

Hello all, I have a list of URLs and some of them exceed 255 characters. I've noticed that these URLs are truncated in Adobe Analytics and I lose some important data when I extract my report using Report Builder. Is there a way to extract the full URL (including those that have more than 255 characters) using Report Builder (I tried to see how it looks with the Global Page Name, but I need some details from the URL, like the country/language)?Is there any other dimension that I can use and that has the full URL?Or is there any other option?Thank you!

Hello! Can someone please explain to me in layman's terms what repeating instances & non-repeating instances are?

Hello, I am a little confused about documentation regarding List Unsubscribe, specifically Mailto. We currently have this enabled and it generated a default email address. Documentation states the following:  'Depending on the email client, and the email surface unsubscription settings, clicking the unsubscribe link in the email header can have the following impacts:When the Mailto (unsubscribe) feature is enabled by you, the unsubscribe request is sent to the default unsubscribe address based on the subdomain created by you. When the One-click Unsubscribe URL feature is enabled by you - or if you inserted an unsubscription URL in your email body content -, the recipient is directly opted-out, either at the channel level or at the ID level (depending on how the consent is set up), when the recipient clicks on the one-click unsubscribe URL, which is based on the subdomain created by you.In both cases, the corresponding profile for the recipient is

I have some cross-domain issues..We have website A and website B.We tried the "Visitor.appendVisitorIDsTo" to give the informations to website B but it's not working. Website B create is own MCID even if the adobe_mc param is in the url. So now we're trying to force MCID from website A into VID of website B. (we have the info in the url from the appendVisitor.. function). So at the end, when looking at the AAID priority they both should have the same value no?https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/id-service/using/reference/analytics-reference/analytics-order-of-operationsWebsite A : MCID = 123, VID = null/blank -> AAID should be 123?Website B : MCID = 456, VID = 123 -> AAID should be 123?In workspace they count as 2 visitors, and in the datafeed, they have different visid high/low values. visid_type is 5 for both when it should be 0 for Website B since VID as a value (post_cust_visid is not blank in the datafeed)visid_typeNot for external use; internally used by Ado

Hi guys, I am facing an issue where I cannot seem to receive any YT iFrame media events (iframe src contains the &enablejsapi=1 param, see sample src below). Setupyoutube video is loaded upon click on poster i.e., iframe with src *= youtube is not available before clickusing the "Youtube Playback" extension, https://exchange.adobe.com/apps/ec/104160tried a poster click rule that was not working reliably, saying the iframe was not found by then (did not want to add a delay)instead, opted for a "enters viewport" solution (only as a POC, will be refactored later), just to see if anything is fired at all - which is notSample iFrame sourcesrc="https://www.youtube.com/embed/asdasdadsadsadsadsads?autoplay=0&controls=0&disablekb=1&playsinline=1&cc_load_policy=0&cc_lang_pref=auto&widget_referrer=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.client.com%2Fit%2Fit%2Fadvisors&rel=0&showinfo=0&iv_load_policy=3&modestbranding=1&customControls=true&noCookie=false&

Hi All, We are trying to implement personalisation for A/B testing for a AEM component using Context Hub. We have 2 variations of a Component and we need to personalise based on 50-50 Split. So out of 100 users 50 users should see variation1 and 50 users should see variation2.This will not be based on Chrome brower or any such condition. We need to do it using context Hub.Is it possible to do that using context hub. If yes,how can we implement that. Adobe target it is possible but can it be done using context hub ?

We are attempting to implement the one-click unsubscribe webapp and have the baseline implementation running. However, we are trying to include at least one additional parameter to the generated link injected into email headers via typology rule. In particular, we want to get a handle on the email delivery that generated the unsubscribe request, and have added it to the url. It is unclear how to access any parameter beyond the ctx object that is generated by default and includes the encrypted and unencrypted recipient id parameters. I've gone through the available Webapp documentation and searched Experience League, but I have not found any hints. Here is an example of the injected url:var headerUnsubUrl = "https://xyz.campaign.adobe.com/webApp/unsubNoClick?id=<%= recipient.cryptedId %>&id2=<%= delivery.id %>"; Link to the relative process documentation:https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/deliverability-learn/deliverability-best-practice-guide/addi

Hello,I'm on AEM 6.5.12. I need to add alt text to images to improve web accessibility. When I open Image properties in the DAM, I see metadata fields such as "title" and "description", but there's no field for "alt text". 2 questions:1) If I add a title and description in the image metadata, does that function as alt text? 2) The image component has a field for alt text. Is this the only place to enter alt text? The would mean if I use the same image on multiple pages, I have to enter alt text several times. Thank you.Cindy

Hello everyone. We have been requested to use a new CSP directive in the project, the directive is CSP: report-uri or CSP:report:to. The problem is that these directives send an http-post request against a uri, which would be from the project itself in AEM. Reviewing the AEM documentation, we have seen that you can only make a POST request, when the user is logged in and has a CSRF-token, and it has to be sent in the POST request so it does not return http-error 403. Do you have any idea how we could implement it? Thank you very much.Best regards

Test project: one dimension, one metric (Visits).1) I right-click on Visits and select "Compare time periods" and from the options I select "Custom date range to this date range"2) I choose a date range and now I have Visits (with date range above it), Visits and a Percent Change column showing correct numbers.3) I replace the date range above Visits with a pre-built custom date range but the Percent Change no longer reflects the numbers I'm comparing. Why?Ideally, I would like to be able to change the panel date range and have the comparison date ranges change automatically but there doesn't seem to be a way to do this. How can I have five metrics with Percentage Change for each one comparing the panel date with the same day of the previous week?Do I have to manually update each of the five comparison date ranges (five metrics) every time I update the panel date range?Ali

How to get the yesterday date in AJO?

We have offers shown via Target A/B activities, and want to reference the event data in our AJO audience rules. When a user sees an offer in Target, we want them to qualify for an audience in AJO Ultimate. How can that be accomplished? WebSDK is syncing into AEP, so we should have the event data.
