Hi all, Im working on Brand Portal in AEM where we have multiple marketing teams for different locations. I want to know if it is possible to have multiple AEMAssetSourcing folder for each team, so that the members can upload/download content to/from their specific assigned folders. Also we want restrictions on these AEMAssetSourcing folder so that one team can see only their folder. Looking forward for support.

Hi, Environment: AEMasCS I have a requirement to access the SHTML file using my website domain. So, I uploaded the SHTML file into my DAM, activated to publish instance, and tried to access the shtml file using my website domain. Unfortunately, I am unable to execute the directives inside the shtml file and browser rendering only the static text on the browser. This I am trying in AEM as a Cloud service environment. Does anyone have leads to render the shtml file on the browser from the AEM DAM? On file upload, jcr:mimeType is blank. In this case, file is downloaded instead of rendered. When I update the jcr:mimeType to text/html explicitly then render the static content only(not executing the directives). Here is my SHTML code:<!-- filename: index.shtml --><!DOCTYPE html><html lang="en"><head><meta charset="UTF-8"><meta name="viewport" content="width=device-width, initial-scale=1.0"><title>Server-Parsed HTML Example</titl

Hi Team,Happy New Year every one!I am facing one issue related to relay state in OKTA.  Below are the details.Scenario : When user is not-logged-in and Requested page is Authenticated Page and Page Got cached in Dispatcher ( Permission Sensitive Caching in AEM) When request came to dispatcher for authenticated pages, it will call Auth check servlet for checking Authentication and Authorization. If user is not authenticated, then user will be redirected to login page in Auth Check servlet. Upon successfully logging in, users should be automatically redirected back to the original page, ensuring a smooth and uninterrupted transition between authentication and accessing the desired content. But, user is always going to home page(defaultRedirectUrl)  which we configured in com.adobe.granite.auth.saml.SamlAuthenticationHandler.    Any Inputs/Suggestion on this. Thanks in advance.

I'm trying to set up a workflow where people can upload to one specific folder in Brand Portal using their mobile device. The web version of assets is pretty terrible on mobile and I don't see an app in the store. Has anyone put together a workflow involving mobile uploads?

Hi, I'm currently planning a phased migration and modernization strategy for our AEM instance, and I'd appreciate your insights and recommendations. Here's our current setup and intended approach:Instance Details:Version: 6.5.4 (on-premise)UI: Classic UITemplates: StaticPlanned Migration Steps:a) Upgrade to AEM 6.5.19b) Component Modernization: Transition classic dialogs to touch-enabled UI dialogs.c) Template Modernization (Phased Approach):      Introduce Editable Templates: Create new editable templates for key templates and convert them.      Gradual Conversion: Address remaining templates in subsequent phases. Can static and editable templates coexist seamlessly within the same instance during this phased transition? Is this overall approach viable, or are there potential challenges or recommended alternatives? Thank you!

Hi, I tried ingesting a batch file using an SFTP connector on a FOLDER path. Unfortunately, the folder contained an unrelated file and the ingestion failed. The error says: INGEST-1401-400 The row has corrupted data and cannot be read or parsed. Fix the corrupted data and try again. How can I fix (delete the problematic file) and try again? I still have 2 files in this batch that are in the right format that I would like to ingest, but I first need to delete the problematic file. I don't understand where these files are kept at the moment. I see them when I look a the failed batches in the API and in the UI, but I don't see how I can fix and try again. How can I achieve this? Thanks

Hi Everyone, One of my instances has errors with oak indexing. When I check the URL for status, I can see the status as failing - <ENV_URL>/system/console/jmx/org.apache.jackrabbit.oak%3Aname%3Dasync%2Ctype%3DIndexStats Need some pointers, if we can try to find the possible reasons behind the indexing failure. I will try to reindex the Oak index for the failing mBean. Thanks in advance!  __PRESENT__PRESENT__PRESENT

I have a component with a dropdown. Based on the selection, the fields will be shown in the dialog box. Suppose there are two options, option 1 and option 2.On selecting option 1, a field shows up which is a required field. Now, the issue is that even if I don't select any value from the dropdown, I'm not able to save the dialog box because of the "required=true" condition on the option 1 field. How can I resolve this issue?

TLDR: I need to get the URL of thumbnail I uploaded manually to page properties so I can use it in the page metadata. example: <meta name="og:image" content="/content/mysite/my-page/jcr:content/my-custom-thumbnail-image-here.png> Thanks!------------------------------------------------------------------------When I upload an image to Page properties/Thumbnail, I can see that AEM creates these paths /content/mysite/mypage/jcr:content/image/file/jcr:content/dam:thumbnails/dam:thumbnail_300.png/content/mysite/mypage/jcr:content/image/file/jcr:content/dam:thumbnails/dam:thumbnail_48.png(Sometimes there's a thumbnail_319.png path as well but unsure what triggers its creation.) I using javax.jcr classes, I can check for the existence of these nodes but is there more targeted (AEM-specific) class I can use? There was an old discussion here that mentioned Social Media component + getThumbnail but I cannot find any instances of these combo. All I can find abou

Hi everyone! I'm experiencing an issue when using containers in Paragraph HTL's in a Column Control Grid. When content flex isn't a selected property of the grid, the containers stack like normal (pictured on the right) even when there are an uneven number of containers in each column. When content flex isn't enabled however, it is unresponsive and not compatible with mobile. When content flex is enabled, the containers in the column fill the paragraph HTL rather than stack. Is there any way around this? Thanks!

Hi Community, I am wondering if there are recommendations to get around M:M relationship targeting? Below is a diagram of our identity structure. At the web login (email level), this is where our onsite targeting happens. However, under each Web login, there can be multiple billing accounts, but each billing account can be associated with multiple web logins (e.g wife & husband have their own unique logins).  We want to target at each unique Web login level, however, with private graph enabled in our Merge Policy, AEP automatically consolidates all the Web logins & Accounts into a Single Profile because there linked identities. We need the private graph because we also need to use the profile attributes from the billing account profile fragments. Is there a way to isolate each UUID, and the associated billing accounts into unique profiles? I've been told B2C is the solution we need, but that's not in our roadmap to migrate over yet :(. AEP Profile&
