Hi,I need support and suggestions,I am currently using a custom authentication handler for oath openid, It works well on single author and publisher environment, Now we want to deploy our solution on production where there is a clustered environment i.e multiple dispatcher and publishers and authors and a load balancer before dispatcher. so how to it work in this clustered environment? How sessions will be managed as it is clustered enviornment ? what AEM suggested for this for Custom Authentication Handler. The code for the authentication handler that I am utilizing is https://github.com/larsauffarth/oidc-authentication-handler/tree/main Looking forward for support. Thanks

I am new to the development role in the ACC. I know how to create the schemas and links between two schemas, but can you please explain how to create an end-to-end link between two schemas? What is the procedure to create an End-to-End link? It will be very helpful to me if I get a solution for this.

Hi all, for a large customer, we're evaluating a scenario using AEMaaCS for the authenticated area of portal: end user (>50000 users) needs to login to publish tier and consume content and backend services, secured through JWT. I'm aware about many customization one can setup with AEM, but also that CS version has its own peculiarities (https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/sites/authoring/personalization/user-and-group-sync-for-publish-tier.html?lang=en#aem-managed-registration), so can someone suggest me:1) what's best strategy? SAML, Oauth or OIDC (I remember the latest one was a community integration, not Enterprise ready)?2) from implementation side, it's better to rely on HTTPSession or JCRSession (on publish - I remember that Publish Tier was stateless)?3) any other suggestion to deal with challenge in a winner way are welcome  Thanks in advance, regards

Hello Friends, We are trying to integrate CloudFlare CDN with AEM as a Cloud Service following the documentation provided[1]. The documentation says that we should override the host header in the CDN and point it to the publish AEM domain. In the CloudFlare Business version, there is no option to override the host header (it's only available in the enterprise CloudFlare version). I want to check if there is any other way to integrate AEM with the CloudFlare CDN? [1] - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/implementing/content-delivery/cdn.html?lang=en Thank you.

I have setup PWA for my site on AEMaaCS. On author, both my service worker and manifest files are being rendered. But when it comes to the case of publish instance, it shows the following error:Uncaught (in promise) DOMException: Failed to register a ServiceWorker for scope ('publish-url') with script ('publish-url'): The script resource is behind a redirect, which is disallowed.Due to this, the manifest file is also not working resulting into the error "Failed to load resource: the server responded with a status of 404 ()".I have followed the same configurations on my local environment and it works fine. What can be the case for Cloud Environment?

@aanchal-sikka - Thanks for your response! No there were no updates other than the one which we wanted to originally deploy.Using the same name without a version number has apparently led to this issue. The reindexing was not complete even after 6h post deployment which was weird. We tried the below fix (without empty package installation) which worked as per Index Management -  The <indexName>-custom-<customerVersionNumber> is needed for AEM as a Cloud Service to mark it as a replacement for an existing index.

I am using core wcm Experience Fragment (com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.ExperienceFragment) which I am extending in my own code base via the @delegate-1 pattern. When author adds an experience fragment on a page / when request is made to export the XF as json, I need to check all variations of given XF, filter them based on tag and export one of the variations which matches my tag as JSON. How can I rewrite the current request to generate the content of a XF variation in the sling model? I am able to get paths of all variations from given XF but when I try to adaptTo(ExperienceFragment.class) it is always null. I can adaptTo(ValueMap.class) from which I can see the template used by that variation but that is not helpful as that does not give me exported items. I tried creating a new temporary page using PageManager from given XF template however running into replication errors that way. Is there a way to export an XF variation of our choosing in Sling model when

Hi All, We have recently setup cloud manager for deployment process, but it is failing for below error. Failed to access /dispatcher/invalidate.cache on dispatcher with private ip 10.43.32.25, 404 Not found, make sure 'flush' host is enabled, check configurations in /etc/httpd/conf.dispatcher.d/enabled_farms. File (e.g. 001_ams_publish_flush_farm.any) should be present in enabled_farms directory.I am not sure what to change and why it is failing. Thanks

Hii All,I was trying to set up smart search for asset in AEM cloud using the link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-learn/assets/translation/smart-translation-search-feature-video-use.html?lang=en but my bundle is not getting active due to dependency resolution. I have checked my oak core version and used the same version of oak search MT bundle but still no luck. Attaching the screenshot of bundle . Can anyone please help me. Thanks in Advance.

Hi Team, I need to export some experience fragment to adobe target as an offer. After integrating target with AEM I am able to push the xf to target but when I use those xf in any activity, created in traget, xfs are not visible in the entire container so I suspect this is happening due to <html> and <boyd> tag available in the exported xfs html. When googling I find below community article which says some modification needs to be done on the xfpage structure component but when I refer https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/experience-manager-65/administering/integration/experience-fragments-target.html WKND demo site there was no su modification on the xfpage level but it still working fine in some of the community demo so can anyone please tell me whether it is really needed? Hello Guys, Just wondering - Is it possible to have a single codebase in AEM as a Cloud service and manage multiple sites for different countries and publish them to publish node in regions for the country? Say,msm-site|-language-masters (en, es, de , jp....)|-us         //publish this site to us region on AEM as a cloud service|-es        //publish this site to eu region on AEM as a cloud service|-jp        //publish this site to asia/japan region on AEM as a cloud service ThanksVBB

Hi Team, I have to disable Delegate and Step back features for a particular workflow from content page. Do we have feasibility in OOTB functionality? If not, is there any customized solution? Thank you!AryA

Hello , In AEMaaCS, We are using submodules in our project repo. In Submodule repo ,some external dependency been added. for that they have added server username and password in cloudmanager/maven/settings.xml folder in submodule repo. While building our code in cloud, we are getting this error "Maven was not able to download necessary dependencies due to an access issue. Please check any provided credentials and confirm they are valid. More details may be found in the log." . Note: I have added the password in pipeline variable. still its giving this errorDo we need to create cloudmanager/maven/settings.xml folder in our main project apart from submodule and add server details as well? Then only cloud can recognize the server and download dependency? My understanding that it can download the dependency as server details are present in submodules and dependency is added in submodule only. please confirm how to proceed. its working in my local when I add server details to m2/s

I have a long running script that loops over multiple country pages, their language roots and hundreds of pages below each language root. It runs scheduled overnight, but it can also be run manually during the day for one language root at a time. I would like to transform this into a small script that spawns Jobs for each country, each language and perhaps even each page.  But I am worried I might end up with too many Sling Jobs, making matters worse. Hoe many Sling Jobs is too much? What would be a good approach for this kind of scenario?

I need to access/read Configuration of OOTB services. Is it possible to do so?

I was going through a video on OSGi Services, where someone explained that one of the benefits is "You can provide a service, if resource is avalilable".They cited an example of Printer. That is Printer is available, then Service is also available.Wondering how this is used in context of AEM services

Hello,I'm learning the ropes of AEM 6.5, and am trying to create a custom container component. The documents state that best practice is to utilize core components as much as possible, which is exactly what I'm trying to do. As such, my "ImageContainer" component utilizes "core/wcm/components/image/v1/container" for its functionality. This custom component works perfectly as intended when "imagecontainer.html" is implemented as such:<div data-sly-use.imagecontainer="com.mycompany.www.core.models.ImageContainer"class="cmp-imagecontainer__container ${properties.styleType}"><!-- contents from 'container.html' --><sly data-sly-use.container="com.adobe.cq.wcm.core.components.models.LayoutContainer"><sly data-sly-test.responsive="${container.layout == 'RESPONSIVE_GRID'}"data-sly-use.responsiveGridTemplate="responsiveGrid.html"data-sly-call="${responsiveGridTemplate.responsiveGrid @ container=container}"></sly><sly data-sly-test.simple="${!responsive}"data-sly-

I'm stuck on a permissions issue.I have a folder for news stories, at /content/news/articles[year]/[month] that I need to be able to programmatically control access to. Each news page has an "author" property on the jcr:content node associated with a user, authors should only be able to edit their own stories. Each page has deny all for a group called "newsauthors" which all such "authors" are members of, but I need to add rights for authors (and a group of approvers). I need to be able to generate the list of permissions and apply them programmatically, in case of an author change (I have a listener that works up until the actual application of the acl).I can't figure out the permissions needed to allow one-off edit access for individual authors, I tried jcr:read. rep:write, but this doesn't do the trick (users can't edit the page or the properties). Users should not be able to delete their pages, so jcr:all won't work for this case.In the example below "marjy" and his approvers should

Hi,I have enabled the Authentication requirement for one of the pages on my project. This property should redirect any unauthenticated user to the log in page url but that's not working. The same is working for other pages within the project, granite:loginPath & rep:CugPolicy property values are the same. The Apache Sling AuthenticationHandler is configured, and confirmed the configuration at https://<serveraddress>:<serverport>/system/console/slingauth . Please help me debug this issue. Authentication Requirement section under the Advanced Page PropertiesThe Authentication Requirement for Log in page is set to No, for other pages Yes

Hi Team,I want to know what are the usage and purposes of main POM.xml and other module related pom files such as core,it.tests, ui.apps, ui.content. Thanks.

Hi, Referring to Marketo Community post https://nation.marketo.com/t5/product-discussions/update-dynamic-image-content-by-api/m-p/323850/highlight/false#M182965 , on extracting and updating email image alt text, I am also trying to update the email image alt text using Dynamic Content API of Marketo, however, ran into an issue of the email image alt text updation breaking the email image itself. Sharing the steps I followed below. I am trying to run an API call to retrieve and update the Dynamic content of the Email Image alt text.I am running 2 API calls(1) GET : GET /rest/asset/v1/email/{id}/dynamicContent/{contentId}.json to get the content id and the type of the email module (https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/asset-endpoint-reference/#!/Emails/getEma...). I am using the dynamic content GET call to extract: segmentation name, segmentation ID, content ID, content type, emailID, dynamic content type, dynamic content ID.(2) POST : I am
