On the Working On tab, team members can set the Grouping to Nothing and then drag and drop work items into the order in which they are working. This doe not impact anyone else's work; it is just that team member's order. When looking at my team member's "Working On" view, the sort order is a database default sort. I would like to see the priority order my team member set in his/her "My Work, Working On" view. The sort change would provide an at-a-glance view of my team member's priorities. I can then determine if s/he understands his/her priorities and follow-up, if necessary. Right now, I have to ask the team member about their priorities (or, as an administrator, log in as the team member to see the priorities).
When documents are initially uploaded, Workfront should note the filename and automatically create new revisions of uploaded documents, based on the filename. Example - 30 documents uploaded for round 1 review. The same 30 documents, at round 2 need to be dragged and dropped to the exact round 1 doc. PROPOSED - Drag all 30 Round 2 documents in one upload, Workfront automatically creates new revisions based on filename.
Ability to change colour, fonts, formats, text size
Have a field on "new story" to allow for upload of document, similar to a new issue.
When you click to add new task in the My Work area, would like to create a task for myself and have it be in Work Requests rather than Working on. Our company uses this area as a To Do list to give visibility and plan their work. Not all things are tied to a project/client. Working on should be the items that are in project not all items on the list.
I would like to have the ability to add color shading and condition formatting on the cards/item list. See the attached image for some mock-ups
We are using same request queue for all groups and teams. When user select all request sub-tab, they could see all requests from all groups. We want to see only from same group or same team. It would be great to add team and group into "Sort by" tab.
Currently, the only way to get notified on any updates in documents is to be specifically tagged. It would be nice to be automatically notified.
I want to be able to pull data for building proof reports and metrics
I want to be able to add and manage custom fields
Assets are "on hold" till required fields have been filled out by a Contributor.
I want to be able to @message someone on a comment from the mobile app
I want to be able to review and make decision on live webpages and html5 banners proofs on my PHQ mobile app
It would be grate if I could better decide what people can do on proofs they are shared with (decide if they can add comment, share, download original file, make decision, edit stage/proof/custom fields, send notifications, print summary, use @mention). Also some of roles available right now should not be used and it would be good to decide what roles are available when sharing proofs.
When trying to access something from the API, it would be nice to get an error to explain why the field I want is not available (object relationship, etc.)When trying to POST or PUT an object, I would like to have better handling of errors where the statement fails. I want to know if I am forgetting to update other related required field, or my values are incorrect, etc.
