Workfront Fusion

Hi, I’m hitting a wall with this one. I’m trying to use Fusion to add a comment (note) to a task. The Fusion scenario runs successfully, and I can even query the NOTE record type and see the entry there. But for some reason, the comment doesn’t show up in the Workfront UI- when I click into the task and go to the Updates tab, there’s nothing there. Any idea why that might be? I made sure to set isPrivate to false, but still no luck!

I just wanted to check was anyone able to establish Server to Server auth between Fusion and Workfront? Thank you in advance.

I'm attempting to create a link on an issue form that takes users directly to the project overview section.  I'm able to generate the link with a fusion flow that adds the project ID to the following formula using and open text field: https://experience.adobe.com/#/@f####/so:###Production/workfront/project/{{2.ID}}/overview I use fusion to plug-in the project ID and it works to provide a link on the issue.  However, I can't figure out how to get the link to display as clickable text.  Ideally I would want the text to display as "Click here to review project details."

Has anyone created a Fusion scenario to use salesforce stage change to create workfront project that automatically enters in the start and stop dates based on the products added to the opportunity? 

Hello, In the screen shot below I am parsing json to separate values from a typehead field. When trying to put the @ symbol in front of the username it does not tag the user in Workfront updates section but simply an @ symbol which does not tag the user in the regular highlighted blue format. Is there a way to @ the user correctly in the updates section because the result is not rendering and tagging the person in my update. Please refer to second screen shot of how it is appearing. I appreciate all the help in advance

Has anyone successfully created a scenario that attaches multiple docs to one email?  I have been working on a scenario to be able to attach multiple files from one folder to an email but am running into a roadblock. I have been experimenting with the iterator, aggregator and variable modules. When I test, the email will only attach one document but I can see in the aggregator that it did create 1 bundle with all files found in the folder. I am not sure if I am missing something in my setup with the email attachment setup. Also, I am new to using the iterator, aggregator and variables so maybe I am not setting up something correctly. For context, I need to be able to attach docs to the email as we have users on our email distro that are not in Workfront and we do not need them to be. Thank you for any help in advance.  Current scenario set up:  Aggregator result: Email Result: only will bring in 1 file as an input instead of multiple fi

I am trying to map an array variable to the Planning Module but no matter what I do, I get an error "Array of objects expected in parameter 'F6914a6c02f21335b7b794d35'." I have tried to just have the ID numbers, the "id: xxxxxxx" and plenty of other things to get this to work but I don't know what it wants and I can not find any documentation on Planning Module specifics.  When I put the variables in one at a time in the without mapping, it works (but I will never know the set amount of objects so I need the array). Hi all, I tried searching for an answer and have done extensive testing, but have not yet arrived at a solution. Is there a way in the Microsoft 365 calendar module to set the parameter so when an event is created, it creates an all day event in your home calendar? I have been exploring the configuration/parameters in the module but have not seen a way to do this. Thank you for your help, Nick

Wondering if anyone else has seen this and has a workaround. I have a fusion scenario set to run whenever a new row is added to a Microsoft Excel spreadsheet. The scenario runs fine, however I noticed that it wasn't seeing new rows (form submissions) in a timely manner. I realized that the fusion scenario is working as expected, but unless I have the spreadsheet open and active (attached to a MS form) it isn't populating (or doesn't seem to). Does anyone else know of a trick to keep the spreadsheet 'active' without having it open? Between trying to keep it open and our company security policies forcing me to log in after a certain amount of time this isn't an ideal way to keep my scenario running.

My company is exploring options for sharing information from Snowflake to Workfront, likely through Fusion. Hi,Good day,searching for your brilliant ideas regarding my project,scenario goes like this, 1 email to case: If new message received by email it automatically creates an issue to WF (scenario working)2 reply to email then close the case: if the assignee replied to the email that the issue is resolved, it will auto close the issue.  here is my testing scenario. I dont know how to connect the WF module (record update) to WF module (create a record.)Maybe you have another way out. Thanks, 

We use Workfront as our Operational System of Record (no Marketing).    We are considering recording time in Workfront, but need a way to feed our payroll system ADP.   Does anyone have experience with an API either through App Developer or Fusion to feed hours and projects into ADP?

I am in the process of integrating Workfront Fusion to Azure Dev Ops.  I've successfully created multiple scenarios to create and retrieve tasks but am having issues with the "Watch For Work Items" function.  We need visibility of changes to the tasks in Azure DevOps on the fusion side.  When I creating a scenario with the Watch For Work Items function I get the following error.  I can see that in the connection definition there is an advanced setting to specify App ID and Client Secret but this hasn't been previously required and it's not clear if this is the solution.  If the advanced settings are needed I wonder why it's only this function and what is needed on the Azure DevOps side. The request failed due to failure of a previous request.Access Denied: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX needs the following permission(s) on the resource PublisherSecurity/YYYYYYYYYYYYYYY to perform this action: Edit Subscription

Hi Fusion Community! Wondering if anyone can help with the following challenge? Issue: I'm building a Fusion scenario to calculate a program-level metric that requires aggregating data across multiple nested iterators: Program → Projects → Tasks → Assignments. Current Flow:Get Program detailsIterator: Loop through all Projects under ProgramIterator: Loop through all Tasks per ProjectIterator: Loop through all Assignments per TaskCalculate cost per assignment: (User Cost Rate * Planned Hours) / 60PROBLEM: Need to sum ALL assignment costs into ONE program-level valueExpected Result: One bundle with total cost = sum of all assignments across all tasks across all projects Actual Result: Multiple bundles/operations, each with a subset of the total Question: How do I aggregate across multiple nested iterators to produce a single output value at the program level? Is there a way to access the Task / Hours / Log Time panel via Fusion? We are trying to add Freelancer Task Hours off invoices via Fusion.

Is it possible to update task predecessors through Fusion?  I just kick-started a group of 30+ projects, and I need to add cross-project predecessors to a specific task in each project.   When assigning predecessors last year (prior to us having Fusion access), I created a task report and pasted in the predecessor values using the project reference and task numbers (e.g., '1988778:24,1988827:24,1988974:24').   I'm pretty new to Fusion.  I've been able to download/parse CSV files and update tasks for basic info (assignees; planned start dates; etc.), but Predecessors is not one of the available options in the field list for the Task object.  Can the predecessors be mapped through the mapping panel?  If so, what would that expression be?  I'm not advanced enough at this point to go the API route (and I'm not even sure our IT department has obtained the API package in Fusion).   Thanks.  

Is it possible to connect Workfront to Notion via Fusion.  It doesn't look like there are any native connectors, has anyone attempted to build their own connections?  If so, how successful was your process.

Is there a way to capture a scenario's run id in a notification updated?  Trying to figure out a way to identify the exact run in a fusion scenario that errored out.

We are trying to set up a watch event using the Azure DevOps module. This is intended to notify us when a comment is entered on an Azure DevOps Product Backlog Item, Task, or Feature, and then sync that comment to the related task Comments(Updates or Note) in Workfront. However, we are facing an issue in our Fusion scenario, which is configured to watch for “New and Updated Records” (Work Item Commented). It creates two event subscriptions—one for new records and one for updated records—pointing to the same webhook address. This can lead to duplicate triggers if a single action in Workfront is interpreted as both a new record and an update, or if an update is registered immediately after creation. How can we address this issue?

Hi All, I am currently trying to use the SharePoint Online module "Get a Folder" with "Enter Manually" selected in the Enter Site, Drive and File IDs field. However, I am unable to format the "Folder Path" field correctly. I have tried multiple ways of retrieving the path of a folder in SharePoint with no success. Are there examples of anyone using this module successfully or documentation I could be pointed to?  Thanks.Padraic

Hello EveryoneI have a Workfront Search module that returns multiple attachments. The challenge is that I want to send all these attachments in an HTTP form-data request in one module (e.g., to one API endpoint that expects multiple files)  How can I achieve this ?  

I'm attempting to update the "Project Sponsor" field that is in the Overview Stakeholders section.  I'd assumed updating the Sponsor ID through my update module would do it but it's not.Any ideas what could be wrong?  I don't see a property directly called "Project Sponsor" in the fields to map.
