I want to be able to edit my comments

Update: We added an undo option on comments that appears for 7 seconds that allows the user to immediately undo their comment if they notice a mistake.

I'd like to see an edit or undo option on comments. If some organizations would like to disable this, maybe there could be an option to enable/disable this in the admin panel?

It would also be useful to edit the 'notify' list of people - if you add someone by mistake or they no longer need to be part of the conversation it would be good to be able to delete them (like you would on an email) thank you

I could swear 'Edit Update' was in the Classic experience and it's not in the New. Would realllly like this functionality again!
